技术领域
本发明涉及一种喷灌用的喷头,特别是一种重力式自动竖直喷头。
背景技术
喷灌是一种适用范围广的现代节水灌溉技术,一般采用移动式喷灌系统或半固定式喷灌系统,由于造价较低、设备利用率高,并且机动灵活,因而适合我国的广大地区应用,但这两种系统都存在一个共同的缺点,即设备在使用中需要频繁移动,导致喷头难以保证竖直状态,从而降低了喷灌的均匀度。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种重力式自动竖直喷头,能使喷头始终保证竖直,提高喷灌均匀度,并且便于安装。
本发明提供的技术方案如下:它包括喷头,其特征是:在支架上固定圆球座,圆球座呈空心球壳状,在圆球座内设置圆球,圆球座与圆球之间布设滚珠,在圆球上固定连接喷水管,在与喷水管对称的位置固定连接重锤,在喷水管上连接喷头,喷水管的进水端通过软管连接上水管。
本发明的积极效果:能使喷头始终保证竖直工作状态,提高喷灌均匀度,并且便于安装。

具体实施方式
见图1,具体结构如下:在支架7上固定圆球座4,圆球座4呈空心球壳状,在圆球座4内设置圆球6,圆球座4与圆球6之间布设滚珠5,在圆球6上固定连接喷水管2,在与喷水管对称的位置固定连接重锤8,在喷水管2上连接喷头1,喷水管2的进水端3通过软管9连接上水管10。
工作原理:喷头倾斜式时,底部的重锤8将有水平方向的重力分力,此分力与从重锤质心装置的形心距离形成力矩,此力矩将使圆球6旋转,继而带动喷头1移动回复竖直状态,此时重锤分力消失,喷头1即在竖直状态工作。提高喷灌均匀度。
