本发明涉及水处理设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种两用型太阳能海水淡化装置。
背景技术
目前,水资源短缺和能源危机已经成为制约社会经济发展的主要问题,水资源短缺状况日益严峻,在一些沿海发达城市地区,由于水污染等水资源的不合理利用造成水资源危机,而在一些太阳能资源丰富的内地苦咸水地区,水资源也存在短缺状况。利用太阳能进行海水淡化具有极大的社会效益、环境效益和经济效益,对促进人类社会科学发展具有重大意义。在太阳能和海水淡化结合方面,现有技术的太阳能海水淡化装置大都是利用太阳能直接加热产生蒸汽,其热量大部分用于蒸发的需要,其结构简单、功能单一,具有一定的实用价值,但热利用效率低,普及性不高,直接影响太阳能海水淡化装置的推广使用。因此,需要提供一种结构更完善、效率更高、普及性更强的该类技术产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术存在的不足,提供一种结构完善、效率高、普及性强的两用型太阳能海水淡化装置。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种两用型太阳能海水淡化装置,包括集热管,所述集热管的顶端与设置在保温箱内的蒸发器相通,蒸发器一端设置有水位控制器I,水位控制器I与海水进水管串接,所述集热管的底端与排水箱相通,排水箱一端设置有浓度传感器,浓度传感器与浓海水出水管串接,所述保温箱的顶部设置有排气孔,底部设置有水位控制器II,水位控制器II与热淡水出水管串接。
前面所述的两用型太阳能海水淡化装置,优选的方案在于:所述集热管为双通管。
前面所述的两用型太阳能海水淡化装置,优选的方案在于:所述蒸发器呈圆柱形,蒸发器顶端设置有一个以上的蒸汽出口。
本发明的有益效果是:与现有技术相比,本发明将太阳能海水淡化装置和太阳能热水器结合,能够有效地利用太阳能资源,极大地提高了系统的热能利用率,同时提高了淡水的产量。同时,该工艺无需专门冷却用水,操作简便、结构完善、普及性强,完全实现无人看管自动运行,还能对产出的淡水进行加热保温,充分利用太阳能资源。

为能清楚说明本方案的技术特点,下面通过一个具体实施方式,并结合其附图,对本方案进行阐述。
通过附图1可以看出,本方案的两用型太阳能海水淡化装置,包括集热管1,所述集热管1的顶端与设置在保温箱2内的蒸发器3相通,蒸发器3一端设置有水位控制器I4,水位控制器I4与海水进水管5串接,所述集热管1的底端与排水箱6相通,排水箱6一端设置有浓度传感器7,浓度传感器7与浓海水出水管8串接,所述保温箱2的顶部设置有排气孔9,底部设置有水位控制器II10,水位控制器II10与热淡水出水管11串接。为能达到更好的使用效果,所述集热管1为双通管,所述蒸发器3呈圆柱形,蒸发器3顶端设置有一个以上的蒸汽出口12。
下面结合附图1对本发明的运行进行说明:首先,集热管1加热蒸发器3内一定水位的海水,水蒸气通过蒸汽出口12上升后在保温箱2内冷却成一定温度的淡水,保温箱2对淡水具有保温作用,随着蒸发器3内水位的下降,蒸发器3内的水位控制器I4不断向蒸发器3内补充冷海水,蒸发器3同时对水蒸气具有冷凝作用,浓度较高的海水经集热管1进入排水箱6,达到一定的浓度后,通过排水箱6内的浓度传感器7经浓海水出水管8排出,当保温箱2内的压力过高时,保温箱2顶部的排气孔9就会控制压力,当保温箱2内的淡水达到一定的水位时,保温箱2底部的水位控制器II10就会将具有一定温度的淡水排出。
本发明能够有效解决沿海发达城市、内地苦咸水地区、海岛、船舶等的海水淡化问题,且太阳能利用充分,结构完善,效率高,产水量大,易于普及应用实施。

1.一种两用型太阳能海水淡化装置,包括集热管(1),其特征在于:所述集热管(1)的顶端与设置在保温箱(2)内的蒸发器(3)相通,蒸发器(3)一端设置有水位控制器I(4),水位控制器I(4)与海水进水管(5)串接,所述集热管(1)的底端与排水箱(6)相通,排水箱(6)一端设置有浓度传感器(7),浓度传感器(7)与浓海水出水管(8)串接,所述保温箱(2)的顶部设置有排气孔(9),底部设置有水位控制器II(10),水位控制器II(10)与热淡水出水管(11)串接。
