本发明主要通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种跳绳，包括手柄和绳子构成，所述手柄内设有收卷器，所述收卷器固定连接绳子。如图所示。
作为优选，所述收卷器上设有卡子。

所述收卷器3上设有卡子4，在调节好绳子2长度时卡子4固定绳子2便于使用，再次调节绳子2长度时，松开卡子调节收卷器3。
本发明结构简单，可根据使用者需求调节跳绳长度，方便使用。

1.一种跳绳，包括手柄（1）和绳子（2）构成，其特征在于：所述手柄（1）内设有收卷器（3），所述收卷器（3）固定连接绳子（2）。
