本发明涉及一种注射式B超导声胶的出胶装置，其特征在于：包括固定板，所述固定板的上表面固接横置的储存瓶及气缸，储存瓶的侧壁带有加注孔；所述气缸的杠杆固接滑动连接于储存瓶内的活塞，所述储存瓶带有扁平状的出嘴，所述出嘴的端面具有多个通孔。本发明结构简单，通过气缸注射挤压替代原有手动挤压操作实现对探头涂抹耦合剂，其操作简单，并且由于气缸的定距移动，实现每次挤压量一致，从而避免了耦合剂的浪费。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域，尤其涉及耦合剂的涂抹装置。
背景技术
耦合剂是超声波探头检测时必须使用的一种药剂，其作用是有利于探头与人体皮肤之间的超声传导，使用时一般将其涂抹在皮肤表面或者探头的表面。目前，耦合剂的涂抹操作均为手动挤压操作，其操作较为繁琐，导致医疗效率低，并且耦合剂的挤出量不固定，量少时影响检测效果，用量多时造成浪费。
发明内容
本申请人针对现有耦合剂的手工涂抹方式的上述缺点，进行研究和改进，提供一种注射式B超导声胶的出胶装置，其具有结构简单，操作方便的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下：
一种注射式B超导声胶的出胶装置，其特征在于：包括固定板，所述固定板的上表面固接横置的储存瓶及气缸，储存瓶的侧壁带有加注孔；所述气缸的杠杆固接滑动连接于储存瓶内的活塞，所述储存瓶带有扁平状的出嘴，所述出嘴的端面具有多个通孔。
进一步的技术方案在于：
所述固定板的上表面带有弧形凹槽；所述固定板的上表面固接支板，所述支板的侧面固接所述气缸。
本发明的有益效果如下：
本发明结构简单，通过气缸注射挤压替代原有手动挤压操作实现对探头涂抹耦合剂，其操作简单，并且由于气缸的定距移动，实现每次挤压量一致，从而避免了耦合剂的浪费。

下面结合附图，说明本发明的具体实施方式。
见图1，本发明包括固定板5，所述固定板5的上表面固接横置的储存瓶1及支板3，储存瓶1的侧壁带有加注孔11，固定板5的上表面设置弧形凹槽51，弧形凹槽51便于储存瓶1的固定；支板3的侧面固接气缸4，气缸4的杠杆固接滑动连接于储存瓶1内的活塞2，所述储存瓶1带有扁平状的出嘴12，所述出嘴12的端面具有多个通孔13。
本发明工作时，导声胶从加注孔11加入储存瓶1中；启动气缸4，气缸4推动活塞2将导声胶从储存瓶1中挤出，并从扁平状出嘴12的通孔13中均匀流出至探头的表面。

1.一种注射式B超导声胶的出胶装置，其特征在于：包括固定板（5），所述固定板（5）的上表面固接横置的储存瓶（1）及气缸（4），储存瓶（1）的侧壁带有加注孔（11）；所述气缸（4）的杠杆固接滑动连接于储存瓶（1）内的活塞（2），所述储存瓶（1）带有扁平状的出嘴（12），所述出嘴（12）的端面具有多个通孔（13）。
2.按照权利要求1所述注射式B超导声胶的出胶装置，其特征在于：所述固定板（5）的上表面带有弧形凹槽（51）。
3.按照权利要求1所述注射式B超导声胶的出胶装置，其特征在于：所述固定板（5）的上表面固接支板（3），所述支板（3）的侧面固接所述气缸（4）。
