The VSU is a network system virtualization technology, and supports the combination of multiple switch devices into a single virtual switch device through a stack link (VSL), that is, several physical member devices are equivalent to a virtual logical device, as shown in fig. 1. step 909, the host of the VSU determines other member devices except the member device B according to the identifier of the member device B and the stored unified identifier of each member device;
step 910, the host of the VSU sends an address deletion message to other member devices except the member device B, where the address deletion message includes the MAC address of the data stream X;
911, after the member device a receives the address deletion message, deleting the MAC address information of the data stream X stored in the address table, that is, deleting the corresponding relationship between the MAC address of the data stream X and the port identifier of the data stream X transmitted by the member device a;
step 912, migrating the data stream X to the member device a for transmission, wherein the member device a detects the MAC address of the newly added data stream X, determines that the MAC address of the data stream X is not stored in the address table, and stores the corresponding relationship between the MAC address of the data stream X and the port for transmitting the data stream X in the address table;
step 913, the member device a sends an address update message to the host of the VSU, where the address update message includes the MAC address of the data stream X, the identifier of the member device a, and the identifier of the port on the member device a through which the data stream X is transmitted;
step 914, after receiving the address update message from the member device a, the VSU determines that the address information stored in the address table includes the MAC address of the data stream X, and updates the identifier of the member device B and the port identifier corresponding to the MAC address of the stored data stream X to the identifier of the member device B and the identifier of the port on the member device a for transmitting the data stream X;
step 915, the VSU host determines member equipment except the member equipment A according to the identification of the member equipment A and the stored unified identification of each member equipment;
step 916, the host of the VSU sends an address deletion message to other member devices except the member device a, where the address deletion message includes the MAC address of the data stream X;
step 917, after the member device B receives the address deletion message, the MAC address information of the data stream X stored in the address table is deleted, that is, the correspondence between the MAC address of the data stream X and the port identifier of the data stream X transmitted by the member device B is deleted.
As can be seen from the above processing, according to the address update mechanism and the address deletion mechanism provided in the embodiments of the present invention, regardless of whether the MAC address of the data stream stored in the member device reaches the aging time, only one member device stores the MAC address of the same data stream at the same time, and the communication abnormality of the member device of the VSU and the VSU is not caused according to the address information, so that the problem of the communication abnormality of the VSU caused by the migration of the data stream across the member devices in the existing VSU technology can be solved.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps carried by the method for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware related to instructions of a program, which may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and when executed, the program includes one or a combination of the steps of the method embodiments.
In addition, each functional unit in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing module, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one module. The integrated module can be realized in a hardware mode, and can also be realized in a software functional module mode. The integrated module, if implemented in the form of a software functional module and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may also be stored in a computer readable storage medium.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present invention may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present invention may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present invention may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.
The present invention is described with reference to flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams of methods, apparatus (systems), and computer program products according to embodiments of the invention. These computer program instructions may also be loaded onto a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to cause a series of operational steps to be performed on the computer or other programmable apparatus to produce a computer implemented process such that the instructions which execute on the computer or other programmable apparatus provide steps for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the present invention is also intended to include such modifications and variations.

Claims (11)

1. A method for address synchronization in a Virtual Switching Unit (VSU), comprising:
a host of a VSU receives an address updating message from member equipment, wherein the address updating message comprises a Media Access Controller (MAC) address of a data stream, an identifier of the member equipment and an identifier of a port for transmitting the data stream in the member equipment; the address updating message is sent by the member equipment after the MAC address of the newly added data stream is detected;
the host of the VSU carries out address synchronous updating according to the address updating message; and,
and the host of the VSU sends an address deletion message to other member equipment except the member equipment which sends the address updating message in the VSU, wherein the address deletion message comprises the MAC address of the data stream in the address updating message, and the address deletion message is used for indicating the member equipment which receives the address deletion message to delete the stored MAC address information of the data stream.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the VSU host performs address synchronization update according to the address update message, and specifically comprises:
under the condition that the address information stored by the host of the VSU does not comprise the MAC address of the data stream in the address updating message, establishing and storing the corresponding relation among the MAC address of the data stream in the address updating message, the identification of the member equipment and the identification of a port for transmitting the data stream in the member equipment;
and under the condition that the address information stored by the host of the VSU comprises the MAC address of the data stream in the address updating message, updating the member device identification and the port identification corresponding to the stored MAC address of the data stream into the identification of the member device in the address updating message and the identification of the port for transmitting the data stream in the member device.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
the host of the VSU stores the unified identification of each member device and the unified identification of the ports on the member devices which are distributed in advance; then the process of the first step is carried out,
the method further comprises the following steps:
and the host of the VSU determines other member equipment except the member equipment which sends the address updating message according to the identification of the member equipment in the address updating message and the stored unified identification of each member equipment.
4. An address synchronization apparatus in a Virtual Switching Unit (VSU), comprising:
a receiving module, configured to receive an address update message from a member device, where the address update message includes a media access controller MAC address of a data stream, an identifier of the member device, and an identifier of a port in the member device, where the data stream is transmitted; the address updating message is sent by the member equipment after the MAC address of the newly added data stream is detected;
the updating module is used for carrying out address synchronous updating according to the address updating message received by the receiving module;
and the synchronization module is used for sending an address deletion message to other member devices in the VSU except the member device sending the address update message, wherein the address deletion message comprises the MAC address of the data stream in the address update message, and the address deletion message is used for indicating the member device receiving the address deletion message to delete the stored MAC address information of the data stream.
5. The apparatus of claim 4, wherein the update module is specifically configured to:
under the condition that the address information stored by the device does not include the MAC address of the data stream in the address updating message, establishing and storing the corresponding relation among the MAC address of the data stream in the address updating message, the identification of the member device and the identification of a port for transmitting the data stream in the member device;
and under the condition that the address information stored by the device belongs to the device comprises the MAC address of the data stream in the address updating message, updating the member device identification and the port identification corresponding to the MAC address of the stored data stream into the identification of the member device in the address updating message and the identification of the port for transmitting the data stream in the member device.
6. The apparatus of claim 4, further comprising:
the storage module is used for storing the uniformly distributed marks of all the member devices and the uniformly distributed marks of the ports on the member devices; then the process of the first step is carried out,
the synchronization module is further configured to:
and determining other member devices except the member device sending the address updating message according to the identifier of the member device in the address updating message received by the receiving module and the unified identifier of each member device stored by the storage module.
7. A host device in a Virtual Switching Unit (VSU), comprising the address synchronization apparatus in the VSU according to any of claims 4-6.
8. A method for address synchronization in a Virtual Switching Unit (VSU), comprising:
the method comprises the steps that after detecting a Media Access Controller (MAC) address of a newly added data stream, member equipment of a VSU sends address updating information to a host of the VSU, wherein the address updating information comprises the MAC address of the data stream, identification of the member equipment and identification of a port for transmitting the data stream in the member equipment;
establishing and storing the corresponding relation between the detected MAC address of the data stream and the identifier of the port for transmitting the data stream;
after receiving an address deletion message from a host of the VSU, the member device of the VSU deletes the corresponding relation between the MAC address of the data stream carried in the saved address deletion message and the identifier of the port for transmitting the data stream.
9. An address synchronization apparatus in a Virtual Switching Unit (VSU), comprising:
an update detection module, configured to send address update information to a VSU host after detecting a MAC address of a newly added data stream, where the address update information includes the MAC address of the data stream, an identifier of a member device, and an identifier of a port in the member device through which the data stream is transmitted;
a storage module, configured to establish and store a correspondence between the MAC address of the data stream detected by the update detection module and an identifier of a port through which the data stream is transmitted;
and the address deleting module is used for deleting the corresponding relation between the data stream MAC address carried in the address deleting message stored by the storing module and the identifier of the port for transmitting the data stream after receiving the address deleting message from the VSU host.
10. A member device of a virtual switching unit VSU, comprising address synchronization means in a VSU according to claim 9.
11. A virtual switching unit, VSU, system comprising a host and a member device; wherein,
the system comprises member equipment and a VSU, wherein the member equipment is used for sending address updating information to a host of the VSU after detecting a Media Access Controller (MAC) address of a newly added data stream, and the address updating information comprises the MAC address of the data stream, an identifier of the member equipment and an identifier of a port for transmitting the data stream in the member equipment; establishing and storing the corresponding relation between the detected MAC address of the data stream and the identifier of the port for transmitting the data stream; after receiving an address deletion message from a VSU host, deleting the corresponding relation between the MAC address of the data stream carried in the saved address deletion message and the identifier of the port for transmitting the data stream;
a host, configured to receive an address update message from a member device, where the address update message includes a MAC address of a data stream, an identifier of the member device, and an identifier of a port in the member device, where the data stream is transmitted; carrying out address synchronous updating according to the address updating message; and sending an address deletion message to other member devices except the member device sending the address update message in the VSU, wherein the address deletion message comprises the MAC address of the data flow in the address update message.
