Detailed Description
In order to better understand the technical solution of the present invention, the following detailed description is made with reference to the accompanying drawings by way of specific embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the signal output device for the oil-immersed fuse of the present invention is mounted on a fuse carrier of the fuse, and includes a switch cover 41, a micro switch 42, and a connection terminal 43; wherein:
the switch cover 41 comprises a cover plate 411, an outer ring 412 connected to the front end surface of the cover plate 411 and a switch groove 413 connected to the front end surface of the cover plate 411 and located in the outer ring 412, wherein a cable through hole communicated with the switch groove 413 is formed in the cover plate 411 of the switch cover 41; the material of the switch cover 41 is unsaturated resin polyester;
the microswitch 42 is mounted in the switch groove 413 of the switch cover 41 with its contact lever forward and fixed and sealed by epoxy glue;
the terminals 43 are provided on the outside of the switch cover 41 and are connected to three contacts of the micro switch 42 by a three-core sheath wire 44 passing through a cable penetration hole in the switch cover 41.
Referring to fig. 3, the oil-immersed fuse includes a cylindrical base 1 with a one-way opening, and a fuse carrier and a fuse link sequentially disposed in the base 1 from the opening direction of the base 1; the fuse carrier comprises a handle 2, a rear coupler connected with the front end part of the handle 2 and fixedly arranged at the rear end of the fuse, a front coupler fixedly arranged at the front end of the fuse and a linkage device 3 movably connected on the handle 2. The handle 2 comprises a handle 21 and a connecting rod 22, wherein an axial through hole is formed in the center of the handle 21, and an internal thread is formed at the rear end of the axial through hole.
The outer ring 412 of the switch cover 41 of the signal output device of the present invention is provided with an external thread so that the switch cover 41 can be screwed to the rear end of the handle 21.
In order to be suitably installed in the oil-immersed fuse, the signal output device of the present invention further includes a sealing ring 45 fitted around the outer ring 412 of the switch cover 41, so that the switch cover 41 is sealed at the rear end of the handle 21. The seal ring 45 is an O-ring and is made of a high temperature resistant, aging resistant rubber material.
The contact point operating handle of the microswitch 22 in the signal output device of the invention realizes the signal output function after contacting with the screw head of the limit screw 30 arranged in the axial through hole of the handle 2, the screw rod of the limit screw 30 is connected with the linkage device 3; when the circuit is overloaded or short-circuited, the melt in the fuse element is fused, so that the striker arranged in the fuse element loses the tensile force and pops up to push the linkage device 3 to move backwards, and the limit screw 30 touches the contact operating handle of the micro switch 22, so that the contact of the micro switch 22 is opened to realize signal output. After the oil-immersed fuse adopts the signal output device, the internal fusing condition can be accurately, effectively, quickly and intuitively observed, so that personnel in a wind power generation monitoring station can remotely monitor the oil-immersed fuse, the fault can be timely known, the circuit is ensured not to generate safety risk due to phase-failure operation, and the device still has the characteristic of full sealing after being installed on the fuse, thereby being greatly helpful for the maintenance of wind power.
