As shown in fig. 1, the direct heating type two-step air high enthalpy heater comprises a frame 1, wherein an air suction opening 8 and an air exhaust opening 9 are arranged on the frame 1; the frame 1 is also provided with a heat insulation shell 2, the frame 1 is connected with the heat insulation shell 2 to form a containing space for generating heat and transferring heat, and the air suction opening 8 and the air exhaust opening 9 are respectively positioned at two ends of the containing space. From the air suction opening 8, a fan, an electric heating element 4, a transition cavity, a steam nozzle 6 and a gas-steam mixing area 7 are sequentially arranged till an air outlet 9, wherein the fan adopts a centrifugal fan 3.
Specifically, the centrifugal fan 3 is disposed at the air inlet 8 of the frame 1, and air sucked from the air inlet 8 is boosted by the centrifugal fan 3 and flows to the electric heating element 4. After the electric heating element 4 is electrified, the electric energy is converted into high-level heat energy which is released to the air flowing through the electric heating element 4, so that the air is heated and dried, and dry hot air 11 is obtained and enters the transition cavity; the electric heating element 4 is made of tubular, sheet or net electric heating materials, and can be determined according to specific conditions.
Referring to fig. 2, the steam nozzle 6 is a tubular metal cavity with a plurality of holes 61 distributed on the surface of the cavity, and the steam nozzle 6 is connected to a steam generator 5. The operating principle of the steam generator 5 is as follows: when the direct heating type two-step air high enthalpy heater works, the water inlet valve 53 is opened, water is injected into the water tank 51 through the water inlet pipe 56, when the water level in the water tank 51 reaches a certain requirement, the water inlet valve 53 is closed to stop water injection, the electric heating pipe 52 is electrified and heated to enable water in the water tank to form water vapor, and the water vapor is sprayed out through the vapor nozzle 6; meanwhile, the water level control system 55 monitors the water level in the water tank 51, and controls the water inlet valve 53 to open and fill the water tank 51 when the water in the water tank 51 is evaporated to a level lower than a certain value, thereby ensuring that the water level in the water tank is always kept floating within a certain interval. When the direct heating type two-step air high enthalpy heater does not operate, the water in the water tank 51 is discharged through the drain valve 54, preventing the water from not deteriorating for a long time, and simultaneously preventing the water from corroding the water tank 51.
Steam generated by the steam generator 5 is sprayed out by the steam nozzle 6 and enters dry hot air from the electric heating element 4, and is uniformly mixed in the air-steam mixing area 7 to obtain warm and humid air, and the warm and humid air flows into the toilet through the air outlet 9, so that the heating and humidifying effects in the whole toilet are realized.
In the present invention, the air outlet 9 and the air inlet 8 are through holes provided on the frame 1, and the shape of the air outlet 9 and the air inlet 8 is not limited in the present invention, considering the characteristics of air flow and the installation position of each component provided on the frame 1.
In the invention, the windward side/air outlet side of the electric heating element 4 and the steam nozzle 6 are streamlined, and the end surface of a vertical streamline is removed, thereby achieving the effect of reducing the resistance of air circulation.
The invention further comprises an electric control box 10, wherein the electric control box 10 can be arranged inside the direct-heating type two-step air high-enthalpy heater or outside the direct-heating type two-step air high-enthalpy heater, and the arrangement is not limited here. The electric control box 10 is used for controlling the operation of the centrifugal fan 3, the electric heating element 4 and the steam generator respectively.
The centrifugal fan 3, the electric heating element 4 and the steam generator 5 are mutually independently arranged and respectively controlled by the electric control box 10 to operate, so that the heating, warming and drying and the water supply, vaporization and humidification can respectively and independently operate or operate in parallel, and 3 functional targets of heating, warming and drying, water supply, vaporization and humidification and heating, humidification and parallelization of air in a toilet are realized.
