本发明涉及一种固骨钢钉,属材料领域。
背景技术
医学使用的钢钉,其实是一种惰性极高的合金,常用的有钴铬钼合金和钛合金,现在钛合金更常用于小的内固定器材。常用的各种支架、缝合钉、滤网、血管夹等都是这种材料的,而这些东西在体内均不用取出,而留置体内时间较长的钢钉由于长期疲劳,在收到强大外力时容易折断。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有的缺陷,提供了一种适于人体力学、弹性强的固骨钢钉的合金材料。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来具体实现:
一种固骨钢钉的合金材料,各元素的质量百分比为,钛10%-15%、锆5%-7%、钯2%-5%、铂1%-3%、钌0.3%-0.7%、硼0.02%-0.5%、其余为铝。
作为优选方案,上述的假肢用合金材料,各元素的质量百分比为,钛13.5%、锆6%、钯5%、铂1.5%、钌0.4%、硼0.1%、其余为铝。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明所提供的合金材料,利用各金属间的要互作用,植入骨中,可达到适于人体力学的弹性范围,其瞬间承压力强,可有效延长其使用寿命。

一种固骨钢钉的合金材料,各元素的质量百分比为,钛10%、锆5%、钯2%、铂1%、钌0.3%、硼0.02%、其余为铝。
 
实施例3:
一种固骨钢钉的合金材料,各元素的质量百分比为,钛15%、锆7%、钯5%、铂3%、钌0.7%、硼0.5%、其余为铝。
实施例4:
一种固骨钢钉的合金材料,各元素的质量百分比为,钛13%、锆6%、钯2.5%、铂2%、钌0.65%、硼0.3%、其余为铝。
