切边模是利用冲模修边工序件的边缘，使其具有一定高度、直径和形状的冲压模具，主要用于修整拉深件的边缘，让端面平整美观，便于下一步装配。切边模广泛用于机械制造、汽车零件生产、饮料瓶加工、紧固件模具配套等领域，切边模包括有六角切边模，而传统的六角切边模的切边容易磨损，耐磨性不好。

本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种耐磨性好的六角切边模。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种六角切边模，包括过盈套，所述过盈套的横剖面为圆形，所述过盈套的材料采用中碳钢，所述过盈套内腔中空，所述过盈套内表面设有切边，所述切边的横剖面为六边型，所述切边的材料为高速钢。
