本发明公开了一种转轴式玻璃门限位装置,包括固定块和限位块,玻璃门前的地面上成型有凹槽,固定块固定在凹槽中,固定块的上平面低于凹槽的上平面,固定块上平面上成型有与玻璃门垂直的长形凹槽和在长形凹槽两侧的螺孔,长形凹槽底面成型有至少两个固定螺孔,限位块上成型有与螺孔相对应的阶梯通孔,固定螺栓插套在阶梯通孔中并螺接在螺孔中,限位块压靠在固定块的上平面上,限位块为矩形块、其在玻璃门前,限位块与长形凹槽垂直,长形凹槽的深度大于限位块的高度。它限制玻璃门的转动方向,使玻璃门不会与卷闸门的卷帘相接触,提高锁门时的安全性,减少玻璃门和卷闸门的损坏。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种限位装置,更具体的说涉及一种转轴式玻璃门使用的限位装置。
背景技术:
现有的一些公司、营业厅等办公楼中,一般其是采用转轴式玻璃门和设置在玻璃门上方的墙体空腔中的卷闸门组成的,在营业或正常工作时,是将卷闸门卷绕起来的,人们进出均是通过推拉玻璃门,使玻璃门通过其内部的转轴往外或往内转动来开门和关门,然而当停止营业或办公需要将大门锁住的时候,需要将卷闸门的卷帘由墙体空腔下方的长槽中出来向下移动来锁门,然而由于玻璃门会往外或往内转动的,当拉卷帘下来而玻璃门是往外打开时,则拉下来的卷帘会压在玻璃门上,使玻璃门损坏,而当卷闸门是通过电动机驱动的自动卷闸门时,当卷帘压在玻璃门时,其电动机还是会自动下方卷帘,而卷帘是压在玻璃门上的,这样就会增加下压力使玻璃门损坏,或者是使卷帘卡在墙体空腔下方的长槽中,使卷轴中卷绕的卷帘不断放出填充整个墙体空间,最后使电机烧坏。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种转轴式玻璃门限位装置,它限制玻璃门的转动方向,使玻璃门不会与卷闸门的卷帘相接触,提高锁门时的安全性,减少玻璃门和卷闸门的损坏。
本发明解决所述技术问题的方案是:
一种转轴式玻璃门限位装置,包括固定块和限位块,玻璃门前的地面上成型有凹槽,固定块固定在凹槽中,固定块的上平面低于凹槽的上平面,固定块上平面上成型有与玻璃门垂直的长形凹槽和在长形凹槽两侧的螺孔,长形凹槽底面成型有至少两个固定螺孔,限位块上成型有与螺孔相对应的阶梯通孔,固定螺栓插套在阶梯通孔中并螺接在螺孔中,限位块压靠在固定块的上平面上,限位块为矩形块、其在玻璃门前,限位块与长形凹槽垂直,长形凹槽的深度大于限位块的高度。
所述长形凹槽两侧各有一个螺孔,两个螺孔以长形凹槽的中心对称分布,两个螺孔的中心线之间的距离与两个固定螺孔的中心线之间的距离相同。
所述阶梯通孔由上阶梯孔段和下阶梯孔段组成,上阶梯孔段的直径大于下阶梯孔段的直径,固定螺栓的头部插套在上阶梯孔段中并压靠在上阶梯孔段的底端面上,固定螺栓的杆部插套在下阶梯孔段中并螺接在螺孔中。
本发明的突出效果是:
与现有技术相比,它可以限制转轴式玻璃门的转动方向,使其不会向外打开,不会与卷闸门的下拉的卷帘相碰,也就不会使玻璃门和卷闸门破损,提高使用寿命,提高锁门时的安全性。
同时,其可以在不使用时,将限位块放入长形凹槽中,使得玻璃门可以向内向外翻转打开,恢复原状。

具体实施方式:
实施例,见如图1至6所示,一种转轴式玻璃门限位装置,包括固定块1和限位块2,玻璃门10前的地面上成型有凹槽20,固定块1固定在凹槽20中,固定块1的上平面低于凹槽20的上平面,固定块1上平面上成型有与玻璃门10垂直的长形凹槽11和在长形凹槽11两侧的螺孔12,长形凹槽11底面成型有至少两个固定螺孔13,限位块2上成型有与螺孔12相对应的阶梯通孔21,固定螺栓3插套在阶梯通孔21中并螺接在螺孔12中,限位块2压靠在固定块1的上平面上,限位块2为矩形块、其在玻璃门10前,限位块2与长形凹槽11垂直,长形凹槽11的深度大于限位块2的高度。
所述长形凹槽11两侧各有一个螺孔12,两个螺孔12以长形凹槽11的中心对称分布,两个螺孔12的中心线之间的距离与两个固定螺孔13的中心线之间的距离相同。
所述阶梯通孔21由上阶梯孔段21a和下阶梯孔段21b组成,上阶梯孔段21a的直径大于下阶梯孔段21b的直径,固定螺栓13的头部插套在上阶梯孔段21a中并压靠在上阶梯孔段21a的底端面上,固定螺栓13的杆部插套在下阶梯孔段21b中并螺接在螺孔12中。
工作原理:首先将本装置的固定块1固定在玻璃门10前的地面上成型有的凹槽20中,然后,当需要使用时,将限位块2横置于长形凹槽11上通过固定螺栓3将限位块2固定在固定块1的上平面上,使限位块2与长形凹槽11垂直、与玻璃门10的门板平行,这样,当向前推动玻璃门10时,限位块2会将玻璃门10限制,使其不能向前转动,只能通过拉玻璃门10使其往内转动,而卷闸门100是安装于玻璃门10上方前部的墙体空腔中的,这样,当锁门时,限位块2限制玻璃门10向外打开,将卷闸门100的卷帘102从墙体空腔下方的长槽101中出来向下移动一直移动到地面位置进行锁门,其非常安全。
而当采用的双玻璃门10时,如图1所示,本装置必须安装于两扇玻璃门10之间的门缝的前方的地面的凹槽20中,使限位块2在门缝前,对两扇玻璃门10进行单方向限位,以保证卷闸门100的卷帘下拉时不会与玻璃门10相碰,提高安全性。
当限位块2不使用时,可以将固定螺栓13卸下,然后将限位块2插套入长形凹槽11中,而限位块2上的阶梯通孔21和固定螺孔13一一对应,将固定螺栓13的头部插套在上阶梯孔段21a中并压靠在上阶梯孔段21a的底端面上,固定螺栓13的杆部插套在下阶梯孔段21b中并螺接在固定螺孔13中,使限位块2固定在长形凹槽11的底面上,由于长形凹槽11的深度大于限位块2的高度,而固定块1的上平面低于凹槽20的上平面,这样玻璃门10就可以向内转动和向外转动了,非常方便。

1.一种转轴式玻璃门限位装置,包括固定块(1)和限位块(2),其特征在于:玻璃门(10)前的地面上成型有凹槽(20),固定块(1)固定在凹槽(20)中,固定块(1)的上平面低于凹槽(20)的上平面,固定块(1)上平面上成型有与玻璃门(10)垂直的长形凹槽(11)和在长形凹槽(11)两侧的螺孔(12),长形凹槽(11)底面成型有至少两个固定螺孔(13),限位块(2)上成型有与螺孔(12)相对应的阶梯通孔(21),固定螺栓(3)插套在阶梯通孔(21)中并螺接在螺孔(12)中,限位块(2)压靠在固定块(1)的上平面上,限位块(2)为矩形块、其在玻璃门(10)前,限位块(2)与长形凹槽(11)垂直,长形凹槽(11)的深度大于限位块(2)的高度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种转轴式玻璃门限位装置,其特征在于:所述长形凹槽(11)两侧各有一个螺孔(12),两个螺孔(12)以长形凹槽(11)的中心对称分布,两个螺孔(12)的中心线之间的距离与两个固定螺孔(13)的中心线之间的距离相同。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种转轴式玻璃门限位装置,其特征在于:所述阶梯通孔(21)由上阶梯孔段(21a)和下阶梯孔段(21b)组成,上阶梯孔段(21a)的直径大于下阶梯孔段(21b)的直径,固定螺栓(13)的头部插套在上阶梯孔段(21a)中并压靠在上阶梯孔段(21a)的底端面上,固定螺栓(13)的杆部插套在下阶梯孔段(21b)中并螺接在螺孔(12)中。
