本发明涉及一种具有除铁功能的料浆搅拌装置，包括搅拌池（1），在搅拌池（1）上连接箱盖（2），在支架（2）上连接支撑杆（3），在支撑杆（3）的上端通过减速器（6）连接电机（7），在支撑杆（3）的下端连接搅拌杆（4），在搅拌杆（4）上连接一组搅拌齿（5），其特征在于：在搅拌齿（5）上连接永磁铁（10）。本发明的优点：本装置将搅拌与除铁为两道独立的工序合并为一道工序，节省加工成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及湿法粉体加工领域，特别涉及一种具有除铁功能的料浆搅拌装置。
背景技术
在超细硅酸锆湿法加工过程中，首先将锆英砂原料颗粒与水混合后研磨，其次将研磨好的料浆灌入搅拌池搅拌，再用除铁机湿法除铁，接着进行脱水、干燥、包装等处理。搅拌与除铁为两道独立的工序，这样即费时又增加了企业的成本。经过广泛检索，尚未发现有相关的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明为了实现搅拌与除铁两道工序合二为一，节约成本的目的，而提出的一种具有除铁功能的料浆搅拌装置。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用了如下技术方案：
一种具有除铁功能的料浆搅拌装置，包括搅拌池，在搅拌池的前端设有进料口，在搅拌池的后端设有出料口，在出料口处还连接渣浆泵。在搅拌池上连接支架，在支架上连接支撑杆，在支撑杆的上端通过减速器连接电机，在支撑杆的下端连接搅拌杆，在搅拌杆上连接一组搅拌齿，其特征在于：在搅拌齿上连接永磁铁。
在上述技术方案的基础上，可以有以下进一步的技术方案：
所述的搅拌齿为截面弧形结构，永磁铁也为截面弧形结构，搅拌齿与永磁铁通过螺栓连接在一起，且搅拌齿的内表面与永磁铁的外表面相配合。搅拌齿与永磁铁的截面为弧形结构，用搅拌齿包裹永磁铁，以使吸附物质避开料浆正面冲刷。
所述永磁铁的端面与搅拌齿的内表面配合连接，永磁铁的中间部分与搅拌齿的中间部分形成拱形。
本发明的优点在于：本装置将搅拌与除铁为两道独立的工序，合并为一道工序，节省加工成本。

具体实施方式
实施例1：如图1所示，本发明提供的一种具有除铁功能的料浆搅拌装置，包括搅拌池1，在搅拌池1的前端设有进料口13，在搅拌池1的后端设有出料口14，在出料口14处还连接渣浆泵9。在搅拌池1上连接支架2，在支架2上连接支撑杆3，在支撑杆3的上端通过减速器6连接电机7，在支撑杆3的下端连接搅拌杆4，在搅拌杆4上连接一组搅拌齿5，其特征在于：在搅拌齿5上连接永磁铁10。所述的搅拌齿5为截面弧形结构，永磁铁10也为截面弧形结构，搅拌齿5与永磁铁10通过螺栓11连接在一起，且搅拌齿5的内表面与永磁铁10的外表面相配合。
实施例2：实施例1中所述的永磁铁10的端面与搅拌齿5的内表面配合连接，永磁铁10的中间部分与搅拌齿的中间部分形成拱形。

1.一种具有除铁功能的料浆搅拌装置，包括搅拌池（1），在搅拌池（1）上分别设有进料口（13）和出料口（14），在搅拌池（1）上连接支架（2），在支架（2）上连接支撑杆（3），在支撑杆（3）的上端通过减速器（6）连接电机（7），在支撑杆（3）的下端连接搅拌杆（4），在搅拌杆（4）上连接一组搅拌齿（5），其特征在于：在搅拌齿（5）上连接永磁铁（10）；
所述的搅拌齿（5）为截面弧形结构，永磁铁（10）也为截面弧形结构，永磁铁（10）的外表面与搅拌齿（5）的内表面配合连接；或所述的永磁铁（10）的端面与搅拌齿（5）的内表面配合连接，永磁铁（10）的中间部分与搅拌齿的中间部分形成拱形。
