Abstract

本发明涉及一种夹具的易卸销，包括销杆及销柄，销杆的下端连接弹性钢珠，销柄的上端侧壁具有通孔，销柄通过通孔连接拉环，拉环包括弧形手拉部及连接于通孔内的横杆。本发明比较现有的定位销，由于在销柄上设置拉环结构，大大提高了拔取速度，其具有结构简单、拔取方便、操作简便的特点。

本发明涉及机械设备领域，尤其涉及工装夹具的定位销。
背景技术
工装夹具在安装时一般用定位销进行定位，由于夹具需要经常更换，定位销也随之需要经常拔插，传统的定位销由于缺少拉拔结构而拔取较为困难，导致操作效率低。
发明内容
本申请人针对现有技术的上述缺点，进行研究及改进，提供一种夹具的易卸销，其具有结构简单、拔取方便、操作简便的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下：
一种夹具的易卸销，包括销杆及销柄，销杆的下端连接弹性钢珠，销柄的上端侧壁具有通孔，销柄通过通孔连接拉环，拉环包括弧形手拉部及连接于通孔内的横杆。
本发明的有益效果如下：
本发明比较现有的定位销，由于在销柄上设置拉环结构，大大提高了拔取速度，其具有结构简单、拔取方便、操作简便的特点。

见图1，本发明包括销杆1及销柄2，销杆1的下端连接弹性钢珠3，其特征在于：销柄2的上端侧壁具有通孔21，销柄2通过通孔21连接拉环4，拉环4包括弧形手拉部41及连接于通孔21内的横杆42。

1.一种夹具的易卸销，包括销杆(1)及销柄(2)，销杆(1)的下端连接弹性钢珠(3)，其特征在于：所述销柄(2)的上端侧壁具有通孔(21)，所述销柄(2)通过所述通孔(21)连接拉环(4)，所述拉环(4)包括弧形手拉部(41)及连接于所述通孔(21)内的横杆(42)。
