Abstract

一种深型地下土壤渗滤系统处理污水的装置,该污水处理装置深度为2-5米;主要包括:上层土壤填料的粒径为0.10~0.30mm,中层土壤填料的粒径为0.08~0.1mm,下层土壤填料的粒径为0.10~0.30mm;在土壤深度25~35cm处铺设进水管,在最底层铺设出水管。本发明具有脱氮效率高,运行效果稳定、不影响地面景观,运行成本低,管理维护简单等特点,可应用于市政污水、农村集中式及分散式生活污水处理等。

一种深型地下土壤渗滤系统处理污水的装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种污水处理装置,具体地涉及一种深型地下土壤渗滤系统处理污水的装置。
背景技术
根据美国环保署(US EPA)及中国标准出版社出版的土地处理系统的指南,污水处理渗滤系统的深度一般为1.0-2.0m,目前尚未见超过2.0m的渗滤系统的装置的研究报道。传统观点认为系统对有机物的去除主要发生在装置的上层的30-50cm的范围内,氨氮或总氮的去除在50-120cm的范围内。在土壤渗滤系统的后段(90cm-120cm范围内),COD<30mg/L,可生化性低,反硝化受碳源限制,系统的总氮的去除能力下降。为了提高总氮的去除效率,一般的土壤渗滤系统在土壤下层合适深度分流原污水为反硝化反应提供碳源或在系统后段投放甲醇;这样虽然在一定程度上提高了总氮的去除率,但是却导致了运行成本高,管理维护麻烦等问题。
针对传统地下土壤渗滤系统的脱氮效率低,补充碳源运行成本高,管理维护麻烦等问题;提出一种深型地下土壤渗滤系统,在该系统中难降解有机物可以作为碳源被反硝化细菌利用,这种污水处理装置具有脱氮效率高,运行管理简单等优点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种深型地下土壤渗滤系统处理污水的装置,以达到脱氮效率高,运行管理简单的目的。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供深型地下土壤渗滤系统处理污水的装置,其结构包括:
该装置的一端上部设有进水管,该装置的另一端底部设有出水管;
该装置自上而下地填充有不同粒径的土壤填料,上层和下层的土壤填料的粒径为0.10-0.30mm,中层土壤填料的粒径为0.08-0.1mm;
上层和下层土壤填料分别占装置总深度的1/4,中层占装置总深度的1/2。
所述的装置中,所述的装置深度为2-5m。
所述的装置中,进水管设置的深度为上层土壤填料的25-35cm处。
所述的装置中,进水管连接一储水池。
所述的装置中,出水管设置的深度为下层土壤填料的深度200cm处。
所述的装置中,进水管和出水管均为PVC材质的穿孔管。
所述的装置中,该装置的表层种植景观型或经济型植物。
本发明的深型地下土壤渗滤系统处理污水的装置,其深度在2-5m的范围内,装置的上、中层主要为有机物降解,脱氮的过程为:厌氧氨氧化反应与硝化过程,装置下层,通常有机物含量极低,传统观点认为需要补充碳源才能提高氮的去除效率,但本装置在COD<30mg/L的条件下,可以实现有机物的二次分解,难降解性有机物逐渐转化为易降解有机物,进一步可作为碳源被反硝化细菌利用,有效提高脱氮效率,同时由于耗能低,运行管理简单,可应用于市政污水、农村集中式及分散式生活污水处理等。

具体实施方式
本发明提供的深型地下土壤渗滤系统处理污水的装置,主要包括:
1)土壤渗滤处理污水的装置深度2-5m,其水平装填有不同粒径的土壤填料,上层土壤填料的粒径为0.10-0.30mm,中层土壤填料的粒径为0.08-0.10mm,下层土壤填料的粒径为0.10-0.30mm;
2)上层土壤填料和下层土壤填料分别占装置总深度的1/4,中层土壤填料占装置总深度的1/2;
3)在土壤填料深度25-35cm处铺设进水管,土壤填料深度200cm处铺设出水管;
4)进水管及出水管均为PVC材质的穿孔管;
5)本发明的深型地下土壤渗滤处理污水的装置的表层种植景观型或经济型植物。

本发明的具体结构请参阅图1。
具体运行方式如下:
高位进水槽1通过进水管2将预处理的污水送到土壤渗滤系统内。
深型地下土壤渗滤处理污水的装置水平装填有不同粒径的土壤填料,0-50cm处的土壤填料(上层填料4)的粒径为0.10-0.30mm,50-150cm处的土壤填料(中层填料5)的粒径为0.08-0.1mm,150-200cm处的土壤填料(下层填料6)的粒径为0.10-0.30mm。深型地下土壤渗滤处理污水的装置的表层种植景观型或经济型植物3。
本发明在运行时的操作是,需要处理的污水通过进水管2进入该深型地下土壤渗滤系统中,在重力作用下,净化过的污水通过出水管7排出。污水的处理效率COD<10mg/L,TN小于2mg/L,NH3-N小于0.5mg/L,TP低于检测线。

1.一种深型地下土壤渗滤系统处理污水的装置,其结构包括:
该装置的一端上部设有进水管,该装置的另一端底部设有出水管;
该装置自上而下地填充有不同粒径的土壤填料,上层和下层的土壤填料的粒径为0.10-0.30mm,中层土壤填料的粒径为0.08-0.1mm;
上层和下层土壤填料分别占装置总深度的1/4,中层土壤填料占装置总深度的1/2;
所述的装置深度为2-5m。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,进水管设置的深度为上层土壤填料的25-35cm处。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置,其中,进水管连接一储水池。
4.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,进水管和出水管均为PVC材质的穿孔管。
