技术领域
本发明涉及一种蛋鸡后备期饲料。
背景技术
蛋鸡饲料一般按0-42天、42天-5%产蛋率、产蛋期进行阶段划分,这种阶段划分带来的后果是育雏期胫长、体重不达标,开产前体成熟、性成熟不同步。现在市场上主要提供的是5%的产蛋后备期产品,其一般分为育雏期、育成期,用户需要购买两种预混料或三种全价料饲喂,采购及保管不方便。为使用方便,需开发一种产蛋后备期(含育雏期与育成期)通用的饲料,同时满足胫长生长、体重达标等需求。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术,本发明提供了一种蛋鸡后备期饲料,蛋鸡饲用本发明的饲料后,70天时体重、胫长超过育种标准,110天体重达标、体成熟与性成熟同步。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种蛋鸡后备期饲料,是由以下重量份的组分组成的:磷酸一二钙150~180份,石粉170~200份,食盐30~40份,小苏打20~40份,胆碱8~12份,复合微量元素25份,复合维生素5~6份,羟基蛋氨酸8~12份,蛋氨酸5~9份,赖氨酸25~35份,鱼粉100~150份,膨化大豆300~330份,沸石粉20~80份,那西肽1~2份,二硝托胺0.5~1份,植酸酶1~2份,甜菜碱2~5份。
所述复合微量元素是由碱式氯化铜、硫酸铁、硫酸锰、硫酸锌、亚硒酸钠、碘酸钙中的一种或多种与通用载体组合而成。
优选的,所述复合微量元素是由以下按重量百分比计(重量百分比指占复合微量元素自身的百分比)的组分组成的:碱式氯化铜0.7%,一水硫酸亚铁15.0%,一水硫酸锰16.1%,一水硫酸锌12.86%,亚硒酸钠0.056%,碘酸钙0.083%,余量为通用载体。
所述复合维生素是由维生素A、维生素D3、维生素E、维生素K3、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、烟酸、泛酸、叶酸、生物素中的一种或多种与通用载体组合而成。
优选的,所述复合维生素是由以下按重量百分比计(重量百分比指占复合维生素自身的百分比)的组分组成的:维生素A占6.0%,维生素D3占1.5%,维生素E占10%,维生素K3占1.5%,维生素B1占0.7%,维生素B2占2.4%,维生素B6占1.2%,维生素B12占0.5%,烟酸占10.8%,泛酸占3.5%,叶酸占0.3%,生物素占1%,余量为通用载体。
所述蛋鸡后备期饲料的制备方法为:将各组分按比例混合,常规方法制成饲料即可。
本发明的蛋鸡后备期饲料中,部分组分的性能和功效如下:
羟基蛋氨酸:羟基蛋氨酸作为蛋氨酸的一种经济有效的替代品,可在动物体内转化为蛋氨酸,发挥其营养作用。此外,在热应激情况下,日粮中添加羟基蛋氨酸还能提高生产性能,减少热应激,并可用作日粮中的酸化剂,提高蛋鸡的肠道健康。同时,日粮中添加羟基蛋氨酸可以降低氮的排泄量,保护环境。
那西肽:那西肽能明显促进畜禽生长,提高饲料效率,同时由于其能有效抑制肠道内魏氏梭菌及其他有害菌,因而对坏死性肠炎和防止水便有特殊功效。坏死性肠炎主要是由阳性梭菌,尤其是产气荚膜梭菌(魏氏梭菌)引起一种疾病,主要表现为消化不良、腹泻、生长缓慢,严重的可引起猝死,是慢性球虫病最重要的继发疾病,配合慢性球虫病可形成较严重的鸡“肠毒综合征”,是蛋鸡育雏期死淘率高的主要疾病。
二硝托胺:中文别名球痢灵,对鸡毒害、柔嫩、布氏、巨型艾美耳球虫均有良好防治效果,特别是对小肠致病性最强的毒害艾美耳球虫作用最佳,其不影响机体对球虫的免疫力。
植酸酶:提高肠道植酸酶的含量,刺激植酸酶的发育,提高蛋小鸡对饲料中的植酸磷的吸收利用率。
甜菜碱:具有供甲基功能,可节省蛋氨酸和胆碱,调节体内渗透压、防止细胞离子浓度剧变,提高钠、钾泵功能,缓和动物应激作用。保护鸡肠道细胞不受球虫损害,能协同抗球虫药物提高抗球虫效果。
膨化大豆:膨化大豆是整个大豆经过膨化的饲用产品,保留了大豆本身的营养成分,去除了大豆的抗营养因子,具有浓郁的油香味,营养价值高,特别是能量高,适口性好,特别适合蛋小鸡及乳猪使用。
本发明的蛋鸡后备期饲料,具体应用时,与常规的基础饲料混合配制成全价饲料即可。
本发明的蛋鸡后备期饲料,是发明人经过多年实践得到的,蛋鸡食用本发明的饲料后,70天时体重、胫长超过育种标准,110天体重达标、体成熟与性成熟同步。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
本发明中所涉及的原料均可从市场上常规购买得到。
实施例1:配制一种蛋鸡后备期饲料
配方为:磷酸一二钙150千克,石粉170千克,食盐30千克,小苏打40千克,胆碱8千克,复合微量元素25千克,复合维生素5千克,羟基蛋氨酸8千克,蛋氨酸9千克,赖氨酸25千克,鱼粉150千克,膨化大豆300千克,沸石粉75.5千克,那西肽1千克,二硝托胺0.5千克,植酸酶1千克,甜菜碱2千克。
其中,复合微量元素中各成分按重量百分比为:碱式氯化铜0.7%,一水硫酸亚铁15.0%,一水硫酸锰16.1%,一水硫酸锌12.86%,亚硒酸钠0.056%,碘酸钙0.083%,余量为通用载体。
复合维生素中各成分按重量百分比为:维生素A占6.0%,维生素D3占1.5%,维生素E占10%,维生素K3占1.5%,维生素B1占0.7%,维生素B2占2.4%,维生素B6占1.2%,维生素B12占0.5%,烟酸占10.8%,泛酸占3.5%,叶酸占0.3%,生物素占1%,余量为通用载体。
配制时,将那西肽、二硝托胺、植酸酶、复合维生素与蛋氨酸、甜菜碱、赖氨酸先进行预混合,再与其它成分混合,混匀即可。
使用方法:按0-35日龄:玉米64份+豆粕28份+本饲料8份配成全价饲料(按重量份计,下同);35-70日龄:玉米66份+豆粕26份+本饲料8份配成全价饲料;70-110日龄:玉米67份+豆粕16份+麸皮10份+本饲料7份配成全价饲料。以上全价料自由采食。
实施例2:配制一种蛋鸡后备期饲料
配方为:磷酸一二钙180千克,石粉200千克,食盐40千克,小苏打20千克,胆碱12千克,复合微量元素25千克,复合维生素6千克,羟基蛋氨酸12千克,蛋氨酸5千克,赖氨酸35千克,鱼粉100千克,膨化大豆330千克,沸石粉25千克,那西肽2千克,二硝托胺1千克,植酸酶2千克,甜菜碱5千克。
其中,复合微量元素中各成分按重量百分比为:碱式氯化铜0.7%,一水硫酸亚铁15.0%,一水硫酸锰16.1%,一水硫酸锌12.86%,亚硒酸钠0.056%,碘酸钙0.083%,余量为通用载体。
复合维生素中各成分按重量百分比为:维生素A占6.0%,维生素D3占1.5%,维生素E占10%,维生素K3占1.5%,维生素B1占0.7%,维生素B2占2.4%,维生素B6占1.2%,维生素B12占0.5%,烟酸占10.8%,泛酸占3.5%,叶酸占0.3%,生物素占1%,余量为通用载体。

实施例3:配制一种蛋鸡后备期饲料
配方为:磷酸一二钙170千克,石粉190千克,食盐35千克,小苏打30千克,胆碱10千克,复合微量元素25千克,复合维生素5.5千克,羟基蛋氨酸10千克,蛋氨酸6千克,赖氨酸30千克,鱼粉120千克,膨化大豆300千克,沸石粉61千克,那西肽1.5千克,二硝托胺0.7千克,植酸酶1.3千克,甜菜碱4千克。
其中,复合微量元素中各成分按重量百分比为:碱式氯化铜0.7%,一水硫酸亚铁15.0%,一水硫酸锰16.1%,一水硫酸锌12.86%,亚硒酸钠0.056%,碘酸钙0.083%,其余部分为通用载体。
复合维生素中各成分按重量百分比为:维生素A占6.0%,维生素D3占1.5%,维生素E占10%,维生素K3占1.5%,维生素B1占0.7%,维生素B2占2.4%,维生素B6占1.2%,维生素B12占0.5%,烟酸占10.8%,泛酸占3.5%,叶酸占0.3%,生物素占1%,余量为通用载体。
配制方法、使用方法同实施例1,不再赘述。
试验:
为了验证本发明对蛋小鸡的饲用效果,公司技术部于2012年5-8月在养殖户蛋鸡场进行了为期110天的饲喂试验。试验采用单因素对比试验设计,3800只0日龄左右的一栋健康蛋小鸡鸡舍随机分为试验组和对照组,每组包括3个重复。试验组日粮为本公司育雏期饲料(实施例1),对照组日粮为市售全价饲料(分为育雏期饲料、育成期饲料)。
试验组和对照组饲喂方式为自由采食。
试验结果如表1所示,结果表明:
1、死淘率:试验组比对照组降低了68.91%。
2、35日龄体重:试验组比对照组提高8.79%。
3、70天日龄胫长增加5.68%。
4、110日龄体重:试验组比对照组提高4.43%。

1. 一种蛋鸡后备期饲料,其特征在于:是由以下重量份的组分组成的:磷酸一二钙 150~180 份,石粉 170~200 份,食盐 30~40 份,小苏打 20~40 份,胆碱 8~12 份,复合微量元素 25 份,复合维生素 5~6 份,羟基蛋氨酸 8~12 份,蛋氨酸 5~9 份,赖氨酸 25~35 份,鱼粉 100~150 份,膨化大豆 300~330 份,沸石粉 20~80 份,那西肽 1~2 份,二硝托胺 0.5~1 份,植酸酶 1~2 份,甜菜碱 2~5 份;所述复合微量元素是由碱式氯化铜、硫酸铁、硫酸锰、硫酸锌、亚硒酸钠、碘酸钙中的多种与通用载体组合而成;所述复合维生素是由维生素 A、维生素 D3、维生素 E、维生素 K3、维生素 B1、维生素 B2、维生素 B6、维生素 B12、烟酸、泛酸、叶酸、生物素中的多种与通用载体组合而成。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种蛋鸡后备期饲料,其特征在于:所述复合维生素是由以下按重量百分比计的组分组成的:维生素 A 占 6.0%,维生素 D3 占 1.5%,维生素 E 占 10%,维生素 K3 占 1.5%,维生素 B1 占 0.7%,维生素 B2 占 2.4%,维生素 B6 占 1.2%,维生素 B12 占0.5%,烟酸占 10.8%,泛酸占 3.5%,叶酸占 0.3%,生物素占 1%,余量为通用载体。
