In one embodiment of the present invention, the download policy may include, but is not limited to, one of immediate download, delayed download. Specifically, the cloud server may set a downloading policy in the cloud server, or the user may set the downloading policy in the cloud server according to the user's own needs. E.g., a timed download strategy (i.e., setting a preset time for transmission), etc. More specifically, after receiving the download request sent by the first terminal, the cloud server may send the download request to the second terminal within a preset time, for example, the preset time is 1 hour. Therefore, the cloud server can simultaneously send a plurality of downloading requests to the second terminal for downloading according to the downloading strategy (namely every 1 hour).
In an embodiment of the present invention, a background monitoring module may be disposed in the second terminal to monitor the download request sent by the cloud server. Specifically, if the second terminal monitors the download request sent by the cloud server, the second terminal establishes a download task for downloading. The downloading method can be implemented by other existing downloading methods, for example, establishing a downloading task in a browser, or downloading an application program, etc., and is not redundant here.
According to the cross-terminal downloading method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the cloud server correspondingly modifies the downloading address in the downloading request of the first terminal, so that the second terminal establishes a downloading task according to the modified downloading request to download. In addition, the cloud server can simultaneously send the downloading requests sent by the first terminals to the second terminal by setting the downloading strategy.
In order to implement the above embodiments, the present invention further provides a system for performing downloading across terminals.
A system for cross-terminal downloading, comprising: the system comprises a cloud server, a first terminal and a second terminal, wherein the cloud server is used for receiving a downloading request of the first terminal, the downloading request comprises associated information, information of the second terminal associated with the first terminal is obtained according to the associated information, and the downloading request is sent to the second terminal, so that the second terminal can download according to the downloading request.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a cross-terminal downloading system according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the system for downloading across terminals includes: the cloud server 100, the first terminal 200 and the second terminal 300.
Specifically, the cloud server 100 is configured to receive a download request of the first terminal 200, where the download request includes associated information, obtain information of the second terminal 300 associated with the first terminal 200 according to the associated information, and send the download request to the second terminal 300, so that the second terminal 300 downloads according to the download request.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the first terminal 200 may be one of a mobile terminal and a Personal Computer (PC). The mobile terminal may be a hardware device with various operating systems, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, and a personal digital assistant.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the association information may be identification information of the second terminal 300 or binding information between the first terminal 200 and the second terminal 300, etc. For example, the first terminal 200 and the second terminal 300 may be installed with the same browser application, and the user may create a user account in the browser application, and establish a binding relationship between the first terminal 200 and the second terminal 300 through the user account, that is, implement synchronization between the first terminal 200 and the second terminal 300 through a login account. In addition, if the second terminal 300 is a mobile terminal, the first terminal 200 may also establish a binding relationship according to the identification information of the second terminal 300. In one embodiment of the present invention, the second terminal 300 may be the other of a mobile terminal and a personal computer. According to the cross-terminal downloading system provided by the embodiment of the invention, the interactive operation of the downloading task can be carried out between the first terminal and the second terminal. For example, when browsing through a mobile terminal, a user wants to download the file at any time as needed, and if the downloaded file is large, a download request for downloading the file can be initiated in the mobile terminal to the personal computer, and then the file is downloaded in the personal computer, so that the user can avoid the tedious operation steps of logging in the personal computer again, inputting a network address and the like, the flow of the mobile terminal can be saved, and the user experience is improved. On the contrary, if a user browses in a personal computer by using a PC (personal computer), if the user wants to download small files such as pictures and screensavers, a download request for downloading the files can be initiated to the mobile terminal in the personal computer set, and then the files are downloaded at the mobile terminal, so that the user does not need to copy the downloaded small files such as the pictures and the screensavers to the mobile terminal through a USB (universal serial bus) data line, great convenience can be provided for the user, and the user experience is improved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, before the cloud server 100 sends the download request to the second terminal 300, the cloud server 100 is further configured to obtain type information and/or resource usage information of the second terminal 300, search a corresponding download address in the cloud server 100 according to the type information and/or the resource usage information, and modify the download request according to the download address. The type information may include, but is not limited to, one or more of a type, a model, and an operating system of the second terminal. Specifically, the cloud server 100 may obtain the type information of the second terminal 300 through, for example, the identification information of the second terminal 300. The resource usage information may include, but is not limited to, one or more of central processing unit CPU occupancy, memory occupancy, remaining storage capacity of the storage, network connectivity. Specifically, the cloud server 100 may search a corresponding download address in, for example, a database of the cloud server 100 through the type information and/or the resource usage information of the second terminal 300. For example, if the user wishes to download a video, if the type information of the second terminal 300 is a mobile phone, the cloud server 100 may search for a download address of a version video of the mobile phone; if the second terminal 300 is in Wifi connection, the cloud server 100 may search for a download address of the high-definition version video; or if the CPU and memory occupancy rates of the second terminal 300 are high, the cloud server 100 may search for the download address of the video file with the smaller capacity. The cloud server 100 modifies the download address in the download request sent by the first terminal 200 according to the found download address.
In one embodiment of the invention, the downloaded content has a first version and a second version, wherein the quality of the downloaded content of the first version is better than the quality of the download of the second version. For example, if the downloaded content is a video, the downloaded content of the first version may be a video file of a high definition version, and the downloaded content of the second version may be a video file of a lower definition version; if the downloaded content is an audio MP3 file, the downloaded content of the first version may be an MP3 file with a high bit rate, the downloaded content of the second version may be an MP3 file with a low bit rate, etc. It should be further noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, if the first terminal and the second terminal are PCs or mobile terminals, the cloud server may include a PC server and a mobile terminal server, and the PC server and the mobile terminal server correspond to the first terminal and the second terminal, respectively. If the PC (namely the first terminal) sends a downloading request to the PC server and requests to download the downloading content to the mobile terminal (namely the second terminal), the downloading request is forwarded to the mobile terminal server by the PC server, and the mobile terminal server selects the corresponding first version or second version of the downloading content to provide to the mobile terminal according to the conditions of the mobile terminal. Similarly, in another embodiment of the present invention, when the mobile terminal sends a download request to the mobile terminal server and requests to download the downloaded content to the PC, the mobile terminal server forwards the download to the PC server to complete the download. The same applies to the following embodiments, which are not described in detail.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the cloud server 100 is further configured to provide the first version of the downloaded content to the second terminal 300 when the network connection of the second terminal 300 is a WiFi network, and provide the second version of the downloaded content to the second terminal 300 when the network connection of the second terminal 300 is not a WiFi network. For example, if the network connection of the second terminal 300 is a WiFi network, the cloud server 100 provides the second terminal 300 with the first version of the downloaded content, i.e., the high definition version of the video file. On the contrary, if the network connection of the second terminal 300 is not the WiFi network, the cloud server 100 provides the second version of the downloaded content, i.e. the lower definition version of the video file, to the second terminal 300. Therefore, the downloading time of the second terminal 300 can be saved, and the internet traffic of the second terminal 300 can be saved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the cloud server 100 is further configured to provide the first version of the downloaded content to the second terminal 300 when the CPU occupancy rate and/or the memory occupancy rate of the second terminal 300 do not exceed a preset threshold, and provide the second version of the downloaded content to the second terminal 300 when the CPU occupancy rate and/or the memory occupancy rate of the second terminal 300 exceed the preset threshold. The preset threshold may be a default in the cloud server 100, or may be set by the user in the cloud server 100 according to the requirement of the user. For example, if the occupancy rate of the CPU and/or the memory occupancy rate of the second terminal 300 does not exceed the preset threshold, the cloud server 100 provides the first version of the downloaded content, i.e., the high definition version of the video file, to the second terminal 300. On the contrary, if the CPU occupancy rate and/or the memory occupancy rate of the second terminal 300 exceed the preset threshold, the cloud server 100 provides the second version of the downloaded content, i.e., the lower definition version of the video file, to the second terminal 300. Therefore, the resource of the second terminal 300 can be saved, and the resource occupancy rate is prevented from being too high when the second terminal 300 downloads.
In an embodiment of the present invention, before the cloud server 100 sends the download request to the second terminal 300, the cloud server 100 is further configured to obtain a download policy of the download request, and send the download request to the second terminal according to the download policy, so that the second terminal performs downloading according to the download request. The downloading policy may include, but is not limited to, one of immediate downloading and delayed downloading. Specifically, the cloud server may set a downloading policy in the cloud server, or the user may set the downloading policy in the cloud server according to the user's own needs. E.g., a timed download strategy (i.e., setting a preset time for transmission), etc. More specifically, after receiving the download request sent by the first terminal, the cloud server may send the download request to the second terminal within a preset time, for example, the preset time is 1 hour. Therefore, the cloud server can simultaneously send a plurality of downloading requests to the second terminal for downloading according to the downloading strategy (namely every 1 hour).
In order to implement the above embodiment, the invention further provides a cloud server.
A cloud server, comprising: the device comprises a receiving module, a sending module and a receiving module, wherein the receiving module is used for receiving a downloading request of a first terminal, and the downloading request comprises associated information; the first acquisition module is used for acquiring information of a second terminal associated with the first terminal according to the associated information; and the sending module is used for sending the downloading request to the second terminal so that the second terminal can download according to the downloading request.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a cloud server according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the cloud server includes: a receiving module 110, a first obtaining module 120 and a sending module 130.
Specifically, the receiving module 110 is configured to receive a download request of the first terminal, where the download request includes the association information. In one embodiment of the present invention, the first terminal may be one of a mobile terminal and a Personal Computer (PC). The mobile terminal may be a hardware device with various operating systems, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, and a personal digital assistant.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the association information may be identification information of the second terminal or binding information between the first terminal and the second terminal. For example, the first terminal and the second terminal may be installed with the same browser application program, and the user may create a user account in the browser application program, and establish a binding relationship between the first terminal and the second terminal through the user account, that is, implement synchronization between the first terminal and the second terminal through logging in the user account. Specifically, the second obtaining module 140 is configured to obtain type information and/or resource usage information of the second terminal. In one embodiment of the present invention, the type information may include, but is not limited to, one or more of a type, a model number, and an operating system of the second terminal. Specifically, the second obtaining module 140 may obtain the type information of the second terminal through, for example, identification information of the second terminal.
In one embodiment of the invention, the resource usage information may include, but is not limited to, one or more of occupancy of the central processing unit CPU, memory occupancy, remaining storage capacity of the storage, network connection.
The searching module 150 is configured to search the corresponding download address in the cloud server according to the type information and/or the resource usage information. In an embodiment of the present invention, the search module 150 may search a database, such as a cloud server, for a corresponding download address through the type information and/or the resource usage information of the second terminal. For example, the user may wish to download a video, and if the type information of the second terminal is a mobile phone, the search module 150 may search for a download address of a version video of the mobile phone; if the second terminal is in Wifi connection, the searching module 150 may search for a download address of the high-definition version video; or if the CPU and memory occupancy rates of the second terminal are high, the search module 150 may search for the download address of the video file with the smaller capacity version, and the like.
The modification module 160 is configured to modify the download request according to the download address. In an embodiment of the present invention, the modification module 160 modifies the download address in the download request sent by the first terminal according to the found download address.
In one embodiment of the invention, the downloaded content has a first version and a second version, wherein the quality of the downloaded content of the first version is better than the quality of the download of the second version. In an embodiment of the present invention, the search module 150 is further configured to provide the first version of the downloaded content to the second terminal when the network connection of the second terminal is a WiFi network, and provide the second version of the downloaded content to the second terminal when the network connection of the second terminal is not the WiFi network. For example, if the network connection of the second terminal is a WiFi network, the search module 150 provides the second terminal with the first version of the downloaded content, i.e., the high definition version of the video file. On the contrary, if the network connection of the second terminal is not the WiFi network, the search module 150 provides the second version of the downloaded content, i.e. the lower definition version of the video file, to the second terminal. Therefore, the downloading time of the second terminal can be saved, and the internet traffic of the second terminal can be saved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the search module 150 is further configured to provide the first version of the downloaded content to the second terminal when the CPU occupancy rate and/or the memory occupancy rate of the second terminal do not exceed a preset threshold, and provide the second version of the downloaded content to the second terminal when the CPU occupancy rate and/or the memory occupancy rate of the second terminal exceed the preset threshold. The preset threshold value may be set by default in the cloud server, or may be set by the user in the cloud server according to the needs of the user. For example, if the occupancy rate of the CPU and/or the memory occupancy rate of the second terminal do not exceed the preset threshold, the search module 150 provides the first version of the downloaded content, i.e., the high definition version of the video file, to the second terminal. On the contrary, if the occupancy rate of the CPU and/or the occupancy rate of the memory of the second terminal exceed the preset threshold, the search module 150 provides the second version of the downloaded content, i.e., the lower definition version of the video file, to the second terminal. Therefore, the resource of the second terminal can be saved, and the over-high resource occupancy rate when the second terminal downloads is avoided.
According to the cloud server provided by the embodiment of the invention, the download address in the download request of the first terminal can be modified correspondingly, so that the second terminal establishes a download task according to the modified download request to download.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a cloud server according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 6, the cloud server includes: the receiving module 110, the first obtaining module 120, the sending module 130, the second obtaining module 140, the searching module 150, and the modifying module 160, wherein the sending module 130 includes: an acquisition unit 131 and a transmission unit 132.
Specifically, the obtaining unit 131 is configured to obtain a downloading policy of the downloading request. According to the cloud server provided by the embodiment of the invention, the downloading request can be sent to the second terminal according to the downloading strategy.
In order to implement the above embodiments, the present invention further provides a terminal.
A terminal, comprising: the monitoring module is used for monitoring a downloading request sent by the cloud server; and the downloading module is used for downloading according to the downloading request.

If the PC (namely the first terminal) sends a downloading request to the PC server and requests to download the downloading content to the mobile terminal (namely the second terminal), the downloading request is forwarded to the mobile terminal server by the PC server, and the mobile terminal server selects the corresponding first version or second version of the downloading content to provide to the mobile terminal according to the conditions of the mobile terminal. Similarly, in another embodiment of the present invention, when the mobile terminal sends a download request to the mobile terminal server and requests to download the downloaded content to the PC, the mobile terminal server forwards the download to the PC server to complete the download. The same applies to the following embodiments, which are not described in detail.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the processor is further configured to provide the first version of the downloaded content to the second terminal when the network connection of the second terminal is a WiFi network, and provide the second version of the downloaded content to the second terminal when the network connection of the second terminal is not the WiFi network. For example, if the network connection of the second terminal is a WiFi network, the cloud server provides the first version of the downloaded content, i.e., the high definition version of the video file, to the second terminal. On the contrary, if the network connection of the second terminal is not the WiFi network, the cloud server provides the second version of the downloaded content, i.e. the lower definition version of the video file, for the second terminal. Therefore, the downloading time of the second terminal can be saved, and the internet traffic of the second terminal can be saved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the processor is further configured to provide the first version of the downloaded content to the second terminal when the occupancy rate and/or the memory occupancy rate of the CPU of the second terminal does not exceed a preset threshold, and provide the second version of the downloaded content to the second terminal when the occupancy rate and/or the memory occupancy rate of the CPU of the second terminal exceeds the preset threshold. The preset threshold value may be set by default in the cloud server, or may be set by the user in the cloud server according to the needs of the user. For example, if the occupancy rate and/or the memory occupancy rate of the CPU of the second terminal does not exceed the preset threshold, the cloud server provides the first version of the downloaded content, i.e., the high-definition version of the video file, to the second terminal. On the contrary, if the occupancy rate of the CPU and/or the occupancy rate of the memory of the second terminal exceed the preset threshold, the cloud server provides the second version of the downloaded content, i.e., the lower definition version of the video file, to the second terminal. Therefore, the resource of the second terminal can be saved, and the over-high resource occupancy rate when the second terminal downloads is avoided. In another embodiment of the present invention, before the processor sends the download request to the second terminal, the processor is further configured to obtain a download policy of the download request by the cloud server, and send the download request to the second terminal according to the download policy, so that the second terminal performs downloading according to the download request. The downloading policy may include, but is not limited to, one of immediate downloading and delayed downloading. Specifically, the cloud server may set a downloading policy in the cloud server, or the user may set the downloading policy in the cloud server according to the user's own needs. E.g., a timed download strategy (i.e., setting a preset time for transmission), etc. Specifically, after receiving the download request sent by the first terminal, the cloud server may send the download request to the second terminal after a preset time, for example, the preset time is 1 hour. Therefore, the cloud server can simultaneously send a plurality of downloading requests to the second terminal for downloading according to the downloading strategy (namely every 1 hour).
It should be understood that portions of the present invention may be implemented in hardware, software, firmware, or a combination thereof. In the above embodiments, the various steps or methods may be implemented in software or firmware stored in memory and executed by a suitable instruction execution system. For example, if implemented in hardware, as in another embodiment, any one or combination of the following techniques, which are known in the art, may be used: a discrete logic circuit having a logic gate circuit for implementing a logic function on a data signal, an application specific integrated circuit having an appropriate combinational logic gate circuit, a Programmable Gate Array (PGA), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), or the like.
In the description herein, references to the description of the term "one embodiment," "some embodiments," "an example," "a specific example," or "some examples," etc., mean that a particular feature, structure, material, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment or example is included in at least one embodiment or example of the invention. In this specification, the schematic representations of the terms used above do not necessarily refer to the same embodiment or example. Furthermore, the particular features, structures, materials, or characteristics described may be combined in any suitable manner in any one or more embodiments or examples. While embodiments of the invention have been shown and described, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: various changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made to the embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined by the claims and their equivalents.

Claims (32)

1. A method for downloading across terminals is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a downloading request of a first terminal, wherein the downloading request comprises associated information;
acquiring information of a second terminal associated with the first terminal according to the associated information; and
sending the downloading request to the second terminal so that the second terminal downloads according to the downloading request, wherein the downloading content has a first version and a second version, and the quality of the downloading content of the first version is better than that of the downloading of the second version; if the network connection of the second terminal is a WiFi network, providing the first version of the downloaded content for the second terminal; if the network connection of the second terminal is not a WiFi network, providing the second version of the downloaded content for the second terminal; if the occupancy rate of the CPU and/or the memory occupancy rate of the second terminal does not exceed a preset threshold value, providing the first version of the download content for the second terminal; and if the occupancy rate of the CPU and/or the memory occupancy rate of the second terminal exceeds the preset threshold value, providing the second version of the downloaded content for the second terminal.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the association information comprises identification information of the second terminal or binding information between the first terminal and the second terminal.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein before sending the download request to the second terminal, further comprising:
acquiring type information and/or resource use information of the second terminal; and
and searching a corresponding downloading address in a cloud server according to the type information and/or the resource use information, and modifying the downloading request according to the downloading address.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the type information includes one or more of a type, a model, an operating system of the second terminal.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein the resource usage information includes one or more of an occupancy of a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a memory occupancy, a remaining storage capacity of a storage, and a network connection.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein before sending the download request to the second terminal, further comprising:
and acquiring a downloading strategy of the downloading request, and sending the downloading request to the second terminal according to the downloading strategy so that the second terminal downloads according to the downloading request.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the download policy comprises one of immediate download, delayed download.
8. The method of any one of claims 1-7, wherein the first terminal is one of a mobile terminal and a personal computer, and the second terminal is the other of the mobile terminal and the personal computer.
9. A system for cross-terminal downloading, comprising: a cloud server, a first terminal and a second terminal,
wherein,
the cloud server is used for receiving a downloading request of a first terminal, wherein the downloading request comprises associated information, acquiring information of a second terminal associated with the first terminal according to the associated information, and sending the downloading request to the second terminal so that the second terminal downloads according to the downloading request, wherein the downloading content has a first version and a second version, and the quality of the downloading content of the first version is superior to that of the downloading of the second version;
the cloud server is further used for providing the first version of the download content for the second terminal when the network connection of the second terminal is a WiFi network, providing the second version of the download content for the second terminal when the network connection of the second terminal is not the WiFi network, providing the first version of the download content for the second terminal when the occupancy rate and/or the memory occupancy rate of the CPU of the second terminal do not exceed a preset threshold value, and providing the second version of the download content for the second terminal when the occupancy rate and/or the memory occupancy rate of the CPU of the second terminal exceed the preset threshold value.
10. The system of claim 9, wherein the association information includes identification information of the second terminal or binding information between the first terminal and the second terminal.
11. The system of claim 9, wherein prior to the cloud server sending the download request to the second terminal, the cloud server is further configured to:
the method comprises the steps of obtaining type information and/or resource use information of the second terminal, searching a corresponding downloading address in a cloud server according to the type information and/or the resource use information, and modifying the downloading request according to the downloading address.
12. The system of claim 11, wherein the type information includes one or more of a type, a model, an operating system of the second terminal.
13. The system of claim 11, wherein the resource usage information includes one or more of central processor CPU occupancy, memory occupancy, remaining storage capacity of storage, network connectivity.
14. The system of claim 9, wherein prior to the cloud server sending the download request to the second terminal, the cloud server is further configured to:
and acquiring a downloading strategy of the downloading request, and sending the downloading request to the second terminal according to the downloading strategy so that the second terminal downloads according to the downloading request.
15. The system of claim 14, wherein the download policy comprises one of an immediate download, a delayed download.
16. The system of any one of claims 9-15, wherein the first terminal is one of a mobile terminal and a personal computer, and the second terminal is the other of the mobile terminal and the personal computer.
17. A cloud server, comprising:
the terminal comprises a receiving module, a sending module and a receiving module, wherein the receiving module is used for receiving a downloading request of a first terminal, and the downloading request comprises associated information;
a first obtaining module, configured to obtain information of a second terminal associated with the first terminal according to the association information; and
a sending module, configured to send the download request to the second terminal, so that the second terminal downloads according to the download request, where the download content has a first version and a second version, and a quality of the download content of the first version is better than a quality of the download of the second version; when the network connection of the second terminal is a WiFi network, providing the first version of the download content for the second terminal, and when the network connection of the second terminal is not the WiFi network, providing the second version of the download content for the second terminal; and when the occupancy rate and/or the memory occupancy rate of the CPU of the second terminal do not exceed the preset threshold value, providing the first version of the download content for the second terminal, and when the occupancy rate and/or the memory occupancy rate of the CPU of the second terminal exceed the preset threshold value, providing the second version of the download content for the second terminal.
18. The cloud server of claim 17, wherein said association information comprises identification information of said second terminal or binding information between said first terminal and said second terminal.
19. The cloud server of claim 17, wherein said cloud server further comprises:
a second obtaining module, configured to obtain type information and/or resource usage information of the second terminal;
the searching module is used for searching a corresponding downloading address in the cloud server according to the type information and/or the resource use information; and
and the modification module is used for modifying the downloading request according to the downloading address.
20. The cloud server of claim 19, wherein said type information comprises one or more of a type, model, operating system of said second terminal.
21. The cloud server of claim 19, wherein said resource usage information includes one or more of central processor CPU occupancy, memory occupancy, remaining storage capacity of storage, network connectivity.
22. The cloud server of claim 17, wherein said sending module comprises:
an obtaining unit, configured to obtain a downloading policy of the downloading request; and
and the sending unit is used for sending the downloading request to the second terminal according to the downloading strategy so as to enable the second terminal to download according to the downloading request.
23. The cloud server of claim 22, wherein said download policy comprises one of immediate download, delayed download.
24. The cloud server of any of claims 17-23, wherein said first terminal is one of a mobile terminal and a personal computer, and said second terminal is the other of said mobile terminal and said personal computer.
25. A cloud server, comprising: a screen, a processor and a circuit board;
the screen is arranged on the shell, the circuit board is arranged in a space enclosed by the shell, and the processor is arranged on the circuit board;
the processor is configured to process data, and is specifically configured to:
receiving a downloading request of a first terminal, wherein the downloading request comprises associated information;
acquiring information of a second terminal associated with the first terminal according to the associated information; and
sending the downloading request to the second terminal so that the second terminal downloads according to the downloading request, wherein the downloading content has a first version and a second version, and the quality of the downloading content of the first version is better than that of the downloading of the second version;
the processor is further configured to provide the first version of the download content to the second terminal when the network connection of the second terminal is a WiFi network; when the network connection of the second terminal is not a WiFi network, providing the second version of the downloaded content for the second terminal; when the occupancy rate of the CPU and/or the memory occupancy rate of the second terminal does not exceed a preset threshold value, providing the first version of the download content for the second terminal; and when the occupancy rate of the CPU and/or the memory occupancy rate of the second terminal exceeds the preset threshold value, providing the second version of the download content for the second terminal.
26. The cloud server of claim 25, wherein said association information comprises identification information of said second terminal or binding information between said first terminal and said second terminal.
27. The cloud server of claim 25, wherein prior to said processor sending said download request to said second terminal, said processor is further configured to:
acquiring type information and/or resource use information of the second terminal; and
and searching a corresponding downloading address in a cloud server according to the type information and/or the resource use information, and modifying the downloading request according to the downloading address.
28. The cloud server of claim 27, wherein said type information comprises one or more of a type, model, operating system of said second terminal.
29. The cloud server of claim 27, wherein said resource usage information includes one or more of central processor CPU occupancy, memory occupancy, remaining storage capacity of storage, network connectivity.
30. The cloud server of claim 25, wherein prior to said processor sending said download request to said second terminal, said processor is further configured to:
and acquiring a downloading strategy of the downloading request, and sending the downloading request to the second terminal according to the downloading strategy so that the second terminal downloads according to the downloading request.
31. The cloud server of claim 30, wherein said download policy comprises one of immediate download, delayed download.
32. The cloud server of any of claims 25-31, wherein said first terminal is one of a mobile terminal and a personal computer, and said second terminal is the other of said mobile terminal and said personal computer.
