Description

蓄电池系统、蓄电池模块充电方法及其平衡方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种模块化的蓄电池系统。更确切地说,本发明涉及这样一种蓄电池系统,该蓄电池系统具有包括了多个蓄电池模块的蓄电池,多个蓄电池模块能够借助于控制装置有选择性地被激活或者去激活,其中,在激活状态下,各个蓄电池模块的蓄电池模块电压构成了蓄电池的输出电压,在去激活状态下,所述蓄电池模块从所述蓄电池的电流路径解耦。另外,本发明还涉及一种相对应的用于给蓄电池模块充电的方法以及一种用于平衡蓄电池模块的方法。此外,本发明还涉及一种具有根据本发明的蓄电池系统的机动车。
背景技术
实践表明,将来无论是在静态的应用中,还是在诸如混合动力车辆或者电动车辆的车辆中,都将越来越多地采用蓄电池。为了能够满足各种应用中所存在的对电压以及可供使用的功率的要求,将大量的蓄电池单元串联起来。因为由这样的蓄电池所提供的电流必须流经所有的蓄电池单元,而一个蓄电池单元仅能够导通有限的电流,因此,通常另外将蓄电池单元并联接通,以提高最大电流。此外,通常有利的是,能够可变地调节蓄电池电压,以便例如根据发动机的运行情况来适配蓄电池电压。因此,在本申请人之前的专利申请文献中介绍了一种蓄电池系统,该蓄电池系统包括一个或多个蓄电池模块组,可分别有选择性地接通或者再次去激活在所述蓄电池模块组内的各个蓄电池模块。在图1中示意性地示出了具有这样一种蓄电池模块组的蓄电池系统的一种示例。如图1所示,蓄电池系统100包括了多个相互串联的蓄电池模块101,其构成了蓄电池模块组。每个蓄电池模块101具有一个或多个蓄电池单元102,在图中仅示出了每个蓄电池模块101中的一个蓄电池单元。另外,在图1中仅明确示出了两个蓄电池模块101,然而在许多应用中,一个蓄电池模块组要包括两个以上的蓄电池模块101,这在附图中以省略号来表示。一个蓄电池模块101可包括任意多个蓄电池单元102。根据一种实施方式,每个蓄电池模块101可具有相同数量的蓄电池单元102,然而根据另外的实施方式,所述蓄电池模块101中的某个蓄电池模块也可具有与其余蓄电池模块101相比数量不同的蓄电池模块102。另外,每个蓄电池模块101还分别具有两个开关元件103、104,其中,可分别按照所述开关元件103、104的开关位置来激活或者去激活各个蓄电池模块。因此,如果是位于蓄电池模块101的如图1所示居上的开关元件103在其中处于闭合状态、而下方的开关元件104则反之处于打开状态的开关位置上,就接通了蓄电池模块组的各个蓄电池模块101,各个被接通的或者说被激活的蓄电池模块101的蓄电池模块电压由此构成了在两个端子105、106上所提供的蓄电池电压。反之,如果是位于居上的开关元件103在其中被打开且居下的开关元件104被关闭的另一个开关位置上,那么,各个蓄电池模块101就被去激活了。更准确地说,在去激活状态下,蓄电池模块101从蓄电池的电流路径解耦并且导电地桥接,因此,仅有剩余的、被激活的蓄电池模块101构成蓄电池电压并且由此能够输送蓄电池电流和电能。
如图1的安置的一个优点在于,通过这种方式能够调节可变、可选的蓄电池电压。例如可通过充分精细地将蓄电池模块组分成多个蓄电池模块101以及通过适当的控制,在端子105、106上调节出正弦形的变化曲线。如果另使用多个蓄电池模块组,分别控制其来输送输出电压,就可相应地进一步优化所述方法。例如可产生三个相移的正弦电压,因此,不需要在其间连接逆变器,就可控制三相电机。

另外,根据本发明的一个方面提供了一种机动车,所述机动车包括电机和根据本发明的蓄电池系统,其中,根据本发明的蓄电池系统被安置在所述电机的动力传动系内。
本发明的一个优点在于,所述蓄电池模块或者所述蓄电池模块的蓄电池单元能够以特殊的方式和方法充电,其中,与现有技术相反地,本发明不需要激活、即接通单个的蓄电池模块。尤其是能够无需由车辆的车载电路提取能量来给蓄电池模块充电。

因此,使用根据本发明的方法能够从由开关的时钟激活的蓄电池模块中提取出能量,并且有利地将能量重新均匀分配到包括被去激活的蓄电池模块在内的所有蓄电池模块上。
根据一种优选的实施方式,使用具有电隔离装置的开关变换器。特别有利地,开关变换器拓扑的原级侧的子电路被与所述蓄电池模块电隔离地安置。借助电隔离装置尤其是能够确保充电的电路(例如220V家用电网)与车辆电网之间的绝缘。

在图2中示出了根据本发明第一种实施方式的蓄电池系统200的示意性原理图。与如图1所示的蓄电池系统相比,给每个蓄电池模块201的电路添加了根据开关变换器拓扑202安置的组件。更准确地说,使得由二极管203和电感线圈204组成的串联电路与每个蓄电池模块201并联连接。根据本发明的二极管与次级电感线圈的并联电路是被集成在蓄电池系统200内的开关变换器拓扑202的次级侧的子电路209的组件,以便能够灵活地并且至少不依赖于蓄电池模块201的开关状态地给蓄电池模块201充电。该开关变换器、即开关变换器拓扑202具有电隔离装置208,该电隔离装置208例如能够通过存储变压器的气隙(Luftspalt)或者线圈来实现。开关变换器拓扑202的原级侧的子电路205设有原级电感线圈206并且通过开关207来定时,以便将能量由原级侧的子电路205传输到次级侧的、被安置在蓄电池模块201内的子电路209。通过这种方式,能够由蓄电池的端子105提取电能,这些电能能够越过电隔离装置208被均匀地传输给蓄电池模块201。替代地,例如通过经由蓄电池端子105、106来馈入来自车辆的车载电路的能量的方式,从车辆的车载电路提取电能,以便给蓄电池模块201充电。当实现了蓄电池模块201的充电并且同时去激活了所有的蓄电池模块201时,就尤其是这种情况。根据这种实施方式的一种变型方案,开关变换器拓扑202具有正好为一个的原级电路205。根据其他变型方案,以另一种方式和方法实现开关变换器拓扑202的分配,其中,该开关变换器拓扑202具有多个原级电路205。
按照如图2的蓄电池系统200的装置尤其是能够实现蓄电池模块201的灵活的平衡。
在图3中示出了根据本发明第二种实施方式的蓄电池系统300的示意性原理图。与图2中的实施方式有所不同的是,在本发明的第二种实施方式中,蓄电池模块201被直接充电,例如不需要增加车辆的车载电路。如图3的实施方式尤其适用于例如通过220V的家用电网给蓄电池模块201充电,因为开关变换器拓扑301的原级侧的子电路302借助电隔离装置208被与蓄电池系统300的其余电路以及与蓄电池模块202电隔离地安置。因此,来自外部电网或者220V家用电网的能量能够直接被馈入原级侧的子电路302中。在原级侧的子电路302之前所连接的输入级303通常包括功率因子校正级和整流器。

Claims (11)

1.一种蓄电池系统(200、300),其具有包括多个蓄电池模块(201)的蓄电池,所述蓄电池模块借助于控制装置被如此地构造为有选择性地被激活或去激活,以使得在激活状态下,各个蓄电池模块(201)的蓄电池模块电压构成了所述蓄电池的输出电压,并且在去激活状态下,所述蓄电池模块(201)从所述蓄电池的电流路径解耦,其特征在于,所述蓄电池系统(200、300)包括用于给所述蓄电池模块(201)充电的电路,所述电路如此地包括根据被集成在所述蓄电池系统(200、300)内的开关变换器拓扑(202、301)安置的组件(203、204、206、207、208),以使得各个待充电的蓄电池模块(201)无论是处于激活状态还是去激活状态,所述蓄电池模块(201)都能够被充电。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蓄电池系统(200、300),其中,所述蓄电池模块(201)中的每个蓄电池模块具有两个开关元件(103、104),所述开关元件分别被如此地安置,以使得在所述开关元件(103、104)的第一开关位置时,各个蓄电池模块(201)被激活,并且在所述开关元件(103、104)的第二开关位置时,所述各个蓄电池模块(201)被去激活。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的蓄电池系统(200、300),其中,所述蓄电池模块(201)中的一个或多个蓄电池模块分别具有所述开关变换器拓扑(202、301)的次级侧的子电路(209),所述开关变换器拓扑的输出电压与各个蓄电池模块(201)的蓄电池模块电压相对应。
4.根据权利要求3所述的蓄电池系统(200、300),其中,所述开关变换器拓扑(202、301)具有电隔离装置(208)。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的蓄电池系统(200、300),其中,所述开关变换器拓扑(202、301)的原级侧的子电路(205、302)被与所述蓄电池模块(201)电隔离地安置。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的蓄电池系统(200、300),其中,所述开关变换器拓扑(202、301)在原级侧与所述蓄电池的端子(105)相连。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的蓄电池系统(200、300),其中,所述蓄电池系统(200、300)还具有功率因子校正级和整流器,所述功率因子校正级和所述整流器在输入侧与所述开关变换器拓扑(202、301)的原级侧(301)相连接。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的蓄电池系统(200、300),其中,所述开关变换器拓扑(202、301)被构造为反激变换器。
9.一种用于给蓄电池系统(200、300)的蓄电池模块(201)充电的方法,所述蓄电池模块能够借助于控制装置有选择性地被激活或去激活,其特征在于使用安置在根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的蓄电池系统(200、300)内的、用于给蓄电池模块(101)充电的电路。
10.一种用于平衡蓄电池系统(200、300)的蓄电池模块(201)的方法,所述蓄电池模块能够借助于控制装置有选择性地被激活或者去激活,其特征在于,为了平衡所述蓄电池模块(201),使用具有根据被集成在根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述蓄电池系统(200、300)内的开关变换器拓扑(202、301)安置的组件(203、204、206、207、208)的电路。
11.一种机动车,所述机动车具有电机以及根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的蓄电池系统(200、300),其中,所述蓄电池系统(200、300)被安置在所述电机的动力传动系内。
