本发明一种塑壳漏电断路器的隔离模块，涉及漏电重合闸断路器技术领域，改善了现有技术的不足，通过将漏电的电源进线通过隔离开关连接线路板，当产品进行介电试验时，将隔离开关推到OFF位置，可以进行产品整体的介电试验无需拆除线路板，试验后将隔离开关合闸接通线路漏电及其他功能正常工作；所述的隔离模块包括底座、盖、手柄，手柄装在底座、盖之间，底座与手柄之间设有弹簧，底座上设有滑块，滑块中插有出线端接线片，底座中固定有进线端接线片，通过滑块的运动达到模块的分合闸；所述的底座上设有凸点，手柄上设有与凸点相对应的凹槽。

本发明涉及漏电重合闸断路器技术领域。
背景技术
现有塑壳漏电断路器，当产品进行介电试验时，存在需要拆除电子元件板或不允许对产品的相间进行介电试验的弊端。在成套设备中安装后的验收存在很大的不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是：提供一种塑壳漏电断路器的隔离模块，以克服现有技术的缺陷，通过将漏电的电源进线通过隔离开关连接线路板，当产品进行介电试验时，将隔离开关推到OFF位置，可以进行产品整体的介电试验，隔离开关合闸接通线路漏电及其他功能正常工作。
根据上述目的，本发明所采用的技术方案为：一种塑壳漏电断路器的隔离模块，其特征在于：所述的隔离模块包括底座、盖、手柄，手柄装在底座、盖之间，底座与手柄之间设有弹簧，底座上设有滑块，滑块中插有出线端接线片，底座中固定有进线端接线片，通过滑块的运动达到模块的分合闸。
所述的底座上设有凸点，手柄上设有与凸点相对应的凹槽。
所述的隔离模块预埋在所述断路器的底座中，不影响断路器整体外观。
与现有技术相比，本发明的优点和有益效果为：本发明产品通过将漏电的电源进线通过隔离开关连接线路板，当产品进行介电试验时，将隔离开关推到OFF位置，可以进行产品整体的介电试验，隔离开关合闸接通线路漏电及其他功能正常工作，使用方便。

具体实施方式
结合图1-图5，为本发明一种塑壳漏电断路器的隔离模块实施例结构示意图，它包括底座2、盖1、手柄7，手柄7装在底座2、盖1之间，底座2与手柄7之间设有弹簧6，底座2上设有滑块5，滑块5中插有出线端接线片4，底座2中固定有进线端接线片3，通过滑块5的运动达到模块的分合闸；所述的底座2上设有凸点2.a，手柄7上设有与凸点2.a相对应的凹槽7.a；所述的隔离模块预埋在所述断路器的底座2中，不影响断路器整体外观；手柄7处于自由状态时，手柄7在与底座2之间的弹簧6的作用下，保证隔离模块为合闸接通状态，通过手动操作可联动滑块使隔离模块处于分开状态。当手柄7从合闸状态运动到分闸状态时，底座2上的凸点2.a运动到手柄7上的凹槽7.a，保证手柄能停留在该位置保证隔离模块处于分闸状态。

1.一种塑壳漏电断路器的隔离模块，其特征在于：所述的隔离模块包括底座(2)、盖(1)、手柄(7)，手柄(7)装在底座(2)、盖(1)之间，底座(2)与手柄(7)之间设有弹簧(6)，底座(2)上设有滑块(5)，滑块(5)中插有出线端接线片(4)，底座(2)中固定有进线端接线片(3)，通过滑块(5)的运动达到模块的分合闸，所述的底座(2)上设有凸点(2.a)，手柄(7)上设有与凸点(2.a)相对应的凹槽(7.a)。
2.如权利要求1所述的塑壳漏电断路器的隔离模块，其特征在于：所述的隔离模块预埋在所述断路器的底座(2)中。
