Abstract

本发明公开了一种聚能隔热型气调库,包括库体,在库体外的顶部设有一架空层,在架空层上表面分布有太阳能电池板,架空层与库体顶部之间形成供空气流通的隔热通道,在隔热通道的一端设有风机,在库体旁设有蓄电池,太阳能电池板与蓄电池相连,蓄电池与风机相连。本发明首先在气调库顶部设置了架空层,架空层与气调库顶部之间形成了供空气流通的隔热通道,一来防止气调库顶部直接受热,二来可以便于空气流动,方便散热;再者,在隔热通道的一端设有风机,风机运转使空气中隔热通道快速流动,将热空气带走,并且形成了一道风墙,避免热量进入到气调库内,而风机的电能来自于太阳能电池板,十分环保,给企业节省了用电成本。

本发明涉及冷库技术领域,特别涉及一种聚能隔热型气调库。
背景技术
果蔬的气调库贮藏是现今国际上最先进的贮藏方式。目前应用比较广泛,但气调库制冷、照明都要依靠电力才能完成,主要是靠市电进行,不够节能环保,企业的经济负担很重。尤其是在炎热的夏天,太阳光直接照射到气调库,顶部受热很容易传递到库体内,这样就更增加了空调的负担,也增加了用电成本。
发明内容
本发明克服了上述现有技术中存在的不足,提供了一种节能环保、可以防止气调库受热并可以为企业节省电力开支的气调库。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种聚能隔热型气调库,包括库体,在库体外的顶部设有一架空层,在架空层上表面分布有太阳能电池板,架空层与库体顶部之间形成供空气流通的隔热通道,在隔热通道的一端设有风机,在库体旁设有蓄电池,太阳能电池板与蓄电池相连,蓄电池与风机相连。
作为优选,在库体的外侧壁上也设有太阳能电池板。
作为优选,在库体的顶部的表面上粘结有隔热泡沫层。
采用了上述技术方案的本发明的原理及有益效果是:
本发明首先在气调库顶部设置了架空层,架空层与气调库顶部之间形成了供空气流通的隔热通道,一来防止气调库顶部直接受热,二来可以便于空气流动,方便散热;再者,在隔热通道的一端设有风机,风机运转使空气中隔热通道快速流动,将热空气带走,并且形成了一道风墙,避免热量进入到气调库内,而风机的电能来自于架空层上设置的太阳能电池板,十分环保,给企业节省了用电成本,减轻了经济负担。

本发明的具体实施方式如下:
实施例:一种聚能隔热型气调库,如图1所示,包括库体1,在库体的顶部的表面上粘结有隔热泡沫层7,在库体1外的顶部设有一架空层4,架空层4通过支脚8与库体1顶部相连,在架空层4上表面分布有太阳能电池板2,架空层4与库体1顶部之间形成供空气流通的隔热通道5,在隔热通道5的一端设有风机6,在库体1旁设有蓄电池3,太阳能电池板2与蓄电池3相连,蓄电池3与风机6相连。
另外还可以根据需要选择关闭或打开风机,当外界有自然风时,可关闭风机利用自然风吹过隔热通道;当外界无风时,再打开风机。

1.一种聚能隔热型气调库,包括库体,其特征是:在库体外的顶部设有一架空层,在架空层上表面分布有太阳能电池板,架空层与库体顶部之间形成供空气流通的隔热通道,在隔热通道的一端设有风机,在库体旁设有蓄电池,太阳能电池板与蓄电池相连,蓄电池与风机相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚能隔热型气调库,其特征是:在库体的外侧壁上也设有太阳能电池板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚能隔热型气调库,其特征是:在库体的顶部的表面上粘结有隔热泡沫层。
