The compressibility resistance of gel is kept user's neck and vertebra in line when user's head is in the use location.
8. pillow device according to claim 3 is characterized in that:

The resilient materials that forms the main body of insert is formed by two skins, accompanies the intermediate layer between two skins;
Skin is formed by the viscoelasticity memory foamed material; And
The intermediate layer is formed by the viscoelastic gel material.
13. pillow device according to claim 11 is characterized in that:
The intermediate layer is one of a plurality of intermediate layers that are available for users to select;
A plurality of intermediate layers are formed by the foamed material of different densities; And
By the change intermediate layer, thereby a different intermediate layer is engaged in the opposing support that skin changes main body in a plurality of intermediate layer, and the method for the hardness of adjusting the head support is provided for the user.
