本发明属于出料装置领域，具体涉及一种倒料箱。
背景技术
在采石场内矿石每次下料都会倒出很多，且由于矿石较大，这样容易堵塞下料斗的出料口，为避免一种倒料箱一次性倒料太多，需要人工时刻注意下料斗内的矿石量，这样比较麻烦，影响生产。
发明内容
本发明旨在克服现有技术的缺陷，提供一种清理干净、效率高的倒料箱。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明提供了如下的技术方案：
一种倒料箱，包括倒料箱本体、挂钩、活动板,所述倒料箱本体设有向上开口，其特征在于：所述倒料箱本体上的中部中间位置固定有横梁，所述横梁设有螺纹，所述横梁两端的伸出倒料箱体部安装有轴承，所述挂钩套接安装于轴承外侧，所述活动板一侧铰接于倒料箱底部，所述活动板另一侧通过卡扣扣接于倒料箱底部。
所述倒料箱开口边缘焊接有加强筋。
所述挂钩内侧设置有凸条。

本发明倒料箱用上敞开式加料、下放料式的方式，效率高，有利于料斗清理干净及放料。横梁上设置有螺纹，使得倒料顺利不堵塞。

如图1、图2、图3所示，一种倒料箱，包括倒料箱本体1、挂钩、活动板,所述倒料箱本体设有向上开口，所述倒料箱开口边缘焊接有加强筋。所述倒料箱本体上的中部中间位置固定有横梁2，所述横梁2设有螺纹，所述横梁2两端的伸出倒料箱体外部安装有轴承3，所述挂钩4套接安装于轴承3外侧，所述挂钩4内侧设置有凸条41，防止卡扣滑出。所述活动板5一侧铰接于倒料箱底部，所述活动板5另一侧通过卡扣6扣接于倒料箱底部。
本发明倒料箱用上敞开式加料、下放料式的方式，效率高，有利于料斗清理干净及放料。横梁上设置有螺纹，使得倒料顺利不堵塞。
