Description

Water heater water saving fixtures based on linkage solenoid valve
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of control, and particularly relates to a water saving device of a water heater based on a linkage electromagnetic valve.
Background
With the continuous improvement of living standard, the water heater is almost the necessary daily necessities of every family, but no matter whether gas heater, electric water heater or solar water heater all have such a problem when using: the shower nozzle is away from the water tank of the water heater for a certain distance, the water coming out of the nozzle is the cold water originally stored in the water pipe, and the water is lost. This is because the hot water remained in the water pipe becomes cold water when bathing is finished each time. Therefore, if each family can save the water, the method has important significance under the background of very short water resources.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a water-saving device of a water heater based on a linkage electromagnetic valve, wherein two electromagnetic valves are additionally arranged at the water outlet of the water heater, and are matched with two linked manual valves, so that water stored in a water pipe after bathing is utilized to a toilet water tank through the shunting action of the valves, thereby achieving the water-saving effect.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
a water saving device of a water heater based on a linkage electromagnetic valve comprises:
a temperature sensor 2 disposed in the water heater;
the microcontroller 1 is connected with the output end of the temperature sensor 2;
a display 7 connected with the microcontroller 1 for displaying the current temperature;
a keyboard 8 for inputting water temperature parameters is connected with the microcontroller 1;
a first electromagnetic valve 3 and a second electromagnetic valve 4 connected with the control end of the microcontroller 1;
and
a first manual valve 5 and a second manual valve 6;
wherein,
the first electromagnetic valve 3 is arranged on an outlet passage of the water heater;
the second electromagnetic valve 4 is arranged at the downstream of the first electromagnetic valve 3 and is connected between the outlet passage of the water heater and an elbow with an upward opening;
the first manual valve 5 is arranged at the downstream of the second electromagnetic valve 4 and is connected between the outlet passage of the water heater and the bathing sprayer;
and the second manual valve 6 is arranged at the downstream of the second electromagnetic valve 4 and is connected between the outlet passage of the water heater and the water inlet of the toilet water tank.
The microcontroller 1 outputs a control signal to the first solenoid valve 3 and the second solenoid valve 4 to make them work in linkage, when hot water is used, the first solenoid valve 3 is opened and the second solenoid valve 4 is closed, and when hot water is stopped, the second solenoid valve 4 is opened and the first solenoid valve 3 is closed.
The toilet water tank is used for supplying water through two channels, wherein one channel is connected with a household water supply pipeline, and the other channel is connected with a pipeline where the second manual valve 6 is located.
The first manual valve 5 and the second manual valve 6 are manual linkage mechanisms, and when hot water is used, the first manual valve 5 is opened and the second manual valve 6 is closed, and when hot water is not used, the second manual valve 6 is opened and the first manual valve 5 is closed.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: 1. the water saving device can save a small amount of water each time, but the function of the water saving device can not be in a small amount in consideration of a potentially huge user group; 2. the bath water and the closestool water are organically combined, so that the waste is avoided; 3. the water-saving device has simple structure, is convenient and easy to use and is easy to popularize.

Detailed Description
The embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings and examples.
As shown in fig. 1, a water saving device of a water heater based on a linkage electromagnetic valve comprises an electric component and a water tank, wherein the electric component comprises: the device comprises a microcontroller 1, a temperature sensor 2, a display 7, a keyboard 8, a first electromagnetic valve 3 and a second electromagnetic valve 4; the temperature sensor 2 is arranged in the water heater to measure the temperature of hot water in real time, the display 7 displays the current temperature of the hot water, the keyboard 8 is used for inputting set water temperature, the first electromagnetic valve 3 controls the on-off of the hot water during bathing, and the second electromagnetic valve 4 controls the flow distribution when the hot water is stopped. The microcontroller 1 outputs a control signal to control the first electromagnetic valve 3 and the second electromagnetic valve 4 to work in a linkage manner: when hot water is used, the first solenoid valve 3 is opened and the second solenoid valve 4 is closed, and when hot water is deactivated, the second solenoid valve 4 is opened and the first solenoid valve 3 is closed.
As shown in fig. 2, the first solenoid valve 3 is disposed on the outlet passage of the water heater, the second solenoid valve 4 is disposed at the downstream of the first solenoid valve 3 and connected between the outlet passage of the water heater and one of the bent pipes with the upward opening, the first manual valve 5 is disposed at the downstream of the second solenoid valve 4 and connected between the outlet passage of the water heater and the shower head, and the second manual valve 6 is disposed at the downstream of the second solenoid valve 4 and connected between the outlet passage of the water heater and the water inlet of the toilet tank.
The working process of the invention is as shown in figure 3, before bathing, after the water heater is turned on, the current temperature is collected through the temperature sensor 2, the water temperature is displayed on the display 7, when the water temperature does not reach the set requirement, the first electromagnetic valve 3 and the second electromagnetic valve 4 are both closed, after the water temperature reaches a certain temperature, the microcontroller opens the first electromagnetic valve 3, at the moment, the second electromagnetic valve 4 is automatically in a closed state, and the first manual valve 5 is adjusted to use hot water for bathing.
After bathing or when hot water is not used temporarily, as the distance between the water heater and the spray head is longer, part of water is remained in the pipeline, the microcontroller controls the second electromagnetic valve 4 to be opened, the first electromagnetic valve 3 is automatically closed, when the second electromagnetic valve 4 is opened, the upper bent pipe is communicated with the atmosphere, the air pressure in the water delivery pipe is equal to the external air pressure, and the water in the pipeline is delivered to the closestool by matching with the opening of the second manual valve 6, so that the waste of water resources is avoided.
