Abstract

一种基于绝缘电阻测量的母线保护方法,包括以下步骤:(1)设置母线保护动作电阻定值和绝缘监测电阻定值;(2)根据母线电压和母线各支路电流,计算出差动电流,进而计算出母线的接地电阻值和相间电阻值;(3)将计算出的电阻值与母线保护动作电阻定值和绝缘电阻定值比较,一段时间内,如果接地电阻值或者相间电阻值低于绝缘监测电阻定值则报警,如果低于保护动作电阻定值则瞬时出口跳闸。本发明既能在母线故障时正确跳闸以隔离故障,又能在母线绝缘降低时告警。

Description

一种基于绝缘电阻测量的母线保护方法
技术领域
本发明涉及电网继电保护和绝缘监测领域,尤其是一种基于绝缘电阻测量的母线保护方法。
背景技术
《GB/T14285-2006继电保护和安全自动装置技术规程》要求电力系统中的电力设备和线路应装设短路故障和异常运行的保护装置,在确定其配置和构成时还需综合考虑电力设备和电力网的结构特点和运行特点及故障出现的概率和可能造成的后果。目前母线继电保护装置都是在故障发生后才根据故障特征量检测出来的,所以在故障特征量没有达到一定程度时是没有反应的。比幅式差动保护和比相式差动保护之所以在区内故障存在电流流出时会有拒动的特性区,其本质在于未能直接对引起电流流出的故障接地电阻进行直接测量和作判据识别。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种基于绝缘电阻测量的母线保护方法,既能在母线故障时正确跳闸,又能在母线绝缘降低时告警。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种基于绝缘电阻测量的母线保护方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)设置母线保护动作电阻定值和绝缘监测电阻定值;
(2)根据母线电压和母线各支路电流,计算出差动电流,进而计算出母线的接地电阻值和相间电阻值;
(3)将计算出的电阻值与母线保护动作电阻定值和绝缘电阻定值比较,
一段时间内,如果接地电阻值或者相间电阻值低于绝缘监测电阻定值则报警,如果低于保护动作电阻定值则瞬时出口跳闸。
作为改进,母线的接地电阻和相间电阻的表达式分别如式(1)和式(2)

其中,Uφ表示相电压,I表示第i条支路的相电流,Uφφ表示相间电压,Iiφφ表示第i条支路的相间电流。
作为改进,母线电压、母线各支路电流、差动电流均可以采用傅氏算法进行计算。
作为改进,在母线上设置电流互感器CT1、CT2、CT3、CT4、CT5和电压互感器PT1、PT2,上这些电流互感器和电压互感器通过电缆接入基于绝缘电阻测量的母线保护装置,根据电流互感器CT1、CT2、CT3、CT4、CT5的电流值及电压互感器PT1、PT2上的电压值的采样值,经傅氏滤波后,计算相应的傅氏幅值和相位;根据各支路隔离刀闸位置信号及相关CT电流,确定母线运行方式,然后再根据运行方式计算出差动电流。
本发明与现有技术相比所带来的有益效果是:
既能在母线故障时正确跳闸以隔离故障,又能在母线绝缘降低时告警。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1至3所示,一种基于绝缘电阻测量的母线保护方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)母线保护装置中设置母线保护动作电阻定值和绝缘监测电阻定值;母线保护装置相当于一个控制器,可以进行参数设置、参数比较、信号输出等功能;
(2)在母线上设置电流互感器CT1、CT2、CT3、CT4、CT5和电压互感器PT1、PT2,上这些电流互感器和电压互感器通过电缆接入基于绝缘电阻测量的母线保护装置,根据电流互感器CT1、CT2、CT3、CT4、CT5的电流值及电压互感器PT1、PT2上的电压值的采样值,经傅氏滤波后,计算相应的傅氏幅值和相位;根据各支路隔离刀闸位置信号及相关CT电流,确定母线运行方式,然后再根据运行方式计算出差动电流;
(3)根据差动电流计算出接地电阻值和相间电阻值,母线的接地电阻和相间电阻的表达式分别如式(1)和式(2)

其中,Uφ表示相电压,I表示第i条支路的相电流,Uφφ表示相间电压,Iiφφ表示第i条支路的相间电流。
将计算出的电阻值与母线保护动作电阻定值和绝缘电阻定值比较,5s内(该时间主要是考虑本地区母线绝缘破坏的一般速度,可根据历年监测到的母线绝缘电阻变化一般速度来选取),如果计算得出的接地电阻值或者相间电阻值低于绝缘监测电阻值则报警,如果低于保护动作电阻定值则出口跳闸。
本发明既能在母线故障时正确跳闸以隔离故障,又能在母线绝缘降低时告警。

Claims (2)

1.一种基于绝缘电阻测量的母线保护方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)设置母线保护动作电阻定值和绝缘监测电阻定值;
(2)根据母线电压和母线各支路电流,计算出差动电流,进而计算出母线的接地电阻值和相间电阻值;
(3)将计算出的电阻值与母线保护动作电阻定值和绝缘电阻定值比较,设定时间内,如果接地电阻值或者相间电阻值低于绝缘监测电阻定值则报警,如果低于保护动作电阻定值则瞬时出口跳闸;

其中,Uφ表示相电压,I表示第i条支路的相电流,Uφφ表示相间电压,Iiφφ表示第i条支路的相间电流;
母线电压、母线各支路电流、差动电流均采用傅氏算法进行计算。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于绝缘电阻测量的母线保护方法,其特征在于:在母线上设置电流互感器CT1、CT2、CT3、CT4和CT5,在母线上设置电压互感器PT1和PT2,这些电流互感器和电压互感器通过电缆接入基于绝缘电阻测量的母线保护装置,根据电流互感器CT1、CT2、CT3、CT4和CT5的电流值及电压互感器PT1和PT2上的电压值的采样值,经傅氏滤波后,计算相应的傅氏幅值和相位;根据各支路隔离刀闸位置信号及相关CT电流,确定母线运行方式,然后再根据运行方式计算出差动电流。
