Abstract

本发明涉及一种为减少烟雾或不良沉积物或便于除去烟灰而在燃料中放入的添加物,具体说是一种车用燃料汽油节油剂。其重量百分比组成为:软脂酸脂肪醇酯70~85、硬脂酸脂肪醇酯10~25、脂肪胺0~2、高级脂肪酸0~5、高级脂肪醇0~6。它解决了已有汽油节油剂含有油溶性金属盐,燃烧后的残渣会引起气缸及发动机的机械摩擦增大,添加剂运输、携带、添加不方便,其中部分组份来源欠缺以及添加量较大的缺点。可适于各种不同牌号的汽油。

Description

车用燃料汽油节油剂
本发明涉及一种为减少烟雾或不良沉积物或便于除去烟灰而在燃料中放入的添加物。具体说是一种车用燃料汽油节油剂。
由于车用燃料汽油的燃烧不完全,往往会产生大量有害尾气并造成环境污染和燃料浪费,为节约燃料并保护环境,人们往往使用在汽油中添加节油剂的方法。在现有技术中,汽油节油剂一般是属于辛烷值的改进剂,如90年公开的中国专利(公开号CN1046178A)“一种节油剂”,其组成为:溶剂20~60%、芳香烃5~40%、芳香醇2~10%、脂肪醇0.5~9%、油溶性金属盐3~15%、稠环烃1~6%、精油晶态烃0.1~4%。这种添加剂存在以下缺点:①为液体配合物,产品不易运输、携带,且易燃,有一定的危险性,②含有油溶性金属盐,这些金属盐燃烧后的残渣,仍残存在气缸及发动机内,引起机械摩擦的增大,损害发动机并增加汽油的消耗;③其中有些组份来源欠缺,如精油晶态烃、稠环烃等;④添加比例较大,为0.1%;⑤节油率较低,为12%左右。
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的缺点而提供一种不含金属盐、且节油率高、添加量小,通过消除积炭节约汽油的固体车用燃料汽油节油剂。
为完成上述发明目的,本发明所提供的车用燃料汽油节油剂组成(重量%)如下:
软脂酸脂肪醇酯                70~85
硬脂酸脂肪醇酯                10~25
脂肪胺           0~2
高级脂肪酸       0~5
高级脂肪醇       0~6
本发明的车用燃料汽油节油剂,能充分的溶解于汽油,利用其表面活性作用消除缸体内的积炭,减弱或消除由积碳而引起的爆燃,减少燃烧后尾气中一氧化碳和烷烃的含量约50%以上,提高燃烧效率,并减少了发动机的机械摩擦作用,从而达到节油的目的。
本发明具体实施例的组成可以视燃料汽油的型号不同,通过试验进行适当调整。
例如:
1、摩托车用汽油节油剂的优选配比为:

本发明的制备方法如下:
按配比分别将软脂酸脂肪醇酯、硬脂酸脂肪醇酯、脂肪胺、高级脂肪酸和高级脂肪醇依次加入反应釜中,搅拌下升温至70~100℃,待全部混熔后,继续搅拌30~60分钟,放出液料,冷却至25℃或25℃以下,即可得到该车用汽油节油剂。
本发明相比现有技术具有如下优点:
1、节油剂中不含油溶性金属盐,燃烧后气缸及发动机内不产生金属盐残渣,因而不会赠加机械摩擦作用,既不损害发动机,又节约了燃料;
2、利用本发明节油剂的表面活性作用可清除缸体和油路中积炭,提高燃烧效率,同时可减少缸体和活塞环之间的机械摩擦作用,使车子起动容易,发动机轰鸣声及自动熄火减少;
3、添加量小、节油效果显著,取本发明配制的节油剂,按0.04%左右的添加量添加在不同牌号的汽油中,分别在不同车型的汽车和摩托车中试验一星期,行程2000Km,其油耗可降低15~20%;
4、使用该节油剂具有明显的环境保护功能,按0.04%添加在车用汽油中,车辆尾气中有害气体排放显著减少,如MZ-150摩托车,用燃90#汽油,汽油∶机油=50∶1,尾气排放由污浊黑烟变成清洁白烟,一氧化碳含量降低50%,碳氢化合物降低51.2%。
5、使用本发明制作的添加剂成份简单、原料广泛,成本低廉,生产工艺简便;
6、使用本发明制作的添加剂在常温下为固体,运输、携带方便、安全,可按照要求制作成具有一定重量的小颗粒,添加方便,添加量易于掌握。

1、一种车用燃料汽油节油剂,其特征在于:该节油剂的重量百分比组成为:软脂酸脂肪醇酯 CH2CH3  70~85硬脂酸脂肪醇酯 CH2CH3  10~25脂肪胺CH3(CH2)16CH2NH2 0~2高级脂肪酸CH3(CH2)15CH2COOH 0~5高级脂肪醇CH3(CH2)14CH2OH 0~6其中m=14~18、n=14~18、m+n≤32
2、根据权利要求1所述的车用燃料汽油节油剂,其特征在于:所述重量百分比组成为:软脂酸脂肪醇酯 CH2CH3  80硬脂酸脂肪醇酯 CH2CH3 20其中m=14~16、n=14~18、m+n≤32
