本发明涉及基于建筑光伏构件的龙骨安装总成,包括龙骨和密封条,所述龙骨沿其上部居中位置的长度方向设有螺栓插槽、所述螺栓插槽两侧设有隔热断桥插槽,其中设置隔热断桥材料,相邻建筑光伏构件的边框安装在插有两个隔热断桥材料的龙骨上,并通过螺栓和压块螺丝固定;相邻建筑光伏构件的边框拼接安装后形成凹槽,凹槽中设密封胶防水层,所述密封条设于密封胶防水层上。本发明可满足建筑对结构强度、防火、耐候、保温和散热、水密性和气密性等要求,与现有的建筑安装工艺方法高度兼容,也要满足建筑的相关标准和规范要求。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种建筑光伏安装系统,具体涉及建筑光伏发电系统的结构安装连接,保证了建筑光伏构件安装后系统防水、防火、绝缘、耐候、保温和散热、水密性和气密性等建筑性能或电气性能要求。
 
技术背景:
随着建筑节能和新能源技术的发展,建筑分布式光伏发电系统应用越来越广泛,越来越多的光伏组件在建筑上使用。目前,光伏组件主要在建筑屋顶使用,其安装方式多采用支架固定在屋顶表面,组件阵列之间会留有足够的空隙以保证相邻组件不会遮挡阳光,而组件与组件之间的电气连接通过敷设电缆线完成。这样的安装方式,存在诸多问题。首先,组件之间的间隙,无法满足建筑对于防水和气密性的要求,支架给建筑带来严重的结构安全与功能缺陷。随着建筑光伏一体化的发展,基于建筑产业化理念的建筑用光伏构件被提出来,这就需要设计新的安装方法,系统需满足建筑对结构强度、防火、耐候、保温和散热、水密性和气密性等要求,与现有的建筑安装工艺方法高度兼容,也要满足建筑的相关标准和规范要求。
 
发明内容:
    针对上述上述现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供基于建筑光伏构件的龙骨安装总成,其可使组件之间的无间隙,可满足建筑对于防水和气密性的要求。
本发明为实现其目的所采取的技术方案:基于建筑光伏构件的龙骨安装总成,包括龙骨和密封条,所述龙骨沿其上部居中位置的长度方向设有螺栓插槽、所述螺栓插槽两侧设有隔热断桥插槽,其中设置隔热断桥材料,相邻建筑光伏构件的边框安装在插有两个隔热断桥材料的龙骨上,并通过螺栓和压块螺丝固定;相邻建筑光伏构件的边框拼接安装后形成凹槽,凹槽中设密封胶防水层,所述密封条设于密封胶防水层上。
所述密封条两侧设有纵向弧形槽,密封条端面居中沿其长度方向设横向弧形槽;两个纵向弧形槽分别与相邻的建筑光伏构件边框的弧形槽咬合,并与横向弧形槽构成密封条的结构变形部位。
所述龙骨两侧设连接件插槽。
所述龙骨采用金属材料、工程塑料或树脂纤维复合材料;隔热断桥材料采用工程塑料,胶条或树脂纤维复合材料。
本发明的有益效果:满足建筑对结构强度、防火、耐候、保温和散热、水密性和气密性等要求,与现有的建筑安装工艺方法高度兼容,也要满足建筑的相关标准和规范要求。

具体实施方式
参见图1-3,本发明包括龙骨4、建筑光伏构件边框2和密封条1。龙骨4沿其上部居中位置的长度方向设有螺栓插槽4.1。螺栓插槽两侧设有隔热断桥插槽4.2,其中设置隔热断桥材料8,相邻的建筑光伏构件边框3安装在插有两个隔热断桥材料的龙骨上,并通过固定件—螺栓5、压块6和螺母7固定,螺栓5可采用四角T形螺栓。相邻的建筑光伏构件边框3拼接安装后形成凹槽,凹槽中设密封胶防水层2,密封条1设于密封胶防水层2上面。
龙骨两侧设共设四个连接件插槽4.3用于插入L形连接件并用螺丝固定。连接件插槽可以作为建筑光伏构件背面装饰板的安装槽,也可以作为水电等管线固定槽,或作为电源插座的固定槽。龙骨可采用金属材料、工程塑料或树脂纤维复合材料;隔热断桥材料采用工程塑料,胶条或树脂纤维复合材料。
密封条1两侧设有纵向弧形槽1.1,密封条端面居中沿其长度方向设横向弧形槽1.2;两个纵向弧形槽分别与相邻的建筑光伏构件边框的弧形槽咬合,并与横向弧形槽构成密封条的结构变形部位。以适应温度变化导致建筑光伏构件尺寸变化的影响,并保护建筑光伏构件边框凹槽内的密封胶防水层。密封条可选用金属材料、工程塑料,胶条或复合材料。

1.用于建筑光伏构件的龙骨安装总成,其特征在于:包括龙骨和密封条,所述龙骨沿其上部居中位置的长度方向设有螺栓插槽、所述螺栓插槽两侧设有隔热断桥插槽,其中设置隔热断桥材料,相邻建筑光伏构件的边框安装在插有两个隔热断桥材料的龙骨上,并通过固定件固定;相邻建筑光伏构件的边框拼接安装后形成凹槽,凹槽中设密封胶防水层,所述密封条设于密封胶防水层上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于建筑光伏构件的龙骨安装总成,其特征在于:所述密封条两侧设有纵向弧形槽,密封条端面居中沿其长度方向设横向弧形槽;两个纵向弧形槽分别与相邻的建筑光伏构件边框的弧形槽咬合,并与横向弧形槽构成密封条的结构变形部位。
3.根据权利要求1所述的基于建筑光伏构件的龙骨安装总成,其特征在于:所述龙骨两侧设连接件插槽;所述固定件为螺栓、压块和螺母。
4.根据权利要求1所述的基于建筑光伏构件的龙骨安装总成,其特征在于:所述龙骨采用金属材料、工程塑料、碳纤维材料或树脂纤维复合材料;隔热断桥材料采用工程塑料、胶条、碳纤维材料或树脂纤维复合材料;密封条采用金属材料、工程塑料或胶条。
