Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于电池件的联排治具。一种用于电池件的联排治具,包括横截面为凹槽型的壳体及扣合固接在壳体内的塑料定位板,所述塑料定位板上设有若干用于容纳电池件的开口槽。通过采用分离式的结构,同时采用塑料定位板,其重量较轻,成本较低,同时当更换不同尺寸的电池件时,无需更换整个治具,仅需更换不同尺寸的塑料定位板即可,从而适应性较强,实现了方便地用于不同尺寸的电池件的生产。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种治具,尤其涉及一种用于电池件的联排治具。
背景技术
现有技术中,在电池件的生产过程中,常用专用治具进行充电组装前后的定位或者存放。现有技术中用于电池件的联排治具,通常为用金属材料制成的一体式结构,如图1所示,包括主体1,主体1上形成有容纳电池件的若干个放置槽2。然而这种结构的专用治具存在着一定的弊端,当更换不同尺寸的电池件时,需要更换整个治具,同时一体式的金属结构,不仅成本较高,而且重量较重,在使用中多有不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的问题,提供一种用于电池件的联排治具,其重量较轻,成本较低,同时适应性较强,可方便地用于不同尺寸的电池件的生产。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种用于电池件的联排治具,包括横截面为凹槽型的壳体及扣合固接在壳体内的塑料定位板,所述塑料定位板上设有若干用于容纳电池件的开口槽。
进一步的,所述塑料定位板的两端分别向外凸伸有握持部。
进一步的,所述塑料定位板的底部四角分别设有支腿,所述支腿与所述壳体的凹槽底部相抵接。
进一步的,所述塑料定位板与所述壳体通过两侧设置的螺钉固定连接。
本发明所述的一种用于电池件的联排治具,包括横截面为凹槽型的壳体及扣合固接在壳体内的塑料定位板,所述塑料定位板上设有若干用于容纳电池件的开口槽。通过采用分离式的结构,同时采用塑料定位板,其重量较轻,成本较低,同时当更换不同尺寸的电池件时,无需更换整个治具,仅需更换不同尺寸的塑料定位板即可,从而适应性较强,实现了方便地用于不同尺寸的电池件的生产。

具体实施方式
下面根据附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图2所示,本发明实施例所述的一种用于电池件的联排治具,包括横截面为凹槽型的壳体3及扣合固接在壳体内的塑料定位板4,所述塑料定位板4上设有若干用于容纳电池件的开口槽5。
具体的,所述塑料定位板4的两端分别向外凸伸有握持部6。所述塑料定位板4的底部四角分别设有支腿7,所述支腿7与所述壳体3的凹槽底部相抵接。所述塑料定位板4与所述壳体3通过两侧设置的螺钉固定连接。
结合图3所示,更具体的,所述壳体3的两侧分别开有工艺孔,所述壳体3的底部对应所述开口槽的位置分别设有若干观察孔8。所述塑料定位板4为一体式注塑成型。所述壳体3为金属板材模压成型。所述开口槽5贯通所述塑料定位板4。所述开口槽5的数量为20个,其平行间隔设置在所述塑料定位板4上。

1.一种用于电池件的联排治具,其特征在于,包括横截面为凹槽型的壳体及扣合固接在壳体内的塑料定位板,所述塑料定位板上设有若干用于容纳电池件的开口槽,所述塑料定位板的两端分别向外凸伸有握持部;所述塑料定位板的底部四角分别设有支腿,所述支腿与所述壳体的凹槽底部相抵接;所述塑料定位板与所述壳体通过两侧设置的螺钉固定连接。
