Abstract

本发明涉及玻璃门冰箱技术领域，特别涉及一种用于玻璃门冰箱上挂篮中支架的制作方法。
背景技术
目前多数冰箱生产厂家都有生产玻璃门冰箱，但玻璃门冰箱由于空间有限，并不像传统家用冰箱一样在门体内侧设有多个储物盒，因此相对而言，储物空间较少，不能满足用户的储物需求，所以，需要一种对玻璃门冰箱的内部结构进行优化的简便方法，制作一种储存装置在有限的空间内尽可能的可以多放一些物件，满足不同用户的需求。
因此需要设计一种挂篮，其首要解决的问题是提供一种支架的制作方法，该方法制作的支架能与玻璃门内侧边框固定连接并便于拆卸安装。
发明内容
本发明克服上述现有技术方案中的不足，提供一种支架的制作方法，该制作方法制作的支架能与玻璃门内侧边框固定连接，便于拆卸安装，并且支架与玻璃门内侧之间形成有容纳物品的空间。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的：
一种支架的制作方法，将一根支杆的上下两端向支杆同一侧弯曲，支杆采用金属杆，再将这样两根弯曲过的支杆平行摆放，再在两根支杆的上下两端之间横向设置横板，再将横板的两端与支杆焊接固定。
为了便于支架与玻璃门内侧连接固定或拆卸，作为优选，在横板上加工有用于安装支架的安装孔。
采用了上述技术方案的本发明的工作原理及有益效果是：

本发明的具体实施方式如下：
实施例：一种支架的制作方法，如图2所示，将一根支杆1的上下两端向支杆1同一侧弯曲，支杆1采用金属杆，再将这样两根弯曲过的支杆1平行摆放，如图1所示，再在两根支杆1的上下两端之间横向设置横板2，再将横板2的两端与支杆1焊接固定；在横板2上加工有用于安装支架的安装孔3。

1.一种支架的制作方法，其特征是：将一根支杆的上下两端向支杆同一侧弯曲，支杆采用金属杆，再将这样两根弯曲过的支杆平行摆放，再在两根支杆的上下两端之间横向设置横板，再将横板的两端与支杆焊接固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种支架的制作方法，其特征在于：在横板上加工有用于安装支架的安装孔。
