Abstract

本发明公开了一种LED驱动电源壳体结构,包括顶盖、侧盖、底座,所述侧盖为两个,两个侧盖分别设在顶盖对角位置两缺口处,侧盖与顶盖之间通过卡销与卡槽相配合固定,侧盖与底座之间通过螺钉与螺钉孔相配合固定。顶盖被两侧盖卡住限位,侧盖与底座之间通过螺钉固定在一起,从而将顶盖、侧盖、底盖可靠稳定的固定在一起,采用螺钉与螺钉孔配合固定结构较少,占用壳体内部空间小,同时结构简单,便于装配,成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及LED驱动电源技术领域,尤其是涉及一种LED驱动电源壳体结构。
背景技术
现有的LED驱动电源壳体的顶盖和侧盖以及底座之间均用螺钉相连接固定在一起。螺钉结构固定,在对应螺钉的壳体内要设置凸起的螺钉孔,制造成本高,安装复杂,并且壳体内部凸起的螺钉孔占用驱动电源的内部空间,对设计布置造成一定的不便。
发明内容
针对现有技术不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种LED驱动电源壳体结构,以达到固定结构占用壳体内部空间小、固定牢靠的目的。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种LED驱动电源壳体结构,包括顶盖、侧盖、底座,所述侧盖为两个,两个侧盖分别设在顶盖对角位置两缺口处,侧盖与顶盖之间通过卡销与卡槽相配合固定,侧盖与底座之间通过螺钉与螺钉孔相配合固定。
所述顶盖与底座之间通过卡子与卡扣相配合固定。
所述卡子设在底座上的凸板上,底座边缘对应卡子位置设有缺口。
所述卡销设在侧盖上,卡槽设在顶盖上。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:顶盖与顶盖对角位置的两侧盖之间通过卡销与卡槽相配合固定,顶盖被两侧盖卡住限位,侧盖与底座之间通过螺钉固定在一起,从而将顶盖、侧盖、底盖可靠稳定的固定在一起,采用螺钉与螺钉孔配合固定结构较少,占用壳体内部空间小,同时结构简单,便于装配,成本低。

具体实施方式
下面对照附图,通过对实施例的描述,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的说明。
如图1和图2所示,该LED驱动电源壳体结构,包括顶盖1、两个侧盖2、底座3,顶盖1对角位置两拐角处设有两缺口,缺口形状与侧盖配合接口形状相对应,侧盖2上设有卡销21,顶盖1上设有卡槽11,通过卡销21与卡槽11相配合,使顶盖1固定在两侧盖2之间;底座3上设有螺钉孔31,螺钉穿过侧盖2上的固定孔与底座3上的螺钉孔31相配合,使侧盖2与底座3固定在一起,从而将顶盖1、侧盖2、底座3可靠稳定的固定在一起,采用螺钉与螺钉孔配合固定结构较少,占用壳体内部空间小。
卡销设在侧盖上,卡槽设在顶盖上,便于侧盖与顶盖之间装配操作。
在底座3上的凸板外侧上设有卡子32,顶盖1内侧上设有与卡子相适配的卡扣,通过卡子与卡扣相配合,进一步的提高壳体固定的可靠性。
底座3边缘对应卡子位置设有缺口32,便于顶盖1与底座3拆卸操作。

1.一种LED驱动电源壳体结构,包括顶盖(1)、侧盖(2)、底座(3),其特征在于:所述侧盖(2)为两个,顶盖对角位置两拐角处设有两缺口,缺口形状与侧盖配合接口形状相对应,两个侧盖(2)分别设在顶盖(1)对角位置两缺口处,侧盖(2)与顶盖(1)之间通过卡销与卡槽相配合固定,侧盖(2)与底座(3)之间通过螺钉与螺钉孔相配合固定;所述顶盖(1)与底座(3)之间通过卡子(32)与卡扣相配合固定;所述卡子(32)设在底座(3)上的凸板上,顶盖内侧上设有与卡子相适配的卡扣,底座(3)边缘对应卡子(32)位置设有缺口(33);所述卡销(21)设在侧盖(2)上,卡槽(11)设在顶盖(1)上;侧盖上设有卡销,顶盖上设有卡槽,通过卡销与卡槽相配合,使顶盖固定在两侧盖之间;底座上设有螺钉孔,螺钉穿过侧盖上的固定孔与底座上的螺钉孔相配合,使侧盖与底座固定在一起,从而将顶盖、侧盖、底座可靠稳定的固定在一起。
