技术领域
本发明涉及一种中空玻璃安装结构，尤其是涉及一种内置附框中空玻璃。
背景技术
装饰中空玻璃除具有一般玻璃的采光、观景、装饰等基本要求外，还具有更好的隔热、保温和降噪性能，使其得到广泛的应用。中空玻璃通常由两块或两块以上的玻璃组成，各相邻玻璃之间通过夹设的塑料胶条分隔出空腔。现有玻璃幕墙用中空玻璃是将铝合金附框用双面贴粘贴在中空玻璃的内片上，然后再打结构胶进行粘接。此方法工艺落后、复杂，由于结构胶受使用寿命的影响给玻璃幕墙工程埋下了安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种安全性高、节省成本的内置附框中空玻璃。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现：
一种内置附框中空玻璃，包括中空玻璃本体、结构胶和内置附框组件，所述的内置附框组件通过结构胶与中空玻璃本体连接。
所述的中空玻璃本体由两片玻璃通过结构胶粘贴而成。
所述的内置附框组件设有多个，分布设置在中空玻璃本体四周。
所述的内置附框组件镶嵌在中空玻璃本体的两片玻璃之间。
所述的内置附框组件包括相连接的铝合金附框和附框定位件。
所述的附框定位件设有两个，分别连接在铝合金附框的两端。
所述的铝合金附框的横截面呈U形。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有以下优点：
1、本发明的中空玻璃结构在打结构胶时，将内置附框组件分段镶嵌在两片玻璃中间，其工艺简单独特，使中空玻璃结构的安全性能得到了完全的保障；
2、节省材料，较比传统方法节省材料90％以上；
3、节约人工成本，节省人工95％以上；
4、节约存放与运输成本，节省50％的存放空间和运输成本且不会变形。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。本实施例以本发明技术方案为前提进行实施，给出了详细的实施方式和具体的操作过程，但本发明的保护范围不限于下述的实施例。
如图1-图3所示，一种内置附框中空玻璃，包括中空玻璃本体1、结构胶2和内置附框组件3，所述的内置附框组件3通过结构胶2与中空玻璃本体1连接。
所述的中空玻璃本体1由两片玻璃通过结构胶粘贴而成。所述的内置附框组件3设有多个，分布设置在中空玻璃本体1四周，镶嵌在中空玻璃本体1的两片玻璃之间。所述的内置附框组件3包括相连接的铝合金附框和附框定位件，铝合金附框的横截面呈U形，附框定位件设有两个，分别连接在铝合金附框的两端。
在中空玻璃1合片打结构胶2时，将内置附框组件3按技术要求分段镶嵌在两片玻璃中间，组成一个完整的内置附框中空玻璃。

1.一种内置附框中空玻璃，其特征在于，包括中空玻璃本体、结构胶和内置附框组件，所述的内置附框组件通过结构胶与中空玻璃本体连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种内置附框中空玻璃，其特征在于，所述的中空玻璃本体由两片玻璃通过结构胶粘贴而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种内置附框中空玻璃，其特征在于，所述的内置附框组件设有多个，分布设置在中空玻璃本体四周。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种内置附框中空玻璃，其特征在于，所述的内置附框组件镶嵌在中空玻璃本体的两片玻璃之间。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种内置附框中空玻璃，其特征在于，所述的内置附框组件包括相连接的铝合金附框和附框定位件。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种内置附框中空玻璃，其特征在于，所述的附框定位件设有两个，分别连接在铝合金附框的两端。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种内置附框中空玻璃，其特征在于，所述的铝合金附框的横截面呈U形。
