技术领域
本发明涉及建筑结构领域，具体是一种具有防水透气吸音功能的钢结构屋面。
背景技术
钢结构工程是以钢材制作为主，由型钢和钢板通过焊接、螺栓连接或铆接而制成的工程结构，其是主要的建筑结构类型之一。
目前，钢结构屋面建设中，有采用防水透气膜的，但缺少咬口式屋面外板、防水透气膜、玻璃丝棉毡、无纺布、檩条、檩托板和穿孔吸音板的一项或者几项，而且，无纺布大多数采用铝箔，会存在透气性差等问题。
发明内容
就上述现有技术存在的问题，本发明提供了一种具有防水透气吸音功能的钢结构屋面，该结构通过部件组合方式上的独特设置，使得作为屋面的钢结构的防水、透气和吸音效果大为提高。
本发明的技术方案是：一种具有防水透气吸音功能的钢结构屋面，其与钢梁连接，主要由咬口式屋面外板、防水透气膜、玻璃丝棉毡、无纺布、檩条、檩托板和穿孔吸音板组成。所述咬口式屋面外板、防水透气膜、玻璃丝棉毡和无纺布依次连接成为组件一，所述无纺布和穿孔吸音板连接成为组件二，所述组件一和组件二间有空气层，组件一固定在檩条上面，组件二固定在檩条下面，檩条通过檩托板固定于钢梁。
防水透气膜的存在，使得钢结构屋面防水透气效果显著。
穿孔吸音板的设置，使得钢结构屋面吸音效果显著。
无纺布相对于铝箔的优点在于：
1、增加玻璃丝棉毡下表面的强度，减小下挠；
2、透气性好；
3、放置玻璃丝棉毡碎屑下落，可净化空气。
该发明将防水、透气、吸音三大功能集中体现，优化了整体结构的设计，钢结构屋面使用效果良好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明对本发明做进一步的说明。
如图1和图2所示，一种具有防水透气吸音功能的钢结构屋面，其与钢梁8连接，主要由咬口式屋面外板1、防水透气膜2、玻璃丝棉毡3、无纺布4、檩条5、檩托板6和穿孔吸音板7组成。所述咬口式屋面外板1、防水透气膜2、玻璃丝棉毡3和无纺布4依次连接成为组件一，所述无纺布4和穿孔吸音板7粘接成为组件二，所述组件一和组件二之间有空气层，组件一固定在檩条5上面，组件二固定在檩条5下面，檩条5和檩托板6螺栓连接，檩托板6和钢梁8焊接。

1.一种具有防水透气吸音功能的钢结构屋面，其与钢梁（8）连接，其特征在于：主要由咬口式屋面外板（1）、防水透气膜（2）、玻璃丝棉毡（3）、无纺布（4）、檩条（5）、檩托板（6）和穿孔吸音板（7）组成；所述咬口式屋面外板（1）、防水透气膜（2）、玻璃丝棉毡（3）和无纺布（4）依次连接成为组件一，所述无纺布（4）、穿孔吸音板（7）连接成为组件二，所述组件一和组件二之间有空气层，组件一固定在檩条（5）上面，组件二固定在檩条（5）下面，檩条（5）通过檩托板（6）固定于钢梁（8）。
