本发明涉及一种污水曝气机。射流式曝气机在使用过程中由于潜水泵与射流管固定安装,在水泵出现损坏时不容易维护,增加了维护的成本,同时水泵卡死时不能及时发现,对水泵的线圈造成无法挽回的伤害,容易烧毁线圈。本发明组成包括 : 污水泵( 1 ),所述的污水泵( 1 )与软管( 2 )安装相连,所述的软管( 2 )与混合管( 4 )相连,所述的混合管( 4 )上端安装有进气管( 3 ),所述的混合管( 4 )与软管( 3 )相对的一端安装有射流管( 5 )。本发明用于污水处理。

本发明涉及一种污水处理装置,具体涉及一种污水曝气机。
背景技术:
  射流式曝气机在使用过程中由于潜水泵与射流管固定安装,在水泵出现损坏时不容易维护,增加了维护的成本,同时水泵卡死时不能及时发现,对水泵的线圈造成无法挽回的伤害,容易烧毁线圈。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种污水曝气机。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种污水曝气机,其组成包括:污水泵,所述的污水泵与软管安装相连,所述的软管与混合管相连,所述的混合管上端安装有进气管,所述的混合管与软管相对的一端安装有射流管。
所述的污水曝气机,所述的污水泵为潜水泵,所述的污水泵底端安装有支腿,所述的污水泵叶轮安装有转速传感器,所述的传感器通过导线连接到电源开关。
所述的污水曝气机,所述的进气管竖直安装伸出到水面上。
有益效果:
1.本发明通过与污水泵相连的软管实现单独浮出水面,在维护时只需将水泵拉出水面即可,修理维护方便,降低了维护成本。
2.本发明通过安装在污水泵底部的支腿使水泵离开池底,从而避免过量接触沉淀物减少水泵的使用寿命。
3.本发明通过安装在水泵内部的转速传感器检测叶轮的转速,在叶轮转速为零时,传递给开关电信号断开开关,避免水泵长时间的卡死烧坏电机。

根据上述实施例所述的污水曝气机,所述的转速传感器在检测到叶轮的转速为零时,传递给电源开关电讯号,开关断开,防止水泵长时间卡死而烧坏电机。

2.根据权利要求1所述的污水曝气机,其特征是:所述的污水泵为潜水泵,所述的潜水泵底端安装有支腿,所述的潜水泵叶轮安装有转速传感器,所述的传感器通过导线连接到电源开关。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的污水曝气机,其特征是:所述的进气管竖直安装伸出到水面上。
