Abstract

本发明涉及一种LED灯用支撑结构,包括支撑板,所述支撑板上交错设置有多排支撑杆,所述支撑杆的底端固定有吸盘,所述支撑杆的顶端设置有缓冲层。本发明的LED灯可以搁置在相邻支撑杆上,便于一次性承载多个LED灯,提高了测试效率,同时支撑杆上设置的凸起避免LED灯的移动,稳固性好,具有很好的社会效益和经济效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种支撑结构,尤其涉及一种LED灯用支撑结构。
背景技术
LED灯是日常生活中常见的照明器具,其可以安装在室内的天花板或是室外作为路灯。由于LED灯的灯管、镇流器、灯罩结构的不同,LED灯的工作和散热方式各不相同,导致LED灯的使用寿命也各不相同,但是有些无法知晓LED灯的使用寿命,LED灯损坏时而不能及时更换LED灯,带来许多的不便,甚至造成一定的损失。现有虽然可以通过定时器控制LED灯的开启和关闭来测得LED灯的使用寿命,但是没有专门用于放置LED灯的支架,容易导致LED灯损坏,且一次性可测试的LED灯数量少,浪费了大量的时间,无法满足大批量的测试。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单的LED灯用支撑结构。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种LED灯用支撑结构,包括支撑板,所述支撑板上交错设置有多排支撑杆,所述支撑杆的底端固定有吸盘,所述支撑杆的顶端设置有缓冲层。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,LED灯用支撑结构进一步包括所述缓冲层包括多个间隔设置的凸起。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,LED灯用支撑结构进一步包括所述凸起采用橡胶材质制成。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,LED灯用支撑结构进一步包括所述凸起粘接在所述支撑杆的顶端。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,LED灯用支撑结构进一步包括所述支撑板的底端四角均设有立柱。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,LED灯用支撑结构进一步包括所述立柱的底端安装有万向轮。
本发明解决了背景技术中存在的缺陷,本发明的LED灯可以搁置在相邻支撑杆上,便于一次性承载多个LED灯,提高了测试效率,同时支撑杆上设置的凸起避免LED灯的移动,稳固性好,具有很好的社会效益和经济效益。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明,这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1所示,一种LED灯用支撑结构,包括支撑板1,支撑板1上交错设置有多排支撑杆2,偶数排的支撑杆2的数量比奇数排的支撑杆2的数量多一个,支撑杆2的底端固定有吸盘3,通过吸盘3使得支撑杆2垂直固定在支撑板1上,同时吸盘3可以移动,便于调节支撑杆2之间的距离,适用不同大小的LED灯,为了避免LED灯与支撑杆1直接接触而导致LED灯的刮伤,支撑杆2的顶端设置有缓冲层4。
本发明优选缓冲层4包括多个间隔设置的凸起5,凸起5呈圆柱状,但并不局限于圆柱状,也可以为圆台状。其中,凸起5采用橡胶材质制成。凸起5粘接在支撑杆2的顶端。
为了避免LED灯的损坏,使LED灯位于一定的高度,支撑板1的底端四角均设有立柱6。
为了便于支撑结构的移动,可与不同位置的开关配合测试,立柱6的底端安装有万向轮7。
本发明的LED灯呈平板状,使用时,将每个LED灯搁置在奇数排的一个支撑杆2和偶数排的两个支撑杆2上,同时通过支撑杆2上的凸起5避免LED灯在支撑杆2上的滑动,稳固性好。

1.一种LED灯用支撑结构,其特征在于:包括支撑板,所述支撑板上交错设置有多排支撑杆,偶数排的所述支撑杆的数量比奇数排的所述支撑杆的数量多一个,所述支撑杆的底端固定有吸盘,所述支撑杆的顶端设置有缓冲层,所述支撑板的底端四角均设有立柱,所述立柱的底端安装有万向轮,所述万向轮能够使支撑结构与不同位置的开关配合测试。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯用支撑结构,其特征在于:所述缓冲层包括多个间隔设置的凸起。
3.根据权利要求2所述的LED灯用支撑结构,其特征在于:所述凸起采用橡胶材质制成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的LED灯用支撑结构,其特征在于:所述凸起粘接在所述支撑杆的顶端。
