After the refrigerant is throttled by the throttling device 3, the gas-liquid two-phase refrigerant enters the evaporator 4 for evaporation and heat exchange, and the fan 6 blows cold air out of the space of the kitchen to cool the kitchen. When the air conditioner is stopped, the water in the water tank 5 naturally or forcibly dissipates heat to reduce the water temperature; when the air conditioner is used for a long time, the water temperature exceeds the set temperature, the bypass electromagnetic valve 7 is opened to supplement water, and hot water in the water tank flows into a sewer through the water outlet 53, so that the water temperature of the water tank can be reduced, and the long-term operation of the air conditioner is ensured.
According to the characteristics that the time for using the air conditioner in a kitchen is not long and the time for using the air conditioner in the kitchen is long, the heat storage capacity of water is utilized, the heat generated by the operation of the air conditioner is absorbed by the water, and the water is heated and stored; the water can be used as domestic hot water after being heated, or can naturally release heat (or forcibly release heat) when the air conditioner is not used, so that the water temperature is reduced, and the air conditioner can be continuously used.
The kitchen air conditioner can be installed at any position in a kitchen, and can normally operate simply by connecting the household cold water pipe with the water inlet of the air conditioner, connecting the household hot water pipe with the water outlet of the air conditioner, connecting the water outlet of the air conditioner with a sewer and switching on the power supply, thus being simple and easy. The installation form can be a vertical cabinet type, a wall-hanging type, a ceiling type and a hidden type, but is not limited to the above.
