Abstract

鼓风炉渣车，容器两边分别焊有一根轴，轴的另一端固定在车轮轮芯处。容器外部焊有一根推杆，推杆另一端焊有推手，在推杆上靠近推手端焊有支脚。使用时把车停在鼓风炉边，通过车轮与支脚使容器保持平稳，打开鼓风炉渣出液口，溶液流入容器内，待装满后，关闭出液口，拉高推手，使支脚离地，然后推动推手，通过推杆、容器的力传递使车轮滚动移动，到达目的地后冷却一段时间，待炉渣成固态。抬高推手使容器倾斜直至另一端着地，把整坨炉渣倒出。

 本发明涉及鼓风炉渣车。
背景技术
目前，公知的鼓风炉渣车它的容器底部都在车轮轴的上方，车子重心较高稳定性不好溶液外渐，车的推手较高不好用力、容器内腔为梯形，倒出后边角易碎，碎渣尖锐。
发明内容
 为了解决现有的鼓风炉渣车它的容器底部都在车轮轴的上方，车子重心较高稳定性不好溶液外渐，车的推手较高不好用力、容器内腔为梯形，倒出后边角易碎，碎渣尖锐等问题。本发明提供一种改进的鼓风炉渣车。该车具有稳定性好，用力合理，内腔近似半圆，碎渣圆滑等优点。
为了达到上述目的，本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是如下设计的：
容器两边分别焊有一根轴，轴的另一端固定在车轮轮芯处。容器外部焊有一根推杆，推杆另一端焊有推手，在推杆上靠近推手端焊有支脚。
使用时把车停在鼓风炉边，通过车轮与支脚使容器保持平稳，打开鼓风炉渣出液口，溶液流入容器内，待装满后，关闭出液口，拉高推手，使支脚离地，然后推动推手，通过推杆、容器的力传递使车轮滚动移动，到达目的地后冷却一段时间，待炉渣成固态。抬高推手使容器倾斜直至另一端着地，把整坨炉渣倒出。
本发明的有益效果是：车子重心低具有高稳定性防止高温溶液溅出，推手高度适合人的用力习惯，更加省力，倒出的炉渣不易碎且不会形成尖锐碎渣。

具体实施方式
    容器1两边分别焊有一根轴2，轴2的另一端固定在车轮轴承3处。容器1外部焊有一根推杆6，推杆5另一端焊有推手6，在推杆5上靠近推手6端焊有支脚7。
使用时把车停在鼓风炉边，通过车轮4与支脚7的支撑使容器1保持平稳，打开鼓风炉渣出液口，溶液流入容器1内，待装满后，关闭出液口，拉高推手6，使支脚7离地，然后推动推手6，通过推杆5、容器1的力传递使车轮4滚动移动，到达目的地后冷却一段时间，待炉渣成固态。抬高推手6使容器1倾斜直至另一端着地，把整坨炉渣倒出。

1.鼓风炉渣车，轴(2)的另一端固定在车轮轴承(3)处，推杆(5)另一端焊有推手(6)，在推杆(5)上靠近推手(6)端焊有支脚(7)，其特征是：容器(1)两边分别焊有一根轴(2)，容器(1)外部焊有一根推杆(6)。
