Abstract

Description

调节瓣安排
本发明涉及根据权利要求1的前序部分的一种调节瓣安排。
在一个两级排气涡轮增压器的涡轮机壳体与一个发动机的排气歧管之间的一个凸缘连接中可以提供所述类型的一种调节瓣安排。具体地说,这样一个调节瓣安排可以被提供在一个两级排气涡轮增压器安排的一个低压涡轮机的涡轮机壳体与一个发动机的排气歧管之间。所述排气歧管可以是在其中整合有一个高压涡轮机壳体的、或通过螺纹连接而将一个高压涡轮机壳体附接到其上的一个排气歧管模块。在一种已知的调节瓣安排的情况下,这些凸缘连接的区域中的密封是通过一个卷边密封件来实现的,然而卷边密封件具有非常麻烦的设计,这是因为需要大量螺钉。此外,所述卷边密封件从对该整体的安排进行封装的一个空间方面导致多个问题。

如果根据本发明的调节瓣安排被用于一个两级排气涡轮增压器安排的话,该凹槽可以被安排在低压涡轮机的壳体的一个凸缘中、或者被安排在该发动机的排气歧管的一个凸缘中。
根据本发明的调节瓣安排的所述第二凹槽是通过与该第一凹槽相同的方式而安排在凸缘中的。
在所有可替代的安排中,在多个凹槽中提供多个V形环在各自情况下产生的优点是这些V形环在各自情况下由该凹槽的邻近该连接开口定位的脊来防止一种过度的热传导。
该一个或多个V形环还有可能各自在预负荷状态下。
该调节瓣板优选具有圆形设计。

在这两个实施例中,该插入环7可以是在预负荷状态下,这样相对于已知的卷边密封件产生了改善的密封作用。
导致减少的泄漏进而有利地产生了两级涡轮增压器安排的高压级的一个改善的响应行为,因为这个改善的密封的结果是,当关闭该调节瓣板5时,从出气管道11到该连接管道12存在着较少的排气泄漏,并且因此所有的排气只被供应到该高压涡轮机上。
