Abstract

本发明涉及一种涡旋并联压缩冷凝机组,压缩机组依次经油气分离器、冷凝器和储液器连接板式换热器的第一流程的进口,第一流程的出口经主管路依次连接制冷负载和压缩机组吸气进口,板式换热器的第二流程的进口经辅管路连接第一流程的出口,辅管路上设有电子膨胀阀,第二流程的出口经连接电子膨胀阀的温度传感器和压力传感器连接压缩机组吸气进口。制冷剂经板式换热器第一流程后,分流部分制冷剂经电子膨胀阀于板式换热器第二流程中对第一流程进行吸热,提高了流经第一流程中的制冷剂过冷度,提升了设备的制冷量和能效比,节能环保;通过过热度调控电子膨胀阀,保证合适的中间级吸气过热度,降低压缩机排气温度,确保系统运行稳定。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种压缩冷凝机组,特别是一种涡旋并联压缩冷凝机组。
背景技术
一般的制冷系统是由压缩机、冷凝器、节流元件、蒸发器等组成的封闭系统,封闭系统内充注适量制冷剂,在压缩机作用下,制冷剂通过压缩机压缩后经冷凝器、节流元件和蒸发器返回压缩机制冷剂在蒸发器内进行热交换,实现了冷凝器排热、蒸发器吸热的制冷过程。蒸发器在低蒸发温度运行时,压缩机压缩比增大,输气量及能效比大幅度下降,同时压缩机的排气温度较高,影响制冷系统运行安全性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供了一种结构简单,节能、高效,运行稳定的涡旋并联压缩冷凝机组。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种涡旋并联压缩冷凝机组,由压缩机组、油液分离器、冷凝器和储液器依次连接而成,其技术特点是所述储液器后连接一板式换热器,板式换热器的第一流程的进口连接储液器出口,第一流程的出口经主管路依次连接制冷负载和压缩机组吸气进口,板式换热器的第二流程的进口经辅管路连接第一流程的出口,辅管路上依次设有电子膨胀阀,第二流程的出口经温度传感器和压力传感器连接压缩机组吸气进口,温度传感器和压力传感器传感器连接电子膨胀阀。
所述压缩机组吸气进口包括连通压缩机的吸气口和连通压缩机中间级吸气口,板式换热器的第二流程的出口连接压缩机组中间级吸气口,制冷负载连接吸气口。
压缩机压缩后的制冷剂经冷凝器冷凝后送至板式换热器,制冷剂经第一流程分别送至第二流程和制冷负载,在进入第二流程时经电子膨胀阀降压成低压低温冷媒,低压低温冷媒在板式换热器中与制冷剂进行预热换热,回到压缩机中间吸气口,提供给压缩机进行混合压缩,增加压缩机排气量,提高压缩机效率,同时送至蒸发器的制冷剂液体温度进一步降低,制冷主回路中焓差增大,便于提高制冷效果和效率,起节能效果;
本发明的有益效果是:在冷凝器与制冷负载间增设一板式换热器,制冷剂经板式换热器第一流程后,分流部分制冷剂经电子膨胀阀于板式换热器第二流程中对第一流程进行吸热,提高了流经第一流程中的制冷剂过冷度,提升了设备的制冷量和能效比,达到节能环保的目的;电子膨胀阀由温度传感器和压力传感器探测制冷剂,通过过热度控制电子膨胀阀的阀口的大小,调控电子膨胀阀,保证了合适的中间级吸气过热度,进一步降低压缩机排气温度,确保系统运行稳定。

下面结合附图对本发明做进一步描述。
图1所示,一种涡旋并联压缩冷凝机组包括压缩机组1、油气分离器4、冷凝器5、储液器6、板式换热器7、电子膨胀阀10、温度传感器11和压力传感器12。压缩机组1、油气分离器4、冷凝器5和储液器6依次连接,储液器6出口连接板式换热器7第一流程8的第一流程进口81,第一流程出口82经主管路14依次连接制冷负载12,板式换热器7的第一流程出口82与第二流程9的第二流程进口91之间的辅管路15上设有电子膨胀阀10,第二流程出口92经温度传感器11和压力传感器12连通压缩机组1中部的中间级吸气口3,温度传感器11和压力传感器12连接电子膨胀阀10,制冷负载13连通压缩机组1的吸气口2。
本发明工作过程为:压缩机组排出的高温、高压制冷剂气体,经冷凝器冷凝后变为液体,制冷剂液体进入板式换热器第一流程内,热交换后变为过冷液体,出来过冷液体分为主路和辅路,辅路的制冷剂液体经电子膨胀阀节流降压后进入板式换热器第二流程内,与板式换热器第一流程制冷剂液体热交换后变为气体,由压缩机组的中间级吸气口吸入,主路制冷剂过冷液体送入制冷负载,热交换后变为低压气体,由压缩机吸气口吸入,中间级和低压级吸入的制冷剂气体在压缩机压缩过程中混合,形成高温、高压气体排出压缩机,形成封闭循环。其中电子膨胀阀的启闭状态由温度传感器、压力传感器探测压缩机组吸气温度决定。

1.一种涡旋并联压缩冷凝机组,由压缩机组、油气分离器、冷凝器和储液器依次连接而成,其特征在于:所述压缩机组包括三台并联的涡旋压缩机,所述储液器后连接一板式换热器,板式换热器的第一流程的进口连接储液器出口,第一流程的出口经主管路依次连接制冷负载和压缩机组吸气进口,板式换热器的第二流程的进口经辅管路连接第一流程的出口,辅管路上设有电子膨胀阀,第二流程的出口经温度传感器和压力传感器连接压缩机组吸气进口,温度传感器和压力传感器连接电子膨胀阀的电子控制器,所述压缩机组吸气进口包括连通压缩机底部的吸气口和连通压缩机中部的中间级吸气口,板式换热器的第二流程的出口连接压缩机组中间级吸气口,制冷负载连接吸气口。
