本发明属于机械类产品的阀门技术领域,尤其涉及阀门的操纵装置,包括把手、防尘环、外罩、传动件、弹簧及螺栓,其特征在于:外罩与阀体相连,把手与外罩配合处设有防尘环,把手与阀杆之间设有传动件并用弹簧对其进行离合操作。其有益效果是:由于上述装置采用了防尘结构,使得阀杆得到了有效的保护,提高其使用寿命,且离合结构的采用,即使在磕碰等情况下也不至产生误动作,提高阀门使用的安全可靠性。

技术领域
本发明属于机械类产品的阀门技术领域,尤其涉及阀门的操纵装置。
背景技术
阀门用来控制流体的方向、压力、流量,是流体系统中应用广泛且极为重要的部件之一,因此对其的操作必须是方便、安全、可靠的。现有的手动阀门一般直接对连接在阀杆上的把手进行操作,通常在把手中间设多边形或齿形通孔与阀杆端部所设凸榫相配合,这种结构存在以下不足之处:1.由于阀杆与把手经常受到严重锈蚀,加大了阀门的操作扭力,给阀门操作带来不便,而且对其使用寿命也有较大影响;2.由于把手没有设保护装置,在磕碰等情况下容易对阀门进行误动作,从而带来不必要的损失。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题而提供一种阀门的操纵装置。
本发明的方案是这样实现的:一种阀门的操纵装置,包括把手、防尘环、外罩、传动件、弹簧及螺栓,其特征在于:外罩与阀体相连,把手与外罩配合处设有防尘环,把手与阀杆之间设有传动件并通过弹簧对其进行离合操作;所述外罩为一端设有法兰的圆柱,内孔为台阶状通孔,在另一端的小内孔处设有防尘环安装槽,大端径向设有小透气孔;所述把手中间设有圆柱凸台,外圆与外罩小内孔相配合,并在凸台端面设有孔及螺纹孔;所述传动件为铜制的台阶状圆柱,大端与外罩大内孔相配合,小端与把手内孔相配合,并设有齿状或多边形内孔,形状大小与阀杆凸榫相配合,并在孔口设有导向,并与阀杆端部形成线接触,以减小摩擦力。
本发明的有益效果是:由于上述装置采用了防尘结构,使得阀杆得到了有效的保护,提高其使用寿命,而离合结构的采用,即使在磕碰等情况下也不至产生误动作,提高阀门使用的安全可靠性。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步描述:
如图1所示,阀体8与外罩5相连,外罩5与把手1之间设有防尘环2从而形成了一个密闭空间,有效阻止了外界灰尘及污染介质进入内部;压下把手1克服弹簧7的阻力,会使得传动件3与阀杆4接触,同时轻轻旋转,使得与阀杆端部的齿形或多边形凸榫相啮合,同时压入使其处于咬合状态,即可对阀门进行操作;放开把手1,由于弹簧7的作用,会使传动件3与阀杆4处于分离状态,从而避免在磕碰等情况下产生的误动作。在这个过程中,外罩5所设的透气孔也保证了内部气压与大气压力相通,不至产生阻尼现象,使得动作状态更加灵活。
组装时,外罩5装有防尘环2,把手1装入外罩5后与传动件3用螺栓6相连,将弹簧7放入外罩5内孔后,再与阀体8相连。

Claims (4)

1.阀门的操纵装置,包括把手、防尘环、外罩、传动件、弹簧及螺栓,其特征在于:外罩与阀体相连,把手与外罩配合处设有防尘环,把手与阀杆之间设有传动件并通过弹簧对其进行离合操作。
2.如权利要求1所述的阀门的操纵装置,其特征在于:外罩为一端设有法兰的圆柱,内孔为台阶状通孔,在另一端的小内孔处设有防尘环安装槽,大端径向设有小透气孔。
3.如权利要求1所述的阀门的操纵装置,其特征在于:把手中间设有圆柱凸台,外圆与外罩小内孔相配合,并在凸台端面设有孔及螺纹孔。
4.如权利要求1所述的阀门的操纵装置,其特征在于:传动件为铜制的台阶状圆柱,大端与外罩大内孔相配合,小端与把手内孔相配合,并设有齿状或多边形内孔,形状大小与阀杆凸榫相配合,并在孔口设有导向,并与阀杆端部形成线接触,以减小摩擦力。
