技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及一种高突煤层穿层钻孔网络化加固方法,尤其适用于高突煤层中预抽煤巷条带瓦斯的穿层钻孔的加固。
背景技术
[0002] 在我国的煤炭开采工业中,随着开采深度的增加,地应力升高、瓦斯压力增大,高突煤层的瓦斯灾害日趋严重,预抽煤层瓦斯的区域性瓦斯治理方法得到了越来越广泛的应用。目前,国内煤矿企业多使用水力冲孔、水力割缝等卸压增透措施提高煤巷条带煤层瓦斯预抽效果,进而消除煤巷掘进区域的突出危险。然而高突煤层具有强度低、易破碎的特点,大量穿层钻孔预抽煤层瓦斯进一步降低了煤体强度,致使煤层内部应力分布不均,煤巷掘进过程中顶钻、响煤炮、煤壁片帮等动力现象频发,煤层巷道很难支护,严重制约了高突煤层的安全高效开采。
发明内容
[0003] 技术问题:本发明的目的是针对现有技术中存在的问题,提供一种简单宜行、行之有效的高突煤层穿层钻孔网络化加固方法,通过有选择地对高突煤层穿层钻孔进行加固,在煤体内形成网络式加固区域,使煤层巷道两侧形成“强弱强”结构体系,以此改善高突煤层的强度和应力分布,使采用大量穿层钻孔预抽后的煤层巷道更易支护。
[0004] 技术方案:本发明的高突煤层穿层钻孔网络化加固方法,包括在煤层底板岩层内沿工作面走向布置底抽巷,在底抽巷内布置多个钻场,从底抽巷的每个钻场内向煤层方向施工穿层钻孔,直至穿层钻孔穿透煤层顶板大于0.5m为止,之后实施瓦斯抽采对煤层巷道控制范围进行消突;还包括如下步骤:
[0005] a、在煤层巷道开掘前30〜60天,对预掘煤层巷道两帮向外延伸距离为H2的穿层钻孔停止瓦斯抽采,通过注浆栗间隔距离Hl向停止瓦斯抽采的穿层钻孔内压注加固材料,对预掘煤层巷道两侧的煤体进行网络化加固;
[0006] b、继续对间隔未压注加固材料的穿层钻孔抽采瓦斯;
[0007] C、当煤层巷道两侧煤体加固的长度超过10m时,在煤层巷道开掘前I〜3天,按《防治煤与瓦斯突出规定》对瓦斯抽采消突效果进行检验,检验合格后,按常规方法掘进煤层巷道,若检验不合格,则继续进行瓦斯抽采直至达标后再进行煤层巷道的掘进;
[0008] d、在掘进煤层巷道过程中,继续向预掘煤层巷道两帮向外延伸距离为H2的穿层钻孔内间隔压注加固材料,保证加固位置超前掘进头大于50m或超前掘进时间不小于28天。
[0009] 所述对间隔压注加固材料的穿层钻孔之间的距离Hl为5〜20m。
[0010] 所述的两帮向外延伸的距离H2为6〜15m。
[0011] 有益效果:本发明针对高突煤层穿层钻孔破坏煤体后煤层巷道掘进过程出现的动力现象频发、支护困难的问题,在底板岩巷穿层钻孔抽采瓦斯后,有选择地对钻孔间隔压注加固材料浆液,浆液充填钻孔并向周围煤体内渗透,形成网络化加固区域,增大煤体强度,使煤层巷道两侧形成“强弱强”结构体系,以此改善高突煤层的强度和应力分布,使采用大量穿层钻孔预抽后的煤层巷道更易支护,有效消除采掘过程中的危险性。本发明可使高突煤层巷道两帮变形量减少45〜65%,加固工作量减少35%〜50%,煤层巷道掘进速度提高40%〜60%,具有广泛的实用性。

具体实施方式
[0015] 下面结合附图对本发明的一个实施例作进一步的描述:
[0016] 如图1和图2所示,本发明的高突煤层穿层钻孔网络化加固方法:
[0017] 首先在煤层2底板岩层内沿工作面走向布置底抽巷5,在底抽巷5内布置钻场,从底抽巷的每个钻场内向煤层2方向施工穿层钻孔6 ;
[0018] 然后根据煤层2倾角和穿层钻孔6的抽采半径,确定穿层钻孔6的控制范围,其中倾斜、急倾斜煤层(倾角在25°至90°之间)的巷道上帮轮廓线外控制距离至少为20m,巷道下帮轮廓线外控制距离至少为10m,缓倾斜、近水平煤层(倾角在0°至25°之间)的巷道轮廓线外控制距离至少为15m ;
[0019] 从底抽巷5的每个钻场内向煤层2方向施工穿层钻孔6,直至穿过煤层顶板I长度不小于0.5m为止,之后按常规技术实施瓦斯抽采对煤层巷道4控制范围进行消突;根据煤层2的坚固性系数f,确定相邻加固钻孔之间的距离Hl为5〜20m,两帮向外延伸的距离H2为6〜15m,其中坚固性系数f彡0.35时,相邻加固钻孔之间的距离Hl不大于8倍的穿层钻孔6的抽采半径,两帮向外延伸的距离H2不大于10倍的穿层钻孔6的抽采半径,若坚固性系数f〈0.35时,相邻加固钻孔之间的距离Hl不大于6倍的穿层钻孔6的抽采半径,两帮向外延伸的距离H2不大于8倍的穿层钻孔6的抽采半径;
[0020] 如煤层2的强度较高,坚固性系数f为0.47,穿层钻孔6的抽采半径为1.3m,则选择相邻加固钻孔之间的距离Hl为7.Sm(小于8倍的抽采半径),两帮向外延伸的距离H2为10.4m (小于10倍的抽采半径);
[0021] 如煤层2的强度较小,坚固性系数f为0.28,穿层钻孔6的抽采半径为1.5m,则选择相邻加固钻孔之间的距离Hl为6m(小于6倍的抽采半径),两帮向外延伸的距离H2为9m(小于8倍的抽采半径);
[0022] 在煤层巷道4开掘前30〜60天,对预掘煤层巷道4两帮向外延伸距离为H2的穿层钻孔6停止瓦斯抽采,通过注浆栗间隔距离Hl向停止瓦斯抽采的穿层钻孔6内压注水泥基加固材料,对预掘煤层巷道4两侧的煤体进行网络化加固,浆液充填钻孔并向周围煤体内渗透,形成钻孔加固区7,同时继续对间隔未压注加固材料的穿层钻孔6抽采瓦斯;
[0023]当钻孔内的加固材料凝固后,煤层内钻孔加固区7间隔分布,在煤层巷道4两侧形成“强弱强”结构体系,有效改善了高突煤层的强度和应力分布。当煤层巷道4两侧煤体加固的长度超过10m时,在煤层巷道4开掘前I〜3天,按《防治煤与瓦斯突出规定》对瓦斯抽采效果进行检验,检验合格后,按常规方法掘进煤层巷道4,若检验不合格,则继续进行瓦斯抽采直至达标后再进行煤层巷道4的掘进。在掘进煤层巷道4过程中,继续向预掘煤层巷道4两帮向外延伸距离为H2的穿层钻孔6内间隔压注水泥基加固材料,保证加固位置超前掘进头大于50m或超前掘进时间不小于28天。
