背景技术
现有技术中胶带输送机尾部使用的改向滚筒装置普遍存在结构复杂，维护检修麻烦等缺点，不适合推广使用。
发明内容
发明目的：本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中的不足，提供一种结构简单、使用方便的胶带输送机尾部的改向滚筒装置。
技术方案：本发明所述的一种胶带输送机尾部的改向滚筒装置，包括轴，所述轴上设有轮毂，所述轮毂与所述轴通过键固定连接，所述轮毂外侧上设有圆板，所述圆板外侧包裹有一层筒皮，所述轴两端部设有轴承，轴承下方设有轴承座，所述轴承外设有轴承密封盖。
作为优选，所述轮毂数量为两个，分别设在轴两端。
作为优选，所述圆板上设有4～8个圆孔。
作为优选，所述轴承为调心球轴承。
有益效果：本发明结构简单，设计合理，维护检修方便，能耗消耗小，运行阻力小，适用于各行业的使用的胶带输送机装配。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种胶带输送机尾部的改向滚筒装置，包括轴4，轴4上设有轮毂3，轮毂3与所述轴4通过键6固定连接，轮毂3外侧上设有圆板2，如图2所示，圆板2上设有4个圆孔，圆板2外侧包裹有一层筒皮1，轴4两端部设有轴承8，轴承8为调心球轴承，轴承8下方设有轴承座7，轴承8外设有轴承密封盖5，其中轮毂3数量为两个，分别设在轴4两端。

1.一种胶带输送机尾部的改向滚筒装置，其特在于：包括轴（4），所述轴（4）上设有轮毂（3），所述轮毂（3）与所述轴（4）通过键（6）固定连接，所述轮毂（3）外侧上设有圆板（2），所述圆板（2）外侧包裹有一层筒皮（1），所述轴（4）两端部设有轴承（8），轴承（8）下方设有轴承座（7），所述轴承（8）外设有轴承密封盖（5）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种胶带输送机尾部的改向滚筒装置，其特征在于：所述轮毂（3）数量为两个，分别设在轴（4）两端。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种胶带输送机尾部的改向滚筒装置，其特征在于：所述圆板（2）上设有4～8个圆孔。
