本发明涉及一种工业用品,具体涉及一种防划伤拉丝油。
背景技术
拉丝油在工业生产中已经普遍使用,在拉丝过程中可以减少摩擦,提高效率,但现有的拉丝油在拉丝过程中对产品的保护不够,往往产品在拉丝过程中容易被划伤。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明为了解决现有技术的不足,提供了一种防划伤拉丝油。
技术方案:一种防划伤拉丝油,它是由三烷基磷酸酯钾盐、异丙醇、二乙醇胺、月桂基磷酸钙、甘油二乙酸酯和阳离子水配制而成,所述各组分的重量份为:三烷基磷酸酯钾盐12-15份;异丙醇:8-10份;二乙醇胺:10-15份;月桂基磷酸钙:18-20份;甘油二乙酸酯:18-22份;阳离子水:50-100份。
有益效果:本发明所述的一种防划伤拉丝油,使用方便,在对产品进行拉丝的过程中,可以有效的保护产品,避免产品被划伤。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
实施例1:
一种防划伤拉丝油,它是由三烷基磷酸酯钾盐、异丙醇、二乙醇胺、月桂基磷酸钙、甘油二乙酸酯和阳离子水配制而成,所述各组分的重量份为:三烷基磷酸酯钾盐12份;异丙醇:8份;二乙醇胺:10份;月桂基磷酸钙:18份;甘油二乙酸酯:18份;阳离子水:50份。
上述防紫外线玻璃清洗剂的配制方法:将12份三烷基磷酸酯钾盐、8份异丙醇和10份二乙醇胺混合加热至60℃,然后加入18份月桂基磷酸钙和18份甘油二乙酸酯混合均匀,最后兑入50份阳离子水勾兑即可。
实施例2: 
一种防划伤拉丝油,它是由三烷基磷酸酯钾盐、异丙醇、二乙醇胺、月桂基磷酸钙、甘油二乙酸酯和阳离子水配制而成,所述各组分的重量份为:三烷基磷酸酯钾盐15份;异丙醇:10份;二乙醇胺:15份;月桂基磷酸钙:20份;甘油二乙酸酯:22份;阳离子水:100份。
上述防紫外线玻璃清洗剂的配制方法:将15份三烷基磷酸酯钾盐、10份异丙醇和15份二乙醇胺混合加热至60℃,然后加入20份月桂基磷酸钙和22份甘油二乙酸酯混合均匀,最后兑入100份阳离子水勾兑即可。
实施例3:
一种防划伤拉丝油,它是由三烷基磷酸酯钾盐、异丙醇、二乙醇胺、月桂基磷酸钙、甘油二乙酸酯和阳离子水配制而成,所述各组分的重量份为:三烷基磷酸酯钾盐13.5份;异丙醇:9份;二乙醇胺:12.5份;月桂基磷酸钙:19份;甘油二乙酸酯:20份;阳离子水:75份。
上述防紫外线玻璃清洗剂的配制方法:将13.5份三烷基磷酸酯钾盐、9份异丙醇和12.5份二乙醇胺混合加热至60℃,然后加入19份月桂基磷酸钙和20份甘油二乙酸酯混合均匀,最后兑入75份阳离子水勾兑即可。

1.一种防划伤拉丝油,其特征在于:它是由三烷基磷酸酯钾盐、异丙醇、二乙醇胺、月桂基磷酸钙、甘油二乙酸酯和阳离子水配制而成,所述各组分的重量份为:
三烷基磷酸酯钾盐12-15份;
异丙醇:8-10份;
二乙醇胺:10-15份;
月桂基磷酸钙:18-20份;
甘油二乙酸酯:18-22份;
阳离子水:50-100份。
