本发明公开了一种配网开关智能投切控制装置,包含:电源模块、与电源模块相连的处理器模块,以及与处理器模块相连的输入输出模块。电源模块为UPS模块。的处理器模块包含GSM调制解调模块,分别与GSM调制解调模块电路连接的以太网口及RS232接口。本发明可以提高低压配网供电可靠性,通过对低压负荷的涌流、瞬时过流、永久故障进行有效分辨,控制低压开关再次投用或闭锁,解决瞬时过载开关的快速恢复供电问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及配电领域,特别涉及一种配网开关智能投切控制装置。
背景技术
由于配网负荷的复杂性和低压开关控制器的结构性所限,配网开关往往缺乏较为针对性的整定原则,因此在低压开关跳闸时,设备运维部门无法判断其跳闸原因。根据多年来跳闸情况分析,多数低压开关的跳闸是由瞬时过载引起,试送一次就恢复正常。但由于低压开关应用的数量庞大,往往在恢复送电过程中消耗较大量人力物力。尤其在极端天气情况下,在低压开关集中时段发生跳闸时,由于抢修资源的局限性、抢修速度受限,将极大影响用户恢复供电的时间。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种配网开关智能投切控制装置,可以提高低压配网供电可靠性,通过对低压负荷的涌流、瞬时过流、永久故障进行有效分辨,控制低压开关再次投用或闭锁,解决瞬时过载开关的快速恢复供电问题。
为了实现以上目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种配网开关智能投切控制装置,其特点是,包含:电源模块、与电源模块相连的处理器模块,以及与处理器模块相连的输入输出模块。
所述的电源模块为UPS模块。
所述的处理器模块包含GSM调制解调模块,分别与GSM调制解调模块电路连接的以太网口及RS232接口。
所述的输入输出模块与GSM调制解调模块电路连接本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
本发明可以提高低压配网供电可靠性,通过对低压负荷的涌流、瞬时过流、永久故障进行有效分辨,控制低压开关再次投用或闭锁,解决瞬时过载开关的快速恢复供电问题。

以下结合附图,通过详细说明一个较佳的具体实施例,对本发明做进一步阐述。
如图1所示,一种配网开关智能投切控制装置,包含:电源模块(1)、与电源模块(1)相连的处理器模块(2),以及与处理器模块(2)相连的输入输出模块(3)。所述的电源模块(1)为UPS模块。所述的处理器模块(2)包含GSM调制解调模块(21),分别与GSM调制解调模块(21)电路连接的以太网口(22)及RS232接口(23),该GSM调制解调模块21采用西门子的TC35/TC35I。所述的输入输出模块(3)与GSM调制解调模块(21)电路连接。该输入输出模块(3)包含16个输入接口及16个输出接口
本发明应用时,将输入输出模块(3)接入到配电网的开关回路中,以太网口接入到电网检测互联网中,当配电网出现跳闸时,GSM调制解调模块发送信息到工作人员的手机终端上,从而可以更快的处理电网配电问题,恢复供电。
综上所述,本发明一种配网开关智能投切控制装置,可以提高低压配网供电可靠性,通过对低压负荷的涌流、瞬时过流、永久故障进行有效分辨,控制低压开关再次投用或闭锁,解决瞬时过载开关的快速恢复供电问题。

3.如权利要求1所述的配网开关智能投切控制装置,其特征在于,所述的处理器模块(2)包含GSM调制解调模块(21),分别与GSM调制解调模块(21)电路连接的以太网口(22)及RS232接口(23)。
4.如权利要求3所述的配网开关智能投切控制装置,其特征在于,所述的输入输出模块(3)与GSM调制解调模块(21)电路连接。
