本发明公开了一种太阳能电池板,包括铝合金制的方形框体,所述方形框体内固定太能电池板本体,所述方形框体由四根框架条拼合固定而成,所述框架条包括横截面为L形的框架本体,所述框架本体的长侧边边缘侧设有U形的电池板固定槽,相邻并对接的框架本体间通过插口及插条的插销结构拼合,同时插条及插口上设有固定孔,销钉插入固定孔并通过注胶固定。本发明中框架本体间通过插销结构拼合的同时,再通过销钉及孔的配合限制了框架本体间的位置关系,然后注胶固定,固定更加牢固,避免了框体的松动。

背景技术
公开号为CN201523012U的中国实用新型专利于2010年7月7日公开了一种太阳能板边框的连接结构,包括安装在太阳能板周围的若干框条,太阳能板转角处相邻的两个框条采用互为余角的斜面对接,转角处还设有转角连接件与相邻的两个框条相互插接。这种框条的插接结构固定不够牢固,长时间使用后容易松动。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题就是提供一种太阳能电池板,固定牢固,避免松动。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:太阳能电池板,包括铝合金制的方形框体,所述方形框体内固定太能电池板本体,所述方形框体由四根框架条拼合固定而成,其特征在于:所述框架条包括横截面为L形的框架本体,所述框架本体的长侧边边缘侧设有U形的电池板固定槽,相邻并对接的框架本体间通过插口及插条的插销结构拼合,同时插条及插口上设有固定孔,销钉插入固定孔并通过注胶固定。
优选的,所述框架本体为一端设置插口而另一端设置插条的结构,而插条与框架本体为一体成型结构。一体成型结构便于组装。
优选的,所述框架本体两端的对接面为45度的斜面。方便对接。
优选的,所述插条内侧面设有锯齿结构,所述插口对应所述锯齿结构设有凸点。连接效果会更好。
优选的,所述框架本体的厚度为3~5mm。
本发明中框架本体间通过插销结构拼合的同时,再通过销钉及孔的配合限制了框架本体间的位置关系,然后注胶固定,固定更加牢固,避免了框体的松动。

图1至图3示出了本发明太阳能电池板的具体结构,其包括铝合金制的方形框体1,所述方形框体内固定太能电池板本体,所述方形框体1由四根框架条10拼合固定而成,所述框架条10包括横截面为L形的框架本体,所述框架本体的长侧边边缘侧设有U形的电池板固定槽11,相邻并对接的框架本体间通过插口13及插条12的插销结构拼合,同时插条及插口上设有固定孔,销钉插入固定孔并通过注胶固定。所述框架本体为一端设置插口而另一端设置插条的结构,而插条与框架本体为一体成型结构。所述框架本体两端的对接面为45度的斜面。所述插条内侧面设有锯齿结构,所述插口对应所述锯齿结构设有凸点。所述框架本体的厚度为3~5mm。组装该太阳能电池板时,先将太能电池板本体边缘卡入电池板固定槽11,同时框架本体两端通过45度的斜面进行对接拼合,插条12也插入了插口13,凸点与锯齿结构配合,然后销钉插入固定孔并通过注胶将插条、插口与框架本体固定。

1. 太阳能电池板,包括铝合金制的方形框体(1),所述方形框体(1)内固定太能电池板本体,所述方形框体(1)由四根框架条(10)拼合固定而成,其特征在于:所述框架条(10)包括横截面为L形的框架本体,所述框架本体的长侧边边缘侧设有U形的电池板固定槽(11),相邻并对接的框架本体间通过插口(13)及插条(12)的插销结构拼合,同时插条及插口上设有固定孔,销钉插入固定孔并通过注胶固定,所述框架本体为一端设置插口而另一端设置插条的结构,而插条与框架本体为一体成型结构,所述框架本体两端的对接面为45度的斜面,所述插条内侧面设有锯齿结构,所述插口对应所述锯齿结构设有凸点,所述框架本体的厚度为3~5mm;组装该太阳能电池板时,先将太能电池板本体边缘卡入电池板固定槽,同时框架本体两端通过45度的斜面进行对接拼合,插条也插入了插口,凸点与锯齿结构配合,然后销钉插入固定孔并通过注胶将插条、插口与框架本体固定。
