Abstract

本发明涉及一种洗衣机,包括:外桶、设于外桶内的内桶和设于内桶内的拨轮;拨轮由主电机驱动,该主电机的输出轴通过电子离合器与外桶和内桶相连;其特征在于:内桶包括至少2对用于依次相连成通体的弹性瓣体和非弹性瓣体,非弹性瓣体的壁体上分布有仅在洗衣机执行脱水程序时开启的通孔;各非弹性瓣体沿拨轮外缘分布,且各非弹性瓣体与用于控制其径向位移的连杆相连,连杆与一驱动机构相连;在洗衣机执行洗涤或漂洗程序时,伴随拨轮的转动,所述驱动机构经连杆控制各非弹性瓣体快速径向往复位移。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种全自动洗衣机。
背景技术
现有的全自动洗衣机仅仅考拨轮驱动衣物和水流反复逆向旋转来达到清洗的目的,无法实现揉搓的功能。而在脱水时,也仅靠高速旋转产生离心力而使水脱离衣物,这种方法费时费电,效率较低。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种在洗涤和漂洗过程中能揉搓衣物的洗衣机。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种洗衣机,包括: 外桶、设于外桶内的内桶和设于内桶内的拨轮;拨轮由主电机驱动,该主电机的输出轴通过电子离合器与外桶和内桶相连;内桶包括至少2对用于依次相连成桶体的弹性瓣体和非弹性瓣体,非弹性瓣体的壁体上分布有仅在洗衣机执行脱水程序时开启的通孔;各非弹性瓣体沿拨轮外缘分布,且各非弹性瓣体与用于控制其径向位移的连杆相连,连杆与一驱动机构相连;在洗衣机执行洗涤和漂洗程序时,伴随拨轮的转动,所述驱动机构经连杆控制各非弹性瓣体快速径向往复位移;在洗衣机执行脱水程序时,伴随外桶和内桶的转动,所述驱动机构经连杆控制各非弹性瓣体向所述拨轮中心挤压,直至脱水程序结束时松开。 
进一步,所述非弹性瓣体上的通孔内设有与复位弹簧相连的堵塞件,该堵塞件仅在执行脱水程序且内桶转速高于200转/分时因离心力而脱离其所在的通孔;在洗涤程序完成后,所述漂洗程序和脱水程序交替反复执行或同时执行,且洗涤程序和漂洗程序中的放入内桶的水仅通过执行脱水程序而排出。
进一步,外桶底部连接有电磁阀控制的排水管路;外桶或内桶的底部均匀分布有多个用于检测内桶内的衣物初始重量的重力传感器;洗衣机还包括与所述主电机和各重力传感器相连的智能控制电路,用于根据所述各重力传感器的测量值而调整各非弹性瓣体的相对位置,以使内桶各重力传感器受力均衡,智能控制电路同时还根据衣物的初始重量调整各非弹性瓣体的相对位置,以控制内桶相应的容积和执行洗涤程序的用水量。
所述的应用该洗衣机的水处理系统,包括:储水箱,用于收集上述洗衣机排出的废水;废水蒸发装置,用于设置在空调室外机的排风侧并与所述储水箱相连,以利用空调室外机排出的热风蒸发所述废水;废水蒸发装置包括多层上下设置的蒸发盘,来自储水箱的废水直接排至顶层的蒸发盘中;各蒸发盘上铺设有吸附水中杂质的吸附材料,上层的蒸发盘上设有将水引入下层的通水孔。
本发明的积极效果:(1)本发明的洗衣机摆脱了仅考拨轮驱动衣物和水流反复逆向旋转来达到清洗的洗衣模式,本发明的洗衣机在洗涤和漂洗过程中能揉搓衣物,大大提高了洗衣效果,并缩短洗衣时间;同时本发明的洗衣机摆脱了在脱水时仅靠高速旋转产生离心力而使水脱离衣物的脱水模式,本发明的洗衣机在脱水时不仅产生高速旋转产生离心力,还通过各非弹性瓣体的向心挤压力挤压衣物而脱水,大大提高了脱水效果和速度。(2)本发明的应用上述洗衣机的水处理系统,适于将洗衣机排出的含有大量洗涤剂的废水进行蒸发处理,防止了环境污染,并可有效减轻城市污水处理的负荷,利于节能减排。

具体实施方式
(实施例1)
见图1-5,本实施例的洗衣机包括:外桶1、设于外桶1内的内桶2和设于内桶2内的拨轮3;拨轮3由主电机驱动,该主电机的输出轴通过电子离合器与外桶1和内桶2相连;内桶2包括至少2对用于依次相连成桶体的弹性瓣体2-1和非弹性瓣体2-2,非弹性瓣体2-2的壁体上分布有仅在洗衣机执行脱水程序时开启的通孔。
各非弹性瓣体2-2沿拨轮3外缘分布,且各非弹性瓣体2-2与用于控制其径向位移的连杆5相连,连杆5与一驱动机构相连;在洗衣机执行洗涤和漂洗程序时,伴随拨轮3的转动,所述驱动机构经连杆5控制各非弹性瓣体2-2快速径向往复位移,以起到揉搓衣物的作用,提高洗涤效果和效率。
在洗衣机执行脱水程序时,伴随外桶1和内桶2的高速旋转,所述驱动机构经连杆5控制各非弹性瓣体2-2向所述拨轮3中心挤压,直至脱水程序结束时松开。从而实现了在高速旋转脱水的同时,利用各非弹性瓣体2-2对衣物的向心挤压力脱水的功能,大大提高了脱水效果和速度。
所述非弹性瓣体2-2上的通孔内设有与复位弹簧相连的堵塞件,该堵塞件仅在执行脱水程序且内桶2转速高于200转/分时因离心力而脱离其所在的通孔;也可以采用其他实施方式,例如:在各非弹性瓣体2-2的外壁设置一与复位弹簧相连的橡胶片,该橡胶片上分布有与非弹性瓣体2-2上的各通孔相错开的排水孔;在执行脱水程序且内桶2转速高于200转/分时,该橡胶片因离心力而脱离非弹性瓣体2-2的外壁,以使内桶2中的废水从橡胶片上的排水孔排出。
在洗涤程序完成后,所述漂洗程序和脱水程序交替反复执行或同时执行,且洗涤程序和漂洗程序中的放入内桶2的水仅通过执行脱水程序而排出。漂洗程序和脱水程序同时执行可提高漂洗效果和效率,节电节水。
所述外桶1的底部连接有电磁阀控制的排水管路;外桶1或内桶2的底部均匀分布有多个用于检测内桶2内的衣物初始重量的重力传感器;洗衣机还包括与所述主电机和各重力传感器相连的智能控制电路,用于根据所述各重力传感器的测量值而调整各非弹性瓣体2-2的相对位置,以使内桶2各重力传感器受力均衡,从而使内桶2始终保持平衡,确保洗涤的顺利进行。智能控制电路同时还根据所述衣物的初始重量调整各非弹性瓣体2-2的相对位置,以控制内桶2相应的容积和执行洗涤程序的用水量。
当衣物较少时,使内桶2保持较小的容积,从而放入少量的水即可充满内桶2,既确保洗涤效果,又能节电节水。
连杆5为一端连接在非弹性瓣体2-2上、另一端穿过外桶1壁体后与一螺帽5-2相连的空心外螺纹管,螺帽5-2由一与所述智能控制电路相连的电机5-1驱动其旋转以控制连杆5相对外桶1的径向位移,进而控制相应的非弹性瓣体2-2在径向的位移;所述驱动机构包括该电机5-1和螺帽5-2。
所述空心外螺纹管内设有一传动杆8,该传动杆8的一端延伸入内桶2并连接一小拨轮4,该传动杆8的另一端延伸出外桶1并与一用于控制小拨轮4转动的传动机构6相连。
所述外桶1设于外壳体内7;传动机构6包括:一端连接于外壳体内7内壁的滑轨和设置在该滑轨上的与所述传动杆的另一端相连的驱动电机,该驱动电机与所述智能控制电路相连。
(实施例2)
见图6,应用上述实施例中的洗衣机的水处理系统,包括:
储水箱21,用于收集上述洗衣机排出的废水;
废水蒸发装置22,用于设置在空调室外机23的排风侧并与所述储水箱21相连,以利用空调室外机23排出的热风蒸发所述废水;
废水蒸发装置22包括多层上下设置的蒸发盘221,来自储水箱21的废水直接排至顶层的蒸发盘221中;各蒸发盘221上铺设有吸附水中杂质的吸附材料,上层的蒸发盘221上设有将水引入下层的通水孔。
在连接于外桶1底部的排水管路11上的电磁阀的控制下,储水箱21仅收集在洗衣机完成洗涤程序和/或执行第1-2次漂洗程序时排出的废水。
所述储水箱21至废水蒸发装置22的管路上设有水泵24,废水蒸发装置22中底层的蒸发盘221中设有用于在水位超限时关闭水泵24的浮球25。
与所述空调室外机23相连的空调室内机26的排水管经过滤器28后与太阳能热水器27的入水口相连,太阳能热水器27适于向洗衣机供水。

Claims (1)

1.一种洗衣机,包括:外桶(1)、设于外桶(1)内的内桶(2)和设于内桶(2)内的拨轮(3);拨轮(3)由主电机驱动,该主电机的输出轴通过电子离合器与外桶(1)和内桶(2)相连;其特征在于:内桶(2)包括至少2对用于依次相连成通体的弹性瓣体(2-1)和非弹性瓣体(2-2),非弹性瓣体(2-2)的壁体上分布有仅在洗衣机执行脱水程序时开启的通孔;各非弹性瓣体(2-2)沿拨轮(3)外缘分布,且各非弹性瓣体(2-2)与用于控制其径向位移的连杆(5)相连,连杆(5)与一驱动机构相连;
在洗衣机执行洗涤或漂洗程序时,伴随拨轮(3)的转动,所述驱动机构经连杆(5)控制各非弹性瓣体(2-2)快速径向往复位移。
