一种可组装净化塔
技术领域
本发明涉及一种可组装净化塔。
背景技术
净化塔是一种利用药剂并采用湿法处理法来净化多种有毒、有害废气的一种装置，广泛应用于工业生产。目前净化塔一般采用喷淋和填料吸收的方法来吸收废气，当废气中的有害物质含量较多时，净化塔内部设置的喷淋腔和填料吸收腔的数量也要相应增多。
然而，现有净化塔中的喷淋腔和填料吸收腔的数量是固定不变的，有害物质含量不同的废气都只用同一个净化塔有可能造成废气吸收不充分，而使用多个设置的喷淋腔和填料吸收腔的数量不同的净化塔又会增加生产成本。因此，现有的净化塔已经不能满足生产的需求。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种可组装净化塔，可以单独使用，也可以多个组装使用，能够依据废气中有害物质的含量来确定所述组装净化塔的组装数量，节约成本，提高废气吸收效率。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案是：提供一种可组装净化塔，包括壳体，所述壳体第一侧壁中央设有进气口，第一侧壁底部设有固定套，所述固定套内设有固定槽，所述固定槽的开口朝上，所述壳体的第三侧壁正对所述第一侧壁，第三场侧壁底部设有与所述固定槽大小相匹配的固定栓，第三侧壁中央设有出气口，所述出气口正对所述进气口，所述出气口的横截面面积大于等于所述进气口的横截面面积。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述进气口和所述出气口均为圆环形。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述壳体内部进一步设有喷淋腔和填料吸收腔，所述喷淋腔和填料吸收腔并列排列，所述喷淋腔分别与所述进气口和填料吸收腔连通，所述填料吸收腔进一步与所述出气口连通。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述壳体内部进一步设有喷淋头，所述喷淋头固定在所述喷淋腔顶部的壳体内壁上。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中，所述填料吸收腔内放置有填料，所述填料为碳酸钙。
本发明的有益效果是：可以单独使用，也可以多个组装使用，能够依据废气中有害物质的含量来确定所述组装净化塔的组装数量，节约成本，提高废气吸收效率。

一种可组装净化塔，包括壳体1，所述壳体1第一侧壁中央设有进气口2，第一侧壁底部设有固定套3，所述固定套3内设有固定槽31，所述固定槽31的开口朝上，所述壳体1的第三侧壁正对所述第一侧壁，第三场侧壁底部设有与所述固定槽31大小相匹配的固定栓4，第三侧壁中央设有出气口5，所述出气口5正对所述进气口2，所述出气口5的横截面面积大于等于所述进气口2的横截面面积，所述进气口2和所述出气口5均为圆环形。
在本实施例中，所述壳体1内部进一步设有喷淋腔6和填料9吸收腔7，所述喷淋腔6和填料9吸收腔7并列排列，所述喷淋腔6分别与所述进气口2和填料9吸收腔7连通，所述填料9吸收腔7进一步与所述出气口5连通。所述壳体1内部进一步设有喷淋头8，所述喷淋头8固定在所述喷淋腔6顶部的壳体1内壁上。所述填料9吸收腔7内放置有填料9，所述填料9为碳酸钙。
当需要对多个所述可组装净化塔进行组装时，将下一个可组装净化塔的固定栓4插入上一个可组装净化塔的固定槽31，再把下一个可组装净化塔的出气管与上一个可组装净化塔的固定槽31的进气管通过管道连接并密封连接处即可。
本发明可以单独使用，也可以多个组装使用，能够依据废气中有害物质的含量来确定所述组装净化塔的组装数量，节约成本，提高废气吸收效率。

1.一种可组装净化塔，其特征在于，包括壳体（1），所述壳体第一侧壁中央设有进气口（2），第一侧壁底部设有固定套（3），所述固定套内设有固定槽（31），所述固定槽的开口朝上，所述壳体的第三侧壁正对所述第一侧壁，第三场侧壁底部设有与所述固定槽大小相匹配的固定栓（4），第三侧壁中央设有出气口（5），所述出气口正对所述进气口，所述出气口的横截面面积大于等于所述进气口的横截面面积。
2.如权利要求1所述的可组装净化塔，其特征在于，所述进气口和所述出气口均为圆环形。
3.如权利要求1所述的可组装净化塔，其特征在于，所述壳体内部进一步设有喷淋腔（6）和填料吸收腔（7），所述喷淋腔和填料吸收腔并列排列，所述喷淋腔分别与所述进气口和填料吸收腔连通，所述填料吸收腔进一步与所述出气口连通。
4.如权利要求3所述的可组装净化塔，其特征在于，所述壳体内部进一步设有喷淋头（8），所述喷淋头固定在所述喷淋腔顶部的壳体内壁上。
5.如权利要求3所述的可组装净化塔，其特征在于，所述填料吸收腔内放置有填料（9），所述填料为碳酸钙。
