Abstract

本发明公开了一种凹圆弧起垄铲铲壁结构,是在起垄铲的表面形成有平行排列的多个弧形凹槽,弧形凹槽的宽度为9~12mm,弧形凹槽的深度为5~9mm,相邻两个弧形凹槽之间形成有凸台,凸台的宽度为2mm,起垄铲的两侧面为斜面,该斜面与凸台顶面之间的夹角为25°;与现有起垄铲原型比较,本发明能减小起垄的阻力、加快起垄的速度和减少燃料的消耗。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种起垄铲,特别涉及一种凹圆弧起垄铲铲壁结构。
背景技术
现有的起垄铲在起垄的过程中,阻力比较大,致使起垄速度慢和增加了燃料的消耗。如果能减小起垄的阻力,就能加快起垄的速度和减少燃料的消耗。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要解决现有起垄铲在起垄的过程中,阻力比较大,致使起垄速度慢和燃料的消耗大的问题,而提供一种凹圆弧起垄铲铲壁结构,本发明能减小起垄的阻力、加快起垄的速度和减少燃料的消耗。
本发明是在起垄铲的表面形成有平行排列的多个弧形凹槽,弧形凹槽的宽度为9~12mm,弧形凹槽的深度为5~9mm,相邻两个弧形凹槽之间形成有凸台,凸台的宽度为2mm,起垄铲的两侧面为斜面,该斜面与凸台顶面之间的夹角为25°。
本发明的有益效果:与现有起垄铲原型比较,本发明能减小起垄的阻力、加快起垄的速度和减少燃料的消耗。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1、图2和图3所示,本实施例是在起垄铲1的表面形成有平行排列的多个弧形凹槽2,弧形凹槽2的宽度B为9~12mm,弧形凹槽2的深度C为5~9mm,相邻两个弧形凹槽2之间形成有凸台3,凸台3的宽度D为2mm,起垄铲1的两侧面为斜面4,该斜面4与凸台3顶面之间的夹角为25°,如图4所示。
对比实验
选取凹圆弧沟槽起垄铲和现有起垄铲原型进行室内土槽实验。针对两种不同的土壤含水率18.61%,20.9%,分别在三种起垄速度0.68 m/s,0.87 m/s,1.11 m/s的条件下进行实验。两种类型的起垄铲在不同起垄速度下分别实验三次,并通过BLR—1型传感器实时采集起垄阻力数据,截取数据的稳定段求取平均值,再代入传感器的标定曲线得到此种类型的起垄铲在某个起垄速度下的起垄阻力。
①土壤的含水率为18.61%时,起垄速度为0.68 m/s条件下,起垄铲原型的起垄阻力为126.4N,凹圆弧形沟槽起垄铲的起垄阻力为120.3N;同一含水率,起垄速度为0.87 m/s条件下,起垄铲原型的起垄阻力为147.4N,凹圆弧形沟槽起垄铲的起垄阻力为143N;同一含水率,起垄速度为1.11 m/s条件下,起垄铲原型的起垄阻力为174.9N,凹圆弧形沟槽起垄铲的起垄阻力为168.5N。
②土壤的含水率为20.9%时,起垄速度为0.68 m/s条件下,起垄铲原型的起垄阻力为134.3N,凹圆弧形沟槽起垄铲的起垄阻力为131N;同一含水率,在起垄速度为0.87 m/s条件下,起垄铲原型的起垄阻力为155.4N,凹圆弧形沟槽起垄铲的起垄阻力为148.4N;同一含水率,在起垄速度为1.11 m/s条件下,起垄铲原型的起垄阻力为185.1N,凹圆弧形沟槽起垄铲的起垄阻力为178.5N。比较分析可得:起垄铲的起垄阻力随着起垄速度和含水率的增加有增大的趋势;同一含水率情况下,凹圆弧形沟槽起垄铲相对起垄铲原型的三种速度下的平均降阻率为3.65%,具有更为显著的降阻效果。

1.一种凹圆弧起垄铲铲壁结构,其特征在于:是在起垄铲的表面形成有平行排列的多个弧形凹槽,弧形凹槽的宽度为9~12mm,弧形凹槽的深度为5~9mm,相邻两个弧形凹槽之间形成有凸台,凸台的宽度为2mm,起垄铲的两侧面为斜面,该斜面与凸台顶面之间的夹角为25°。
