技术领域
本发明涉及一种保温隔热涂料,特别是涉及含有顺丁烯二酸二丁酯的保温隔热涂料。
背景技术
随着我国城市建设和家居装饰市场的高速持续发展,人们对涂料的需求是越来越大,尤其是保温隔热涂料的市场需求也是逐年增加,市场上出现了各种功能和型号的保温涂料,很大一部分保温涂料存在保温和隔热效果差的问题,由于保温效果差,导致浪费了大量的能源,产生了更大的能耗,不利用建设环保节约型社会,同时这些涂料还具有高成本、高能耗的缺点,因此发明具有低的导热系数同时保温效果好的涂料成为一种趋势。
发明内容
要解决的问题:常规涂料保温隔热效果差的问题。
技术方案如下:一种含有顺丁烯二酸二丁酯的保温隔热涂料,由以下成分按照重量比组成:顺丁烯二酸二丁酯50~60份,乳化硅油20~30份,羟甲基纤维素20~30份,钛白粉10~20份,硅酸钾10~20份,高岭土10~20份,硅藻土5~10份,水40~60份。
有益效果:使用导热仪对含有叔碳酸乙烯酯共聚物的保温隔热涂料进行测定,涂料导热系数为0.020~0.024W/(m·k)。采用国标GB/T9755-2001对涂料的耐水性和耐碱性进行测定,耐碱性选用饱和氢氧化钙溶液,涂料在100h内无起泡等异常情况,本发明具有良好的保温隔热及耐水耐碱效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1
取顺丁烯二酸二丁酯50kg,投入反应釜中,加入乳化硅油30kg,搅拌均匀,再加入羟甲基纤维素30kg,不停搅拌,加入硅酸钾10kg,再加入钛白粉10kg,加入高岭土10kg,加入硅藻土5kg,再加入水40kg。充分搅拌后既可以得到成品。使用导热仪对含有叔碳酸乙烯酯共聚物的保温隔热涂料进行测定,涂料导热系数为0.024W/(m·k)。采用国标GB/T9755-2001对涂料的耐水性和耐碱性进行测定,耐碱性选用饱和氢氧化钙溶液,涂料在100h内无起泡等异常情况,本发明具有良好的保温隔热及耐水耐碱效果。
实施例2
取顺丁烯二酸二丁酯60kg,投入反应釜中,加入乳化硅油20kg,搅拌均匀,再加入羟甲基纤维素20kg,不停搅拌,加入钛白粉20kg,再加入硅酸钾20kg,加入高岭土20kg,再加入硅藻土10kg,再加入水60kg。充分搅拌后既可以得到成品,使用导热仪对含有叔碳酸乙烯酯共聚物的保温隔热涂料进行测定,涂料导热系数为0.020W/(m·k)。采用国标GB/T9755-2001对涂料的耐水性和耐碱性进行测定,耐碱性选用饱和氢氧化钙溶液,涂料在100h内无起泡等异常情况,本发明具有良好的保温隔热及耐水耐碱效果。

取顺丁烯二酸二丁酯55kg,投入反应釜中,加入乳化硅油25kg,搅拌均匀,再加入羟甲基纤维素25kg,不停搅拌,加入硅酸钾15kg,再加入钛白粉15kg,再加入高岭土10kg,加入硅藻土10kg,最后加入水50kg。充分搅拌后既可以得到成品,使用导热仪对含有叔碳酸乙烯酯共聚物的保温隔热涂料进行测定,涂料导热系数为0.022W/(m·k)。采用国标GB/T9755-2001对涂料的耐水性和耐碱性进行测定,耐碱性选用饱和氢氧化钙溶液,涂料在100h内无起泡等异常情况,本发明具有良好的保温隔热及耐水耐碱效果。
