技术领域
   本发明属于橡胶材料领域,具体是一种具有电磁屏蔽性能的导电橡胶。
背景技术
导电橡胶作为复合导电高分子材料中的一种,是以橡胶弹性体为基体加上导电填料制成,既保留了基体橡胶的弹性,又具有导电填料的导电性,由于材料可以在很大范围内根据使用要求调节材料的电学和力学性能,质量轻、易加工成型、成本低、技术成熟等优点,近些年得到了迅速发展,已成为一种新型功能材料,广泛应用于航天、飞机制造和机械制造业、医学、电气及电子工业。近些年来,随着电子工业的发展,电磁波屏蔽密封材料需求也不断扩大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有电磁屏蔽性能的导电橡胶。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种具有电磁屏蔽性能的导电橡胶,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:氟硅橡胶100-110份、抗静电剂1.5-5份、碳纤维15-30份、气相白炭黑5-20份、石墨1-10份、铁粉2-15份、硫化剂0.02-1.4份、偶联剂3-5份。
本发明包括以下重量份数的原料:氟硅橡胶105份、抗静电剂2.5份、碳纤维20份、气相白炭黑10份、石墨5份、铁粉8份、硫化剂1份、偶联剂5份。
所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的导电橡胶具有导电性能优良、抗压缩永久变形特性好等优点。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例1
一种具有电磁屏蔽性能的导电橡胶,包括以下重量份数的原料:氟硅橡胶100份、抗静电剂5份、碳纤维30份、气相白炭黑20份、石墨10份、铁粉2份、硫化剂0.02份、偶联剂3份。将上述各组分按比例在开炼机上进行混合即得本发明的导电橡胶。
实施例2
一种具有电磁屏蔽性能的导电橡胶,包括以下重量份数的原料:氟硅橡胶105份、抗静电剂2.5份、碳纤维20份、气相白炭黑10份、石墨5份、铁粉8份、硫化剂1份、偶联剂5份。将上述各组分按比例在开炼机上进行混合即得本发明的导电橡胶。
实施例3
一种具有电磁屏蔽性能的导电橡胶,包括以下重量份数的原料:氟硅橡胶110份、抗静电剂1.5份、碳纤维15份、气相白炭黑5份、石墨1份、铁粉15份、硫化剂1.4份、偶联剂4份。将上述各组分按比例在开炼机上进行混合即得本发明的导电橡胶。
为验证本发明的产品性能,做以下测试
拉伸强度、断裂生长率和撕裂强度测试
将实施例1-3制得的导电橡胶按GB/T 528-1998和GB/T 529-1999测试其拉伸强度,断裂生长率及撕裂强度,结果见表1,表明本发明具有良好的力学性能。
表1是实施例1-3制备得到导电橡胶测试试验结果。

1.一种具有电磁屏蔽性能的导电橡胶,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:氟硅橡胶100-110份、抗静电剂1.5-5份、碳纤维15-30份、气相白炭黑5-20份、石墨1-10份、铁粉2-15份、硫化剂0.02-1.4份、偶联剂3-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有电磁屏蔽性能的导电橡胶,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的原料:氟硅橡胶105份、抗静电剂2.5份、碳纤维20份、气相白炭黑10份、石墨5份、铁粉8份、硫化剂1份、偶联剂5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有电磁屏蔽性能的导电橡胶,其特征在于,所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂。
