LED照明灯具
技术领域
本发明涉及照明灯具。更特别地,本发明涉及利用发光二极管(LED)作为光源的照明灯具。
背景技术
近几年,LED对于各种普通照明目的的使用在增加,并且随着在LED和通常称为“LED模块”的LED阵列设备中已经取得的进步这种趋势在加速。实际上,使用高强度放电(HID)灯和其他光源的灯具所提供的照明应用现在日益增加地开始使用LED灯具。在使用LED作为各种应用中的灯具的领域中创造性工作在继续。
使用LED作为光源的高亮度灯具尤其呈现出挑战性的问题。当高亮度、可靠性、耐用性对于产品成功是必要的时,由于高复杂性造成的高成本变成了一个特别困难的问题。保持电子LED驱动器在水中/气密场所中也成为问题,尤其当灯具经常暴露于这些因素时。
处理散热需求仍然是高亮度LED灯具的另一个问题领域。散热困难部分由于高亮度LED灯具通常具有很多LED。模块安装和散热的复杂结构有时被认为是必须的,并且所有这些增加了复杂性和成本。
此外,使用HID灯和其他非LED光源的以前的灯具为了照明效率通常需要具有大反射器的相对大的灯箱。这样的灯具经常也需要大镇流舱。这些经常导致整体灯具尺寸大且灯具非常重。

发明目的
本发明的一个目的是提供一种改进的LED照明灯具,其克服了包括上面所述的,现有技术中存在的一些问题和缺点。

本发明的另一个目的是提供一种改进的LED照明灯具,其既可以对电子LED驱动器进行良好的保护,也可以对LED和驱动器进行极好的散热。
本发明的又一个目的是提供一种改进的LED照明灯具以提供期望的照明。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种改进的相对简单和紧凑的LED照明灯具。

发明内容
本发明是对LED照明灯具的改进。发明的LED照明灯具具有外壳,其具有由后壁和从后壁向前向边延伸的环绕壁限定的中空的内部空腔。LED发光体被安装在外壳中。并且,LED支撑结构在内部空腔中从外壳处延伸至LED支承面,该支承面将LED发光体配置在期望的方向上并且与后壁间隔开。
该LED支撑结构是将热量从LED发光体传输至外壳的散热器。优选的,该LED支撑结构与环绕壁是大体上间隔的。该LED照明灯具优选地具有至少一个内部肋,将LED支撑结构与环绕壁相连接。
在本发明LED照明灯具的优选实施例中,外壳的外表面具有一系列从该外表面向外延伸的鳍片。该鳍片为LED发光体提供了进一步的散热。

具体实施方式
图1-11是本发明LED照明灯具10的优选实施例。如图3,4,7,8以及11最佳地示出的,照明灯具10具有外壳20,其具有由后壁22以及从后壁22向前向边24延伸的环绕壁23限定的中空内部空腔21。LED发光体11安装在外壳20中。并且,LED支撑结构30在内部空腔21中从外壳20延伸至LED支承面31,该支承面将LED发光体11配置在期望的方向上并且与后壁22间隔开。

Claims (27)

1.一种LED照明灯具,包括:

LED发光体,安装在所述外壳中;以及
LED支撑结构,其在所述内部空腔中从所述外壳延伸至LED支承面,将LED发光体配置在期望的方向上并且与所述后壁间隔开。
2.如权利要求1所述的LED照明灯具,其中该LED支撑结构是散热器,其将热量从LED发光体传输到所述外壳。

9.如权利要求8所述的LED照明灯具,其中所述LED驱动器靠着所述外壳固定,从而从所述驱动器传输热量。
10.如权利要求1所述的LED照明灯具,其中:
所述后壁是大体上平坦的;并且
所述环绕壁包括进入所述外壳内部的电线通道,由此多个相似的灯具可以沿着安装面安装并且被菊花链电线供电。
11.如权利要求1所述的LED照明灯具,包括在所述外壳内部之内的LED驱动器,所述LED驱动器靠着所述外壳被固定,从而从所述驱动器传输热量。
12.如权利要求1所述的LED照明灯具,其中所述LED支承面大体上在所述环绕壁的前向边的水平面上支撑所述LED发光体。
13.如权利要求12所述的LED照明灯具,其中所述LED发光体是多芯片LED模块。
14.如权利要求12所述的LED照明灯具,进一步包括闭合所述外壳内部的盖,所述盖限定了暴露所述LED发光体的LED开口。
15.如权利要求14所述的LED照明灯具,其中所述盖具有大体上白色的外表面,从而减少入射光的吸收。
16.如权利要求12所述的LED照明灯具,进一步包括,在LED发光体之上并且密封地与所述外壳连接的透镜构件。
17.如权利要求16所述的LED照明灯具,其中:
透镜构件具有配置为用于将LED出射光广泛散布的透镜部分以及在所述透镜部分周围的凸缘部分;并且
所述外壳具有围绕所述环绕壁的前向边的外向凸缘,所述透镜构件的凸缘部分密封地与所述外向凸缘结合以为所述外壳内部提供不受天气影响的密封。
18.如权利要求17所述的LED照明灯具,进一步包括在所述凸缘部分和所述外向凸缘之间的邻接凸缘垫片。
19.如权利要求1所述的LED照明灯具,其中所述LED发光体是多芯片LED模块。
20.如权利要求1所述的LED照明灯具,进一步包括反射器杯,其配置在所述LED支承面处并且围绕该LED发光体以在期望的方向上反射LED出射光,该LED支承面被配置为使所述反射器杯的远边大体上处于所述环绕壁的前向边的水平面上。
21.如权利要求20所述的LED照明灯具,进一步包括透镜构件,其位于所述LED发光体之上并且密封地与所述外壳连接。
22.如权利要求21所述的LED照明灯具,其中透镜构件包括用于透射LED出射光的光透射区域,以及覆盖外壳内部的不透明区域。
23.如权利要求22所述的LED照明灯具,其中:
该透镜构件是大体上平坦的;并且
外壳包括在环绕壁的前向边周围的外向凸缘,所述透镜构件密封地与外向凸缘结合。
24.如权利要求23所述的LED照明灯具,进一步包括在透镜构件和外向凸缘之间的邻接凸缘垫片。
25.如权利要求1所述的LED照明灯具,其中LED支承面以相对于所述后壁的锐角来支撑所述LED发光体。
