Abstract
一种内置耳机的电子装置,其包括装设于电子装置内的耳机收纳装置,用以收纳耳机于其内,该耳机收纳装置包括驱动部、从动轮及收线盘,该驱动部可驱动该从动轮转动,该从动轮与该收线盘啮合,该收线盘用以使该耳机的耳机线盘于其上以便可拉伸出于该电子装置,该电子装置在停止使用耳机时以启动该驱动部驱动该从动轮带动该收线盘转动,从而使该耳机可相对电子装置回收于电子装置内的收线盘上。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种内置耳机的电子装置。
背景技术
目前平板电脑被广泛使用,其一般设有耳机接口,用来外接耳机,用户在欣赏音乐或影视时可以选择外接耳机连接耳机接口,这样需要用户随时携带耳机,但是耳机线一般较长,在携带时容易缠绕在一起,损坏耳机也不便于整理,且容易丢失,另外耳机接口在多次插接后容易造成磨损,影响其使用效果。
发明内容
针对上述问题,有必要提供一种便于整理耳机线的内置耳机的电子装置。
一种内置耳机的电子装置,其包括装设于电子装置内的耳机收纳装置,用以收纳耳机于其内,该耳机收纳装置包括驱动部、从动轮及收线盘,该驱动部可驱动该从动轮转动,该从动轮与该收线盘啮合,该收线盘用以使该耳机的耳机线盘于其上以便可拉伸出于该电子装置,该电子装置在停止使用耳机时以启动该驱动部驱动该从动轮带动该收线盘转动,从而使该耳机可相对电子装置回收于电子装置内的收线盘上。
上述的电子装置可将耳机收纳于电子装置内,使用耳机时将其拉出即可,当在电子装置停止使用耳机时,启动耳机收纳装置的驱动部,驱动部带动一收线盘转动将耳机回收于电子装置内的收线盘上,如此不仅便于收纳整理耳机于电子装置内,而且使用者携带方便。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参阅图1与图2,本发明较佳实施例的一内置耳机的电子装置包括主机10、盖设于主机10的屏幕盖板20及装于主机10的耳机收纳装置30。该电子装置可收纳一耳机50。该耳机50包括耳机线51及耳塞52。
请一并参阅图3,该主机10包括底板11及设于底板11的周壁12。该底板11一角开设有与外界贯通的出口13。该出口13上设有一罩体131及感应器132。该感应器132固定于罩体131内。所述耳机50的耳塞52可以收容于该罩体131内并露出该出口13。该底板11上与该出口13对角位置设有一收容槽14。该底板11上位于该出口13与该收容槽14之间的转角位置设有导向部15。一长条状的浅槽16沿着周壁12设于该底板11表面上并且其首尾连接该出口13与该收容槽14。
该导向部15包括卡扣体151及导向轮153。该卡扣体151大致为环形体,其设有两个卡扣152。该导向轮153为圆环状,其外周缘设有导向槽154。该导向轮153套于该卡扣体151外侧,该卡扣152卡持于该导向轮153端面上将该导向轮153固定于底板11上。该导向部15与邻近该浅槽16转角位置,该导向槽154与该浅槽16邻接。
该耳机收纳装置30包括容置部31、驱动部33及从动部35。该容置部31包括一矩形的槽体311及可盖于该槽体311的盖板312。该槽体311可固定于该收容槽14内。该驱动部33为一驱动马达,其装设于该槽体311一角并设有一驱动丝杠331。该从动部35包括从动轮351及收线盘352。该从动轮351为一齿轮,其通过一转轴353固定于该槽体311内并与该驱动丝杠331啮合。该收线盘352为一齿轮,其具有一圆形盘面354、固定于槽体311内的转轴355及绕线柱356。该收线盘352装设于该转轴355上并与该从动轮351啮合。该绕线柱356为一圆柱体,其固定于该盘面354中部并可旋转的穿过该转轴355。所述耳机50的耳机线51部分围绕该绕线柱356盘于该盘面354上,另一部分耳机线51穿过槽体311沿着收纳槽16并绕过该导向轮151的导向槽154延伸至出口13处的罩体131内,将该耳塞52露出出口13。
当使用该耳机50时,在主机10的外部从出口13中拉出该耳塞52,并拉动耳机线51,盘绕于该绕线柱356的耳机线51受到拉力带动该绕线柱356绕该转轴355转动,此时,驱动部33并未启动,该从动轮351与驱动丝杠331被收线盘35机械转动,该耳机线51被拉出主机10外,即可使用。当主机10停止使用耳机50播放时,并启动驱动部33,驱动丝杠331带动从动轮351转动,进而使该从动轮351带动与其啮合的收线盘352转动,该绕线柱356将耳机线51拉回并缠绕其上直至耳塞52进入该罩体131内,当感应器132感应到该耳塞52收容至罩体131内时,产生一停止信号,使驱动部33停止作动,如此轻松收回耳机50。
本发明的电子装置可将耳机50收纳于主机10内,使用耳机50时将其拉出主机10即可,在主机10停止使用耳机50时,启动驱动部31带动一收线盘352转动将耳机线盘绕于一绕线柱356上直至耳机50的耳塞52进入主机10内,当感应器132感应耳塞52进入主机10内后停止驱动部31,如此不仅便于收纳整理耳机50于电子装置内,而且使用者携带方便,不易丢失耳机。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本发明较佳实施方式权利要求公开的范围和精神内做其他形式和细节上的各种修改、添加和替换。当然,这些依据本发明较佳实施方式精神所做的各种修改、添加和替换等变化,都应包含在本发明较佳实施方式所要求保护的范围之内。
Claims (9)
1.一种内置耳机的电子装置,其包括装设于电子装置内的耳机收纳装置,用以收纳耳机于其内,其特征在于:该耳机收纳装置包括驱动部、从动轮及收线盘,该驱动部可驱动该从动轮转动,该从动轮与该收线盘啮合,该收线盘用以使该耳机的耳机线盘于其上以便可拉伸出于该电子装置,该电子装置在停止使用耳机时以启动该驱动部驱动该从动轮带动该收线盘转动,从而使该耳机可相对电子装置回收于电子装置内的收线盘上。
2.如权利要求1所述的内置耳机的电子装置,其特征在于:该电子装置设有一收放耳机的出口,该收线盘设有绕线柱,该耳机的耳机线围绕该绕线柱盘于收线盘上,该耳机的耳塞露出出口以便拉出耳机。
3.如权利要求2所述的内置耳机的电子装置,其特征在于:该电子装置还设有与出口邻近的感应器,该电子装置在停止使用耳机时启动该驱动部,使该从动轮带动该收线盘转动使耳机线盘绕于收线盘上当耳机被驱动部拉回至出口位置时,该感应器感测到耳机的耳塞后停止驱动部。
4.如权利要求3所述的内置耳机的电子装置,其特征在于:该电子装置还包括设有底板的主机,该底板上设有收容耳机收纳装置的收容槽,该出口与收容槽对角设置,并且出口与收容槽之间设有收容耳机线的收纳槽。
5.如权利要求4所述的内置耳机的电子装置,其特征在于:该底板上还装设有位于该出口与收容槽之间的导向轮,该导向轮设有导向槽,耳机线从收纳槽内经过导向槽导向延伸至出口位置。
6.如权利要求4所述的内置耳机的电子装置,其特征在于:该驱动部为一马达,其设有驱动丝杠,该从动轮为一齿轮,其与该驱动丝杠啮合。
7.如权利要求6所述的内置耳机的电子装置,其特征在于:该收线盘位于设有外齿的转盘,其设有盘面及转轴,该转轴穿过该盘面,该绕线柱固定于该盘面中部并可旋转的穿过该转轴。
8.如权利要求7所述的内置耳机的电子装置,其特征在于:该耳机收纳装置还包括容置部,该容置部包括槽体及盖于槽体的盖板,该驱动部、从动轮及收线盘装设于该槽体内。
9.如权利要求2所述的内置耳机的电子装置,其特征在于:该底板上出口位置还设有找设于耳塞上的罩体,该感应器装设于该罩体上。
