本发明公开了药液安全配送装置，它包括一个浓配罐（1）、至少两个稀配罐（2）、控制器（3）和报警器（4），浓配罐（1）的出液口连接送药主管（5），稀配罐（2）的进液口通过送药支管（6）连通送药主管（5），每个送药支管（6）上均设置有一个控制阀（7），每个控制阀（7）上均设置有一个监测器（8），监测器（8）通过电线连接控制器（3）的输入端，控制器（3）的输出端通过电线连接报警器（4）。本发明的有益效果是：能够确保在同一时刻多个稀配罐中只有至多一个稀配罐与浓配罐连通，有效避免了差错和混淆等现象的发生，能够第一时间避免错误操作的发生，保证了生产的顺利进行，节省了人工，提高了工作效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及制药设备技术领域，特别是药液安全配送装置。
背景技术
浓配罐和稀配罐均用于药品物料及其它元素和各种药物在配合后进行搅拌，是制药厂家不可缺少的设备。当稀配罐和浓配罐一一对应配合使用时，通过安装于药液输送管道上的控制阀可以控制药液的输送。但当一个浓配罐与多个稀配罐配合使用时，在输送药液时只允许至多有一个稀配罐与浓配罐连通，因此在实际操作中需要多次确认所有稀配罐进料阀的开闭状态，消耗大量时间和人工，影响着生产效率的提高；同时，经常会出现阀门开闭混淆，管路连通错误等现象，影响药品的正常生产。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点，提供一种保证生产顺利进行、节省人工、提高工作效率的药液安全配送装置。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现：药液安全配送装置，它包括一个浓配罐、至少两个稀配罐、控制器和报警器，浓配罐的出液口连接送药主管，稀配罐的进液口通过送药支管连通送药主管，每个送药支管上均设置有一个控制阀，每个控制阀上均设置有一个检测控制阀开闭状态的监测器，监测器通过电线连接控制器的输入端，控制器的输出端通过电线连接报警器。
所述的报警器为声光报警器。
所述的监测器为光电感应器，控制阀上设置有安装支架，光电感应器固设于安装支架上，
本发明具有以下优点：本发明能够确保在同一时刻多个稀配罐中只有至多一个稀配罐与浓配罐连通，有效避免了差错和混淆等现象的发生，能够第一时间避免错误操作的发生，保证了生产的顺利进行，节省了人工，提高了工作效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的描述，本发明的保护范围不局限于以下所述：
如图1所示，它包括一个浓配罐1、至少两个稀配罐2、控制器3和报警器4，浓配罐1的出液口连接送药主管5，稀配罐2的进液口通过送药支管6连通送药主管5，每个送药支管6上均设置有一个控制阀7，每个控制阀7上均设置有一个检测控制阀7开闭状态的监测器8，监测器8通过电线连接控制器3的输入端，控制器3的输出端通过电线连接报警器4。
所述的报警器4为声光报警器4。
所述的监测器8为光电感应器，如图2所示，控制阀7上设置有安装支架9，光电感应器固设于安装支架9上，光电感应器沿垂直于控制阀7手柄10的旋转平面的方向设置，光电感应器设置于控制阀7开启时手柄10所处位置处或控制阀7关闭时手柄10所处位置处，从而光电感应器可以监测控制阀7的手柄10处于开启位置或关闭位置，从而将控制阀7的开闭状态信号传送至控制器3，控制器3通过监测是否有两个或两个以上的控制阀7同时处于开启状态，若监测到有两个或两个以上的控制阀7同时处于开启状态，则控制器3控制报警器4工作，进行报警。

1.药液安全配送装置，其特征在于：它包括一个浓配罐（1）、至少两个稀配罐（2）、控制器（3）和报警器（4），浓配罐（1）的出液口连接送药主管（5），稀配罐（2）的进液口通过送药支管（6）连通送药主管（5），每个送药支管（6）上均设置有一个控制阀（7），每个控制阀（7）上均设置有一个检测控制阀（7）开闭状态的监测器（8），监测器（8）通过电线连接控制器（3）的输入端，控制器（3）的输出端通过电线连接报警器（4）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的药液安全配送装置，其特征在于：所述的报警器（4）为声光报警器（4）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的药液安全配送装置，其特征在于：所述的监测器（8）为光电感应器，控制阀（7）上设置有安装支架（9），光电感应器固设于安装支架（9）上。
