本发明公开了一种即热式电热水器,其特征是水路由相同结构的四个小水箱串联而成,四个小水箱分别安装有两组加热室,加热室设计成圆形结构,且用不锈钢或紫铜材料加工与水箱两端焊接而成,加热室内安装加热光波管,光波管通电后,其热量通过加热室四周的管壁把热量传给小水箱内的水,使小水箱内的水温迅速升高,冷水从进水口进入后经过多级加热(本发明方案设计为四级串联加热),流出的水温即达到了洗浴用的水温,从而达到即热的目的。

本发明涉及一种即热式电热水器
背景技术;
目前即热式电热水器已有多种形式或样式,但是,目前进入市场的即热式电热水器,因外形单一且发热体以通用不锈钢杯形为主,总不尽人意,存在问题是返修率高,水电不完全分离,而且发热体出故障不好维修,给用户带来不便。
再者,目前市场已进入多款水电分离的即热式电热水器,但是结构复杂,同样存在发热体不好维修的问题。而本方案设计的即热式电热水器,用光波管做为热源,其热效率高,能做到真正的水电分离,安全耐用。使用过程中,如果光波管坏了可以方便更换,维护容易,用户使用成本更低。本方案设计的即热式电热水器,功率在5000-7200瓦之间,能满足各个家庭的使用条件。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种即热式电热器,采用多级串联加热使水温升逐渐升高,采用光波管加热水电分离,安全耐用。
本发明的技术方案:
一种即热式电热水器,其特征是水路设计成扁平状,且由多个小水箱串联而成,每个小水箱设计有两个圆形加热室,且两个圆形加热室两端分别与小水箱两端封头焊接密封不漏水,圆形加热室内安装有加热光波管。
本款即热式电热水器,采用多级小水箱串联的结构,组成总水路,其加热元件选用光波管,通过光波辐射,能形成最大限度的导热面积,能使水温迅速升高,水路采用紫铜或不锈钢材料加工而成,能做到水电完全分离,不可能出现漏电现象,让洗浴者能放心的洗浴。技术上不用加防电墙,大幅度降低了热水器的成本。而维护简单,故障率低等,也减小了用户的使用成本。
本款即热式电热水器主要是由进、出水管,热水器水路,热水器亮体(未画出)及电控部分(未画出),加热光波管(未画出),恒温控制装置(未画出)等组成。使用时,冷水从冷水进口1进入,通过多级加热后(本方案设计为四级),从出水口8流出供洗浴者洗浴。既方便又实用,其结构简单,体积小巧。
本发明的有益效果:
1、结构简单,故障率低,维护方便。
2、采用光波管加热,水电完全分离,安全耐用。

一种即热式电热水器,有壳,水路,加热光波管及电控部分。其特征是所述的水路为扁平状结构,且由多个小水箱2串联组成。小水箱2内设计有两个相同圆形结构的加热室5,圆形结构的加热室5用来安装加热光波管,在小水箱之间分别有6、7、11水流孔,冷水从进水口1进入小水箱空间3后得到加热,随后依次流经6、7、11水流孔经多级加热后从出水口9流出供用户使用。
